I come here a lot for my weekly catch up with a work colleague and found that this cafe is a great place for a chat and coffee. All the staff are extremely accommodating and approachable. They are attentive and deliver amazing service whilst being professional and serving great coffee. It's clear to see that they care for their business and customers by their treatment of their own staff and to everyone that comes along. Both the coffee and food served are always impeccable each and every time we attend - and more often than not is served within 5 minutes of ordering, which is great because it allows us to settle in without too much delay wondering when we'll get our food (which is often the case in other cafes). Wyndham needs more cafes like this. Cafes that are grass roots and connect with their communities, providing a great space for meetings, catch ups and even small events for families (which they often do!). Should you need a coffee, snack, meal or catch up with family or friends - this hidden gem is will accommodate and exceed your expectations of what a cafe is supposed to be: a humble experience that you can relax at and enjoy a nice cup of coffee.

So disappointed. I’m a local resident & I was a weekend regular along with some friends here and there & my partner, if I wasn’t dining in I was ordering take away. I understand the cost of living has gone up but instead of increasing your prices & keeping your generous portion sizes you’ve decreased sizes & just kept the same price on most things, but also $14 for one kids pancake is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered it once without any of the sides & still got charged $14 for ONE small pancake. Also since decreasing your portion sizes you guys have changed the ingredients in some of your mixed stuff like the mushrooms or mash avocado. Unfortunately we won’t be back as we get more for our money elsewhere. I use to love the coffees too, but twice now when I’ve gotten a take away coffee it’s just hot milk.

Visited today with my family and had a very mixed experience. It's worth noting, they just opened this week and we were a bit taken back that they had not set up any EFTPOS facilties. It was cash or Pay ID (which is a bit inconvenient and strange as there are no ATMs remotely close by and I've never used Pay ID before at a cafe) Drinks took 25 mins and were incorrect, but staff happily fixed it. Food took an hour to arrive and one meal was also incorrect, but it was fixed by staff. The food was beautiful, but hard to wait so long when children don't understand what's taking so long. Definitely think it's just opening week hiccups and hopefully the service will improve as the days go on. Staff were friendly enough, just feel like they were very disorganised as staff kept coming over to our tables with food and drink which we hadn't ordered.

It's a quaint little cafe where sometimes the coffee is not burnt if you're lucky. The food is average at best, and sometimes either too overcooked or undercooked. You can really expect a 50-50 chance of having a decent meal here. It's local so I took my chances until I discovered something much better just down that line of shops. My recommendation would be to try elsewhere first before ruining your impressions by going here. I had first taken out Uber Eats from here and found the coffee had a burnt after taste. The avocado that came was dark brownish and it just put me off. The toast was way too hard and the mushrooms had no taste.

I am a local resident and this is my weekend go to place for brekkie. Sorry to say but I am never going to this place in future. I suggest they should rather start an extortion business by sleating money from their customers at gun-point. Went to the Cafe yesterday and was served by Rishabh who generally serves us and is excellent! I was accompanied by my 7 month old labrador who recently has been tempted towards raw Ham slices. So, I ordered 4 raw Ham slices. To my surprise, Rishabh charged me a whopping $9 for those slices giving me an explanation that there is a price difference between supermarkets and speciality stores. GIVE ME A BREAK!! You charge $9 for something that is available at supermarkets for less than $1!!?? Very disappointing!!

Such a beautiful cafe, cozy and well lit creating a fresh atmosphere. Staff are prompt and friendly. Menu is straightforward with good choice of meals. Plenty of parking space. I ordered The Growling Breakfast and a Soy Mocha. My little bub just enjoyed his own yogurt (from home - I’m grateful they did not make a fuss out of it. My son is anaphylactic so I usually bring meals for him), by the way they have high chair, too. Growling Breakfast is superior! It’s within budget and has all what you’ll want. Chorizo, Bacon, Hashbrown, Tomato, and Mushroom! Such a great deal. Most of the time, I had to order extra for those in other cafes. Soy Mocha is creamy. Loved our stay! Will surely be back.

