Kind of hard to give 5 stars. That to me is absolute perfection. Non existent if you ask me especially for customer service. But..... in my visit into this store. Not only fully stocked. Not only had a very wide selection of everything. But the employee there who helped me knew where everything was. Shocking!! The man was talking. Made conversation. Made my shopping easy quick an found everything I wanted. So my experience will take me back there. Reasonable prices as well. Its liquor. It is what it is. My experience today with who I dealt with was very pleasant. Wish I got his name. And to top it off. Brought it out to my car. A plus..

Prices are great and they have a huge selection. The staff is also nice but they can be a bit too eager to help and they follow you around too much. Its a bit overwhelming when you're trying to find something and you have 4 or 5 different people consecutively asking you if you need help and then just hover next to you. I go there at least once a week, sometimes multiple times. You'd think by now they get I know what I like and where to get it. And, if I need any help finding something, I'll just ask...

This is the local liquor store you've been looking for. Been coming here for about a year, now. Staff is all friendly and quite knowledgeable. Prices are great - routinely matched or beating some of the big box chains. Great selection of whiskey, and some harder to find bottles occasionally come through, behind the counter. The real unicorns are kept for their best customers, but that's the norm at most places, unfortunately. Store also does occasional barrel picks!

They have a small but good selection of Second wines of top châteaus. Examples: Reserve de La Comtesse__Moulin de Duhart__Marquis de Mons. My suggestion is they should add more Second wines to their stock. Sargent de Gruaud Larose and Marquis Calon or Clos du Marquis would be nice additions. Although their prices are comparable to Wine Warehouse & Astor Place in Manhattan. No great savings but easy access for a Brooklyn Wine Snob such as myself..

5 stars says it all, they have a large .. no MASSIVE selection from A-Z, great prices, great people, if ya look lost they'll ask you if ya need help, you don't need to soul search for employees, the cashier are fast they don't drag around, if you need help with the box of liquor you buy they have people there to help you (make sure you tip, don't be that person). But yaa all round 5 stars check it out if ypu haven't been

A superlative store. The selection is wide and varied. My preferred drink, Choya plum wine, is dollars cheaper than anywhere else I've seen it; and they carry two additional varieties of it I never knew existed before visiting. I went at a busy time the weekend before Christmas and the knowledgable staff helped me greatly in getting some gift shopping done. I will be back next time I am in area.

Always an awesome experience!. I used to go here for many years before I moved and every single time I needed a recommendation on any liquor, they were always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would also like to add that they always hit the mark!! Their prices are super reasonable, they always have everything you need and everyone is friendly. I miss them!!

Great place! Good prices at least for me! But if you go there you will for sure find what you were looking for! Hate going multiple places here is just everything. People that complain about workers offering help every 20 seconds I feel they totally honest and not intentions to sell just to help. If I ever want to buy a louis XIII will be here guys.

Made the mistake of buying from Great wall liquor on 11th ave and 63rd st..got over charged for a bottle of macallan and a story to go with it. Looks like that's the price I paid for shopping elsewhere. My last visit here was great, an employee even helped carry a box to the car for me in the rain. Great selection and helpful staff.

Great location for spirits. Cheapest I've seen in all of NYC (no exaggeration) and I've been to a fair share of liquor stores in my years. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As a whiskey drinker, I was blown away by their selection. I'll certainly be back on a weekly basis.

Great selection and terrific prices at this Bensonhurst location. You will find all of your faves along with a mix of smaller craft producers. The prices are excellent too. Service is good too. They are a great stop for a single bottle for an evening or cases for that blowout party.

When you walk in the door your choices are almost overwhelming, because there are so many types of wine and liquors right in front of you. Staff is very helpful and knowledgable of their products, especially Taras. Location is great right on street.

Inside the store staff is educated and well trained. Gentleman on the phone cut me off too fast. Last year I spend $900 and this year $300. I didn’t expect his behavior. I used this store for liquor for over 10 years

Prices and selection are good.....but the workers need to stop following you around, asking if you need help every 20 seconds while giving you their suggestions. Management needs to teach them better.

Prices are great, hard liquor selection is ok but their staff will watch you like hawks. And most of them are unqualified to assist you in any way aside of pointing at the most expensive option.

Great selection of pretty much everything. Wines, vodkas, whiskeys, you name it, they have it in such abundance and for fair prices. Always happy to get a new Bourbon or Japanese whiskey there.

The most educated staff and owner on every spirit that they sell in the store. I can spend an hour in there every time I go and learn about all of the wines and liquors that they stock.

Great selection of drinks, great customer service. They have all what you need. Prices are very reasonable. Only one thing, they do not sell my fav wine JamJar (shiraz), but its ok.

the young counter people are friendly but if your black they'll follow you around the store looking at you like your about to steal. 3rd time it's happened. Never coming back

Probably the best selection and pricing in the Bay Ridge/Dyker/Bensonhurst area. They sometimes carry store picks of bourbon/rye that are very well selected.
