This place was really good when they first opened up. Mitch the owner is really pleasant and nice. The Spanish workers are really nice as well. However, the new staff are extremely rude. Mike and Jason can come across as being really rude and arrogant. Both of them really need to know how to respect their customers because without customers there's not a successful business. Word of mouth can either go both way...really good or really bad. You just never know who's who these days. Mike definitely needs not to work in there he lack customer service experience.

Be VERY cautious- the day after we used our Credit Card (and it was the ONLY use that day)- the card was used seven times in attempts to place orders at various Department Stores across the country, fortunately caught by the Carrier and cancelled, but the LAST legitimate use was at Liquor Wine Warehouse. We have notified NYPD and State Liquor Authority- but be VERY cautious !!

Awful place! Understatement to say. Very unpleasant experience. Being profiled and hawk eye while shopping, been coming to this place for years ! Its a shame. It’s One male individual, instead of enforcing customer satisfaction, you have a supervisor or manager condoning your staff behavior. Lost a loyal customer. Loyal customer when rewards point’s was part of your purchase.

Pretty good store where you can try different types of wine b/c they have degustation bar and they also switching wine for degustation every week. Trough that degustation we met our favorite Greek wine which calls Amthystos. That wine is so good that we drive for it from Forest Hills! And that is only one store who sell it.

This is my local go to when it comes to alcohol. They're always friendly and willing to help, even when your ask is extreme. They're knowledgeable and don't look down at you for either asking questions or not knowing. Would definitely recommend, since I continue to only use them to get my adult beverages.

Amazing place to get your choice of wine and spirits. I gotta rave about the sweetest employee Kaitlyn she went above and beyond to help me. Another employee Ray was super helpful and friendly! Give them both a raise lol My go to liquor store from now on!

Went in on a Friday evening to pick up a bottle of Pink Muscato, gave cashier JB a twenty dollar bill and she gave me a ripped ten dollar bill back, by the time I noticed it, the store had closed, what kind of ratchet mess is that.

The prices are excellent. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Parking is super easy (gigantic parking lot. They have great hours especially since I work late. Def the best liquor store in Rockaway and all of Queens.

Big selection, fair prices. The only thing I wasn't comfortable was that the better quality liquor is behind the cashiers, and if they have a line they don't have the time or patience to show you or answer questions

This store discriminated against hiring seniors. Kids at store are clueless about wines, booze, mixed drinks etc!!! Go to Station Liquors at entry of municipal parking, serving our area for years. Stop being lazy!!!

Large open location that allows you to walk the aisles with good prices. No plexiglass like some smaller mom & pop liquor stores. Membership avail but I don't drink often so it's not really useful to me.

I can't stand the way they price everything. You have to read closely so there is no surprise at the register. Everyone says the same thing. No more discounts for registered customers.
