Mix feelings about our order. It's been years since we've had Little Caesar's and thought we would try their new pizzas. We ordered the deep dish pizza which was fantastic! For $6 extra we also got the stuff crust which we thought was worth it. Everything about that pizza was delicious. We also tried the pretzel pizza which was a huge disappointment and we only ate a few pieces and threw out the rest. It was way too salty and barely had any cheese nor sauce. We got free breadsticks with our order on skip and they were fine. They charge 50 cents for marinara sauce which is actually a pretty big container so that's highly worth it if you like extra sauce. Overall we will definitely order again but only for their deep dish pizza! It's not at all the same as Chicago deep dish so don't expect the real thing but it was delicious regardless. Update 06/30 Changed my rating to 4 since we've now ordered the Detroit deep dish a few more times and they've always been great. Service at pick up has been great and they are super quick so highly recommend this type of pizza.

Consistency here is so bad. One order may be perfect and delicious, the next couple with be horrible. - I’ve had crazy bread that had no spices or parmesan, leaving it as just over-cooked dough with a little cheese in it. - I’ve had pizza with the outer rim being 3 inches of dough before any cheese or sauce. - I’ve straight up been lied to here. Asking for a fresh Italian bread, she opened the box to herself and looked at it saying it was fresh. When I opened the box the cheese was rubber and had pretty much blended into the dough with having sat there for hours. - They are bad with their hours too. Sometimes I’ve gone at opening hours and they are like 30 minutes late to open the doors. Or going there where their sign shows the hours that they are open, but they’re closed.

I ordered pizza for my kids on morning and my experience was too bad with the employee she is tall,look slim and the color is also not that much clear she’s wear dark lipstick on lips..She doesn’t understand my order I repeat my order 3-4 times may be her English was not good she is talking very unprofessionally in front of the customers I asked to that lady give me fresh pizza because of my kids.. she gave me one pizza fresh and another one was totally in bad condition i asked again to that lady it is fresh she said yes both are fresh … she is very unprofessional and liar also….

My partner called ahead and ordered a pizza that I was going to pick up on my way home from work. When I got there the staff had no idea what I was taking about, they didn’t have the order, they were looking at me like I had pointy ears and a tail. I confirmed with my partner this was the correct location. The staff rushed to prepare my order. When it was finally ready I asked if I could get a discount, since from placing the first order to leaving the restaurant with food had taken almost an hour, but they said no. Extremely poor customer service. I’ll be driving the extra 5 minutes and getting our pizza from Papa Johns down the street from now on.

I’m not sure exactly why the staff always seem unprepared for any orders. Everytime it seems like they’re uncoordinated (I’ve been to other locations and it is not the same). They always seem to be doing things other than customer service and most recently they were all chatting in the back and ignoring anyone in the front area. They also don’t have online ordering which is weird because other locations do and they virtually have almost no “hot n ready” items other than 1 pizza.

Food is usually good, especially if you order it fresh. If you get one they’ve had for a while its quite dry. The short girl with black glasses has some of the worst customer service I receive consistently. Ordered a peperoni & 1 ranch dip. After I paid she gives me the pizza but forgets about the ranch, so I kindly ask “could I get the ranch please?”. I receive the dip with an extra side of an eye roll & “ughh” as she tosses it to me. Sorry to inconvenience you with the dip I paid for. Might just start going to dominos next door. They are quite nice to their customers.

Was told I’d have to wait 25 minutes for them to make stuffed crazy bread and the lady (short, clear framed glasses) was annoyed we’d be willing to wait. Our food didn’t take 25, took the standard 8-10 minutes. Clearly she didn’t want to make our food.. Disappointed in the customer service and attitude of that employee. I’ve been to other locations and have never been told I have to wait that long, let alone get attitude from the employee. Don’t recommend this location.

I really like coming here for a quick hot and ready. When it comes to pick-up orders though, it hasn’t gone over too smoothly, and they end up making the order when I get there. They do advertise online ordering in their store, however the app says “online ordering coming soon to your location”. Outside of those thing, drop-ins are always the way to go for this location I find. ALWAYS delicious :)

What an absolute mess. The girl working clearly had not an idea what she was doing.and is LAZY I had to wait over 20 minutes for one pizza. She straight up told me no I wasn’t allowed to order the stuffed crazy bread because it would take too long. Even though it was many hours before they close. She told me they were sold out of the dipping sauce i wanted. No problem. But then the girl who ordered after me was able to order it no problem? Save your time and go elsewhere.

So I ordered a hot and ready cheese pizza and stuffed crust crazy bread. We got the pizza and it was literally paper thin. The crazy bread was not fresh and the cheese had even stiffened up inside after I asked her specifically if it was fresh to which she responded that it was. I will definitely not go here ever again. I'd rather pay the extra money to go next door to domino's for real pizza. Good pizza!

Disappointing first experience. Bread sticks were hard as rock and had pretty much no seasoning on them. Pizza was somewhat average, not what I would expect from a Little Caesars though. I would recommend going to the Terwillegar Little Caesars until this restaurant gets their training together. Will probably wait a couple months before trying this location again.

So disappointed gave this location the benefit of the doubt, even after seeing Google rating. Get home pizza looks like it sat in the hot and ready all day, even tastes like it. Lesson learned next time if I come to this establishment I will ask them to make a fresh pizza

Was cash only before Christmas. Location has been closed for over a week now. Staff is never at the till. Usually wait 3-5 minutes for service. Hot n Ready is very seldom available. Drove to the 23rd ave location . Better service and food

We have ordered here many times and never had any issues until today. Does little Caesar’s use some kind of hard liquor in their pizza? Our pizza reeked and tasted of some kind of liquor. I will be contacting your head office if I don’t get an answer because kids eat these pizzas.

Wet disappointed. I was given an assumed “cheese sauce” that is like cheese whiz on my pizza. When I called, she stated I had to specify I wanted the pizza sauce. Couldn’t eat it, putrid. And they said too bad. Threw the whole pizza out. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic take away pizza, just got HNR Chicago Style Pizza for my hot lunch. Amazing service, practically no wait time. Thanks for that smiling staff who was so kind and accommodating.

I visit this place every week to get pizzas. Consistency is really good here. All the staff members are quite friendly and always meet with big smiles on their faces. I always get my order on time. So I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks

Decided to treat ourselves with some delivery pizza last night. What is up with these chains not cooking their pizza? Have a look at these pics, the pizza wasn't even remotely cooked. Very disappointed. What a waste of money. Never again.

Just received my chicago style pizza , and the crust is completely under cooked, it is very doughy. had to put it in the oven to finish the cook on it.

Ordered by phone for pickup, I arrived on time but there was no one there and they just shouted how may I help you. The actual pizza was pretty good although I had to cut it myself because slices weren’t properly separating.

Make sure you double check the charges before you give them payment. They have a way of silently increasing the cost then have excuses why the charge is more hoping you either dont see it or pay anyway.

Everything about this location is awful. Horrible parking lot, small busy crowded store, 20 minute wait times and here is what a 3 meat looks like to them, they completely botched my order

Usually really good but this time we got cold wings and an under cooked pizza .... it was like eating creamy yeast slop with toppings on it
