It was a lovely, easy Sunday breakfast with my in-laws. We have never been before, they were visiting from Launceston. Due to the late arrival the night before, we choose the Little Growling Cafe, because it was close by and offered indoors seating with a view of mature trees and greenery. The views did not disappoint. It was a 7 minutes drive for us with ample parking (note Carpark is shared with Fraser Property Sales House, may be busier during opening times for the sales office) We were greeted at the door by friendly staff and shown to our table which we luckily booked earlier. It was initially empty at 9am, however but the time we looked at the menu the other tables were filled quickly. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We saved room for a hot breakfast each and shared an Almond and Pistachio Raspberry croissant. I had a few pots of English breakfast tea and the tables were cleared away diligently. Seating was comfortable and comfortable temperature. The only downside was that the guest bathroom was out of order, we could have stayed longer and had more pots of tea. We recommend, and look forward to going back for breakfast again. Breakfast menu: The Growling Breakfast. A hearty breakfast for the individual who enjoys a full meal. The bacon was the right level of crispy and my father in-law was very satisfied with his choice. Big Breakfast. My partner couldn’t resist a classic big breakfast, this did not disappoint. The roasted mushrooms were perfect and the bread was his favourite. Avo Smash. I opted for no bread, add extra poached egg. So simple, light and tasty. Next time I might add the bread, apparently the sourdough is delicious. Zucchini Corn & Pea Fritter (v) Tasty and plate licking yum. There was this beetroot / vinaigrette drizzle that was Devine. Fritters were moist and baked to perfection.

I recently had the pleasure of organising my daughter's birthday party at Little Growing Cafe, and I must say that the experience was truly fantastic. As a new resident in the suburb, we were still learning our way around, but the team at Growling Cafe went above and beyond to assist us with planning and executing the event. Rashi, Rishi, Divyang and team took care of everything, from providing a wonderful unicorn-themed decoration to capturing beautiful photographs of the celebration. The decoration added a delightful touch to the party atmosphere. One aspect that truly stood out was the quality of the food. The fresh and delicious food that came from the kitchen was a hit among all the attendees. Additionally, the staff ensured timely refills, ensuring that everyone was well taken care of. What impressed me the most was the exceptional level of service provided by the team. They not only accommodated all our final requests but also offered great suggestions to enhance the overall experience. Despite it being a windy day, the cafe had an attached play area, and some of the kids couldn't resist the temptation to jump outside and enjoy the space. This additional feature made the party even more enjoyable for the children. Overall, I highly recommend Little Growing Cafe for any event or gathering. The team's dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my daughter's birthday party a memorable and joyful occasion. We went for a Friday brekkie with an expectation of nice and warm cafe experience. But no greetings at all from anyone after entering the cafe. We were standing inside for sometime waiting for someone to come and seat us but maybe they were too busy. Then we seated ourselves and grabbed a high chair and some water. But then one of the staff members came with a menu and asked us to order on the counter. We order coffee, corn fritters and delhi toastie. The coffee was good and toastie was good. The fritters were above average but the poached egg had a metallic taste. Compared to the price, the quantity of food was less. It lacked value for money.

When we arrived it was quite busy, so we had high hopes. The menu looked interesting and who can pass up an Angus Beef burger, and for the price, that’s what we expected. Sadly, it’s not what we got. The beef was definitely not Angus. It tasted like generic frozen burgers you can get at Aldi. The fries were just fries, again generic frozen brand. The venue itself was very stuffy and hot with no ventilation. Bonus dead fly in plastic plants on the table. We had our children with us but unfortunately there was no pram or wheelchair access to the outdoor play area. This place is not worth the money and we will not be recommending or returning. One staff member smiled. She must be new.

Nice little neighbourhood cafe and a great weekend brunch spot. Been here a few times and they don’t disappoint. Had coffees and toasties, coffee is nice and toasties are the best especially Mumbai toastie is a must try. Nice ambience and great service all the time.

The Cafe seem to be quite popular with locals on a Sunday morning. Their food was decent but larger serving would make it better value. Also the service was on the slower side. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Enjoyed our meal, burgers had a lot of sauce which I really like! Very busy day so there was a wait for food but that was ok, kids explored the play area which is a little dated but still fun. Some of our meal items were forgotten and adjustments (e.g no onion on burger) forgotten but all in all a really friendly family atmosphere and very kind staff who did apologise for the busy day and errors.

It’s a nice little place in the neighbourhood with great breakfast options. A busy place over the weekends especially Saturday, however it’s fun to ride on your bike and enjoy the scenic creek view on the way. The park outside the cafe with play area having a big slide and flying fox is entertainer if you have kids. I wish the staff was more smiling and not over stressed, to consider it a 5 star experience.

Best coffee in Wyndham Vale, thank you so much for a wonderful brunch around the nature area. Such a beautiful place enjoy meeting friends and tasty food. Friendly staff and always welcoming new customers. I would definitely return more often. Strongly recommend to local neighborhood or people traveling around.
