I get with Covid things are just operating at a different pace. I go in and told to wait 10 minutes for a promotional pizza and 2 crazy bread. Okay busy when I went in. The promotional pizza was done a few minutes after it was ordered and multiple were put into the heater to sell. Then waited for 15 plus minutes for crazy bread. She only had 1 ready to go when I ordered so she was just getting me fresh....well I had someone come in and ordered got the 2 new breads that were made. After waiting the gal asked what was my order again? I told her and she grabbed a pizza out of the warmer 15 minutes past at this point when they were out and I got the older crazy bread from the warmer I saw and some bread she grabbed from a different order that had been waiting for pickup...really to wait for it is fine...to have people walk in and take the hot food others are waiting for and then get just warm food in return, but waited is just not okay at all. It's hard to recommend coming in during an evening time and wait if I'm not actually waiting for fresh out of the oven. Might of been in for 20 to 25 minutes in total, but for a grab and go I would of rather spent the money on MOD down the road. I at least know it's hot fresh food made for me and kept for me vs a grab and go customer who did not want to wait at all. Should she not get the Luke warm crazy bread that was overcooked in the first place?

Walked in, man at the counter had his head down counting his drawer not acknowleging me at all. No problem, money is important. Another guy skulking around loading pizzas into the warmer, no greeting, no eye contact, just loads pizzas and disappears into the back. A homeless man walked in, grabed a two liter and ran out without the first guy ever looking up from his cash drawer. Wait about four minutes until the second guy takes my order. Ask what's ready, he says nothing so I order a pepperoni, he says it'll only be a minute. So I wait. Five minutes goes by and a lady walks in and up to the man who was counting money. She asks what's ready, he says pepperoni. And proceeds to grab a pizza that the skulking guy put in the warmer right when I got in. I motion the the guy saying I'm waiting on a pepperoni. Instead of handing me a pizza he hands the woman hers, takes her payment and tells me it'll be just a minute. He then goes back to the guy who took my order and said something I couldn't hear. I finally get handed my pizza not a thank you or have a nice day or anything. I know this isn't gourmet food but ANY kind of hospitality would've been nice. This store either needs to raise wages to get decent people to work there or just fire the front end dimwits I dealt with today and start over. Wednesday Feb 23rd at 5pm was my visit time. I won't be back

Great location, i dont like most little caesars locations, this one kept my food warm even when i was nearly 20 minutes late, the young sweet petite latina girl was very nice, after coming in i didn't have to wait more then 10-15 seconds yes seconds before she came to the front register, at mosy other locations i would wait 1-5 minutes everytime even after someone had seen i was there, and what made this a 5 star review was no just that but i forgot to ask for my receipt and was nearly out the door she asked if i would like my receipt, seeing seeing as how i use then for tax returns i was quite happy she reminded me, now for other people its not a big deal but i found she did all things correct and in a manner and fassion that made me happy to be there and have gone. And on top of all things the girl was very beautiful and clean, this is important because, well not to sound like a sallow individual but looking at some people who do a very very poor job at up keeping hygiene and outer appearance can make an individuals appetite go sour... this being said i think its important to mention the girl was clean and pretty, because this alone will actually effect ones appetite making food possible more sweet flaverful or even totally different. All being said 5 stars hope it stays that way =)

They forgot the extra cheese on my pizza. Hopefully when I go back up there in the morning we can get this issue resolved without a hassle. I would have went back or called tonight, but unfortunately I was one of the last customers and they closed before I noticed what happened and had a chance to do anything about it. Typically when my pizza is made correctly it is one of the most phenomenal creations on this planet. I always get the same pizza everytime I come here so it's very easy to tell when it is made incorrectly, the difference is night and day. Besides this experience which is definitely not one of the better ones that I've experienced, I would easily give this place 5 stars. Hopefully when I go back up there in the morning I can change my 2 star rating back to a 5 start rating like they have the potential to deserve. Update: it took about 30 days literally to get this minor issue resolved so my 2 start rating will now be changed to a 1 start review.

Worst experience EVER. At 820pm we order a pizza from this restaurant. Mind you we tried ordering online just to have it malfunction and not process payment. We scrambled to call the one doing delivery, no answer. We call another close to our home, no answer. I call this Little Ceaser and finally get a answer. I place my family's order. The guy on the phone says it will be 20 or 30 min due to he is the only one in the store and asked for patience. I said no problem and hung up phone. As my family is on the way to get the order but going to be a minute or two late due to road being blocked was told order was canceled due to he knew we wouldn't make it by 9pm and he will not wait a minute passed 9pm. My family doesn't get take out much and were truly looking forward to pizza and movie. But we ended our day with no bun sausage dogs and bowl of cereal. Worst family night dinner, thank you so much Little Ceaser.