Dissapointed on a sunday morning at 11am to be told they had no ice cream or youghurt. The supermarket is nearby. Could theynit send a staff member to buy supplies. So no milkshakes or frappes. Pancakes and french toast without icecream too. Kids nuggets burnt but the restof the meals werefine. 3* for food. I ordered Mr. Benedict. There was SO MUCH hollandaise sauce for this dish. It should be reduced to half its quantity. It's made me sick after one hour. However, positive note is that they have generous serves (minus the dish swimming in hollandaise sauce). My family members commented that hash brown needed more seasoning. 5* for service. No issues. Keep up the good work. 4* for ambience. The place was freezing. Don't know if their heating was broken/not turned on. Or, it could be because their entrance is so huge that it keeps letting all the cold air inside.

This is my absolute favorite cafe in Mambourin. The food & coffee is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The toasties specially St Tropez and Mumbai are delicious and to the mark and if you want to scale up your taste then try their new addition- Egg Bhurji Burger! The owners & staff are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful setting indoor and outdoor, then this is a must to visit!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s first bday here and we had an amazing experience. Rashi was fantastic to deal with from the beginning, she is extremely professional and gave a great attention to all the details. Manager Rishi and his team on the day provided our guests with excellent customer experience. We personally loved the Wyndhamvale cafe as it’s in a serene and quiet setting. The food was absolutely delicious, all the guests at the party, especially the kids loved the pizzas, sliders, nachos, etc. Highly recommend this place!

I took my mother to the Little Growling Cafe in Mambourin for lunch after some great experiences both in-cafe dining and through menulog. We were not disappointed today. The menu is superb and the food is very nice. They have a wide variety of toasties for lunch, which is exactly what we felt like. The BLT was superb, served hot and very tasty. My mother's vegetarian toastie was equally good. Service was good and the venue is clean and spacious. This is a cafe to definately try if you are in the area - highly recommended!

The function space is really good with park. kids can enjoy in the park while adults can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The management is really good. we got all the details of the event and the decor was so good. we had barbie theme and the place looked amazing with the balloons. Rashi helped us with the customisation of the decor and was so detailed regarding the theme. loved our experience and will be back again soon for more parties and coffee

A gorgeous cafe in Mambourin with a beautiful comfortable atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. Lots of vegetarian options available! I had the vegetarian big breakfast which was okay. Since then I have been back and tried the Smash Avo and it was delicious! Will definitely be back to try other meals.

Me and my partner came here on Sunday morning and we are glad to say we have found our local go to cafe! The food came out so quick and was cooked to absolute perfection. The coffee was amazing I ordered a 2nd to go as we left. The staff were lovely as soon as we walked in the door and the prices are reasonable compared to other cafes in the area. Cute place. Food was really good. Staff were really friendly. Wasn't sure whether it was table service or order at the counter when we sat down so maybe tell people that when you seat them. Would definitely come here again if I'm ever in the area. Also, if you like Shakshuka try the baked eggs. They're topped with enough cheese to make you not to able to move for the next hour. Another good find. Flat white with Oat milk was really good. Only drawback I felt was the Oat milk has an extra sweetness than the usual and and made coffee less intense; which could have been lil high. Milk lab Oat milk was used and could be the brand. Recently went for dining in. The breakfast spread was so good. French toast was beautifully presented and Divyang is the best barista such smooth coffee. So glad to visit this new cafe opened in our area after lockdown. This was much needed. It has got plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and is located within Club Mambourin. The menu and food is same as it’s branch in Tarneit and everything is amazing. We had the big breakkie, smashed avocado and the best of all their toasties

Very pleased with the Hospitality I was waited by a lovely Waitress today she was very helpful an welcoming I think her name was Ashton, I was suggested the mushroom burger an it was delicious,Very family oriented an the milkshakes were delightful. Will most definitely come back again thank you for a lovely lunch experience.

Stumbled upon this place on my bike ride. Didn't have anything on the menu - but the mere fact that it brews my favourite "Roasting Warehouse" beans for the coffee makes the Cafe a clear winner in my books. Look forward to trying out their breakkie some day.

There was a bug on the side of my dish and my partner didn’t receive half of her order. Baked beans tasted like the tin baked beans from coles. Concept of cafe is nice but service and food wasn’t worth the money !!

Little growling cafe is the Rolls Royce of coffees! If you are a coffee lover you will love this place & their food menu is delicious but beware if you dine there because it will definitely give you a food coma!
