The Prices are out of line for whiskey. They have a nice allocated bourbon collection that, I believe, they are just looking to put on display because $199+tax for an Eagle Rare and $99+tax for Henry McKenna 10-year are absurd. There are already too many Liquor Depot's around the area with ridiculous prices, so we likely don't need another one. I'm no business major or consumer behavior expert, so take my opinion as just my thoughts. I, like many others, are on-the-lookout for allocated bourbon, and when I find them at reasonable prices then I reward that location with my other beer, wine, and liquor business. On a positive note: The store is very clean and everyone working there is extremely nice. It's very convenient to where I live, and I would love to do business with them, but I believe they're missing the big picture even if they can find that 1 sucker to buy Eagle Rare for $200.

Unfair business practices. I know for a fact that this store got in a case (at least) of Eagle Rare because someone saw it and took a picture and posted it on a bourbon lovers social site a couple of hours before I got there. I didn’t see it displayed so I asked if they had it. The workers response was, “not really, no”. They wouldn’t sell to me. They wouldn’t sell to the guy that posted the picture either. I’m not exactly sure why they’re coveting hard to find items, but this turned me off to ever going there again! I’m guessing, Christmas gifts for friends of the owner?

I will never buy alcohol from here again. I understand a no return policy, but a bottle of wine I got from there was rancid and tasted like it was bad upon opening and I brought back within 24 hours of buying. Went to the store and the lady told me to contact their store manager. Got a very short response and said he would get back to me after contacting his wine distributor. Never got an answer back. Very poorly dealt with in my opinion and never in my life has wine tasted like that.

I like going to this liquor store because the employees are always very helpful taking you around to what you need. The prices I find to be just a little higher than some of the other liquor stores in the area but I don't mind it when I can easily get assistance to find what I am looking for. I had a list of liquors I needed to get for my mom's fruit cakes and rum cakes and didn't know what I was looking for. They took the list and I was in and out in 5 min.

My husband and I are very happy that Liquorland has come into our area. We finally have a place to get good quality liquor closer to us. The people here are very helpful and friendly and the store is clean and easy to navigate with signs in each of the aisles of where everything is. The parking usually isn't too bad, but going in here during the holidays is a bit tight if you have an F350 pick up truck. Thanks again for moving into our area.

This place is too elegant for a liquor store! Whole store is arranged very nicely easy to find everything. When I was here there was several tasting "stations" that offered samples of everything from tequila to champagne. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a cigar humidifier too. As far as selection goes, there wasn't one thing that I could come up with that they didn't have and at great price. Will definitely be back.

I visited this store and found it to be extremely neat and clean and you get huge variety of liquor which is at very competitive price.The staff is very courteous and helpful.I would recommend everyone in My family and the neighborhoods to visit this place to buy your supply of liquor and wine and I bet you will stop going to other places once you visit this well managed store.

Walked in and Caucasian man and woman never greeted us , walked right back out! We black and they white so I guess that was a problem for them! Been their once before and was a indian person I think, but they were kind during grand opening. Will never go back again! The vibe was all wrong and my husband and I spend our money where we are treated hospitably matters our race!

Some prices in line with Total Wine others way more. Customer service is poor and like others have mentioned expect the manager or owner to watch you like a hawk but not offer any help. Very uncomfortable shopping experience, I guess he thinks everyone is out to rip him off. Will never return, prefer to spend my money where I am treated well and with respect.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really wish they were able to sell more allocated bourbons. I would guess a store of that size should get more of them than I have seen. I frequently check the store twice a week. Prices are fair, maybe a little bit high on the few allocated things they do sell. It’s a shame because this could very easily be my favorite store.

First time visiting Fort Worth and I like the place.. Great selection of Liquor to choose from however I felt one of the employees there was following me and watching me like a hawk low key.. They kept walking to each aisle I was on pretending to clean which made me feel uncomfortable and annoyed me but nonetheless the store itself is great.

Good location, nice atmosphere, well maintained and clean. If they didn't price themselves so high I would have made a purchase or two. Some items are marked up a normal amount... but $45 for Weller Special Reserve 750ml. I laughed my way out the door without spending a dime. I will not support a store that gouges their customers like that.

The selection of beers varies from both imported and domestic beers, wines, and liquors. They are continuing to build their stock as noted from the increasing local and regional beer selection. Prices are fair, and the staff is very nice and professional. The fact that they have Dragon's Milk means I'll be shopping there again soon.

I went to Liquorland today for a specific item. They had what I wanted as well as some other items. They have very good pricing compared to the big box stores. Their customer service is outstanding! Let’s say the other places I have shopped in the past have lost my business and I will continue shopping at Liquorland! Thank you!

Cool place. They don't have everything that you'll find at total wine, but their prices are good and they sell a lot of local brands. I recommend giving them a looksy. Side note: my husband said that the cigar selection left a lot to be desired. Not as many brands that he would normally like to choose from.

Like another said on the reviews. You would expect better customer relation for a new location. Asked for a certain bourbon and was laughed at. Other locations offer a waiting list at least. Smaller businesses are better. Seems like this will be a big boy on the block that treats you like another number.

If they don’t have it, you don’t need it!! They have everything you need, from rare finds to all the usual stuff and everything in between. Super friendly staff. Go here before you go anywhere else. Save yourself from running all over town. This is your one stop place!! Highly recommend

I frequently buy bourbon and they price guage here. It's unfortunate but intentional by the owner. Nice and clean inside and spoke with a friendly manager. The metroplex has some serious whiskey followers. If you want our business, set your prices in line with the market.

Purchased a bottle of wine there, went to drink the wine and it was no good, the wine spoiled. Tried to return the wine and was told "once the item leaves the store its non returnable"...very poor customer service. Will not return to purchase anything else at this store

I’m so glad they are finally open! It’s conveniently located in my neighborhood and the staff is knowledgeable, polite, and offered suggestions on items I never even thought about before. I will be returning and telling everyone around to come visit this great location.

They dont price match. This is like a convenient store where the prices are a couple dollars more than other stores that has been around for some time. I also didnt care for the owner or owners to be standing over near the cash registers. Haven't been back

The people who work here made me feel so uncomfortable. 100% took my money else where and will never return. The workers at the store looked at me as if i had 3 heads coming out my neck. Very unwelcoming and almost seems as if they were judgmental.

This place doesn't have the enormous variety like a huge liquor store would but it's clean and tidy and any time I'm in there, someone asks me if I need any assistance. At the big places, you kind of feel invisible.

Over priced. Bought a bottle of Weller 107 for 65 bucks. It's hard to find lately but to mark it up just cause you can? Found the same bottle at Spec's a month later for just under 40 bucks. I won't go back.

Nice clean professional setting with a wide variety. My only detraction is that they don't stock my hard to find items. I like Ausbach Brandy, and Speckled Tail Whisky. Admittedly some hard to find items.

Horrible place. Overpriced and treat their staff like trash. Do not shop or work here. Go to Specs instead - you’ll get a much better experience & much cheaper price.

Everything is priced $10-$15 over the bigger retail stores. Most Bourbons are double that or in a bundle that’s marked up. Drive 5 min down the road to TW or Specs.