I had a t-mobile offer for a $3.00 pizza and it wouldn't work. This is the 2nd time I have had a offer from Little Caesars and their app won't work, so I can't use the offer. You can only use offer in the app, so if the app doesn't work the store won't honor offer. So then you can't use the offer. This last time I tryed to use offer it kept saying I couldn't have #'s in my first and last name, so it wouldn't let me log in and use the offer. I didn't have any #'s in my name. I even showed employees and they didn't know why it says that and wouldn't let me login. I'm not sure why their app has problems most if the time and store employees don't why or how to fix it.

For its location they do a wonderful job. My pizza was done on time for pick up no issues. And they had a full house. All food was was wonderfully cooked. They even had it set up where, you got your pazza out of the code box, the receipt was placed a certain way so all I had to do is set it on the counter where they had a space next to the to go box and they could confirm you had a pop to grab. Grab and perfection! Don't let the outside Deceive you. This place has my vote!

Honestly the place is good. Usually the customer service is too I always come and order a lunch combo even after two but with out the soda that way in don’t get the two pan pizza, but the General manager Jose told me no that there was no button for it. When I get it all the time even the day before. It’s frustrating to me when a person is in management and even though they are able to do something. Sick and tired of ordering pizza and a 2-liter soda through Door Dash only to not get the 2-liter soda. Easily 10 plus times. The driver blames the Little Caesar employees. When I drive up to get what I paid for, the manager always blames the driver. It has gotten very predictable. When I asked the manager what can be done to make sure I get what I pay for in the future, he said that it is 100% dependent on the driver and he can not guarantee me that will get what I paid for. This location does NOT do its due diligence to make sure the customer gets what they order. Oh yeah, the reason I order for delivery is to avoid the junkies panhandling in front of the store.

Worst costume service ever, I ordered couple times pizza with extra ingredients and both times I wasn't given the extra ingredients buy ai was charged for it, I talked with the manager both times and I was offered free pizza on both occasions, first time I didn't want to take cause mistakes happens but second time I say yes.. Today I called to order it and I asked for the free one and the person in charge was completely rude saying that I already asked for it but I haven't, I understand when they do mistakes but I don't think this is the way to talk to costumers, not returning to this store ever again,but I think the owner should known about this kind of situations!

So disappointed. I go to this store at least 4 times a month. Good customer. Today, I went to pick two pizza and one coke, and it was crowded. I was told to wait a little bit. Ok, fine. However, they pushed my order back and they kept serving the new orders. I was stood up there about 30 minutes( May be more than that). Every body came , and ordered and got served. Finally, I asked him( the guy who took my order) if my orders were not placed. He said, sorry. I felt so disappointed. I am not sure weather he forgot to place my order or he did it on purpose, or those who worked in the back misplaced my order. However, that wasn’t really fair.

*update: still no refund so they basically lied about it. I ordered delivery because I'm in quarantine. My order was 10 minutes late, cold, and half of my order wasn't delivered. I called the store and the store manager told me to come pick it up myself - after paying $6 in fees and a $5 tip. I had to call the customer service number and wait on hold for 15 minutes to get a refund for the missing items. Keep in mind, my tip and fees were still charged. This rating is partially for the store and partially for Doordash, but the store wasn't willing to make it right, either.

I went in to order a pizza and there was a lady talking to someone outside the door. I go and wait for a few minutes and she comes In asks what I need. I say I need to order. She then walks around the counter. The woman was in Jean shorts and slides. Her hair wasn’t tied down it was almost unkempt. She then walks around the counter to cut me a pizza. She wasn’t wearing anything that looked like work attire or to be health compliant. My receipt says her name was Cora.

It's cheap, has some flakes of real ingredients sprinkled on, and is sometimes really warm. The parmesan cheese is a mystery to me. I've been investigating what it may be and have come up empty handed. Sand of some kind? Sugar and flavor? Plastic? All the above? Caesar never ate pizza. He never carried a spear with a slice impaled on it. The threads of Little Cesar's toga are unwinding into a mysterious rats nest.

It's located in a grocery store parking lot so there's plenty of parking.

I was kinda disappointed because it took longer than I had expected. My previous experience has been going in during the times that they've got the pre-made pizzas ready to walk in and be grabbed for purchase. Since I was ordering from a slightly higher tier on the menu, it had to be assembled from scratch when I placed the order. So there was a solid 15-20 minute wait while my order was being prepped and cooked. Had I of taken that into consideration, I would most definitely have called ahead.

