A discrete little structure that does exactly what it says on the tin. Hidden just to the west of the entrance to the nearby reserve on Melview Drive, this charming street library contains a variety of books for all audiences, which obviously changes depending on who has donated or taken its contents. A fun and always surprising way to get children (and yes adults) excited about discovering and reading new books, and to teach them about sharing and community spirit.

I love little street community free libraries. I didn't know that there was competition for the best, learning about them from the plaque on this one. I think that it was listed in Google maps definitely helped it get noticed.