I was not too overly impressed with the manner in which I was greeted. Fine, I get you don't want to put on a fake smile but at least be enthusiastic about working. Prices here, in typical Portland fashion, are about $1 more than outside Portland. There was a wait of 10 minutes but I had just hit before the noon rush that was likely to follow. Pizza is good for the price. Nothing amazing compared to what you can find in Portland but a cheap meal that is convenient and quick.

It's Little Caesars. Pizzas are good enough. But it becomes great when you have a bunch of munchkins, rugrats, gnomes, or gremlins that need to be fed. The cheaper prices are the true heroes.

It's pretty much what you would expect from a Little Caesars, though I had a more positive experience from the service here than from other branches. They were friendly enough. Fast in-and-out service, thanks to the hot-and-ready pizzas. My boyfriend and I grabbed the last pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and some crazy bread. The crazy bread was pretty good, simple. However, the pizza was extremely greasy and caused nausea.

Well, unfortunately going to have to give this location one star. I tried ordering online, it said transaction could not go through even though I have a pending balance in my bank account. I tried calling the location, they were busy, but unable to help or answer questions in any way. Unfortunate to say, I will not be visiting this location in the future. Hopefully the transaction does not go through.

Don't come here if you want a hot and ready pizza like they advertised I have been here 4 times and always told to wait 10 minutes then why do you all say you are hot and ready when your not also the Mexican lady is always so rude I'm not sure if she is even legal just the like the manager someone should call ICE

I ordered Pizza & crazy bread (both hot & ready) and asked for garlic butter sauce. She said "I'll grab that sauce in a minute" so I stood to the side. I waited for 7 minutes while she took other people's orders until she finally acknowledged I was still standing there. Kind of defeated the point of having food ready.

Children were skateboarding in the lobby. Making it hard to reach the counter. For a 13.25 pizza I'm extremely unsatisfied. The ingredients didnt even reach the outer edges of the pizza. Some slices didnt even have anything on it. Somebody didn't take enough time to care. Not worth my money. Not going back.

I'll prepared for the Sunday night rush. I've waited 20 minutes for a Hot N Ready. Doesn't that usually mean it's already been made and it's waiting for its forever home? There are people who have come in after me and left and there are people who have been here before me who are still waiting! Seriously?!

Very disappointed in the Pretzel crust pizza. Didn’t taste like a pretzel at all. I’m willing to bet the pizza I got was a regular pizza with salt on the crust. No way that was a pretzel crust. I’m quite upset about it. I don’t know if I should try it again or not. I might have been duped.

The owners are Macedonian decent. Top 3 pizzas. I need drive 15 to 20 mins to get the pizza…. It’s worth it. Pineapple with olives. ❤️. The price with great and the taste. No long lines when I come.

Since Little Caesar’s is fairly popular for quick cheep pizza I have gotten used to waiting for a few minutes for it to be ready. This Little Caesar’s was the fastest one I have been to in a while. The pizza was typical Little Caesar’s pizza and the staff was friendly.

Was really appreciative of the fact that I was ordering 3 pizzas and 2 breadsticks for the family with only 15 minutes till closing, and they were happy to get the order done instead of shutting down or making excuses like many people would do, but not here. Thanks.

I only really order the deep dish or stuffed crust and it always coats the box in a ton of grease. I like wipe the grease off my pizza on the lid of the box and feel good that I did not put it in my body. Can't eat here every week but who doesn't love a hot pizza.

I order a personal deep dish and got cheese bread instead and then when I returned to ask for a deep dish they told me it was a deep dish b7t it didn't have sauce and then I asked for my money back and they asked for a receipt and they never gave me one

Never have pizza "Hot & Ready" and the store is bare. They don't utilize the remodel fixtures and displays, also the staff are very off putting. Not disrespectful but not respectful either. Feels more like a burden to them when you're ordering.

This place is super busy and they really do their best to keep up. But if you are in a hurry better call your order in or prepare to be a bit patient. The great news is that the Safeway that is no longer there leaves a lot of great parking!

calzone pizza is outrageous..hope they keep it on the menu...Been a little Caesars customer since the 80's...only complaint is the breadsticks keep getting smaller and smaller..used to come in white bag..full. now it's just embarrassing.

These folks are always busting it out every time I swing by. Go out of their way to make things right and handle conflicts well with customers. I've seen it all, and they got it down.

When you're in a hurry, on a tight budget or both this is a great place to pick up pizza and sides for the family. I suggest getting breadsticks and garlic butter with your pizza.
