BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! DO NOT USE!! Texas Premier Parking is not a legitimately ran company. Major flags and signs of unscrupulous business practices by the individual running it. Most importantly he does not carry Insurance, and when asked to provide it comes up with a detailed bs excuse (as evident by his responses to past reviews). Secondly, multiple employees were not paid their wages for work. If they were paid, payments were made in cash, by bank transfer or Venmo....without an actual pay stub (this is plain ridiculous). This is clearly an attempt of tax evasion. Business owners or anybody attempting to utilize Premier Parking services, ensure you ask and receive all proper documentation before entering into an agreement. As a b2b relationship, contracts and insurance are without question mandatory...so make sure they're provided and legitimate. This individual is extremely evasive, difficult to work with, not punctual and will have a facade of excuses for every situation if you raise any questions. I'd recommend saving yourself the trouble and utilize another credible valet company, as there are some really good ones out there.
This is how Premier Parking describes themselves: "Unparalleled customer service, innovative and forward-thinking solutions and a technology focused approach..." I couldn't disagree more. In this 8 story garage there are two elevators, one of which "cannot be fixed" according to them and another that is frequently out of service. I've personally been stuck in the "working" elevator twice since I've been regularly ponying up for monthly parking there. The second incident required a visit from the Austin Fire Department to set us free. Premier - either provide "unparalleled customer service" like you claim, or be honest and say, "we run a large percentage of the available parking in downtown Austin and know companies will pay whatever we charge and take whatever minimal amount of service we provide because we can get away with it. Take it or leave it. We could not care less about customer service, We're here to generate revenue for our company. At least that's honest.
Good experience and great customer service from Littlefield Garage. I was staying at the nearby Westin hotel 1 block away and they only offer valet. Decided to save some.$$ researched google and found this nearby garage which offered $35 a day parking with in and out privileges. All you have to do is email company they set you up with paperwork and charge your cc for amount of days you'll utilize garage. Jose was a true professional and answered my emails within reasonable amount of time and answered all my questions. Garage itself I felt rental was safe at all times, cameras everywhere. It's in the heart of 6th street so try avoiding trying to park during peak times otherwise you'll run into traffic trying to get to garage. Follow they're instructions with the guide give you even has pictures because it can get tricky with a neighboring garage entrance. Overall would utilize Littlefield again and recommend them if in the area.
The staff here are AMAZING. My car's battery died while it was parked here, so I went down to the first level where the office is, and the staff drove me up to my spot on the fifth floor in THEIR car. Two of them helped me roll my car out of its parking spot so they could use their jumper cables, and they were so friendly the entire time. I was amazed that such kind, caring people work here, since most parking garages don't seem to have a staffed, on-site office. These guys really take care of their customers, and I am forever grateful for their help!
Terribly managed overpriced property. Almost never any parking due to valet's from neighboring hotel. The same valets that race up and down the garage as fast as possible to get bigger tips and almost cause an accident every day. Also, don't count on them to fix anything in any reasonable time, the elevator was broken for 3 weeks during the heat of summer, forcing most people to climb up and down 6-8 flights of stairs when its 100+ degrees outside. Management doesn't respond to emails until pinged several times. Horrible horrible property.
Parked here at 4:30 . Left at around 11pm. Should have been charged 10 dollars for the 5pm-10pm timeslot and an additional 4 dollars for 2, 20 minute intervals. I was charged 26 dollars. Random 2 dollars and 24 for the whole day I'm assuming. I contacted the garage, no assistance and no numbers for a higher up at Next Level valet, also Contacted "FlashParking" the makers of the kiosk and also no assistance. Park here after 5 or else get scammed for 24 bucks.
Great garage, and great employees that work there. Only issue is when their elevators are down and they don't give enough notice or they don't label EVERY elevator area. The staff is great though. My only suggestion is get something that beeps and flashes that is facing the street to warn pedestrians & scooter users that there is a parking garage there. (You lose 1 star for not having that safety feature)
Beware of month-to-month parking with this company! Within 4 days of signing my contract I received an email notifying me of a $40/month hike on the monthly rate. Then, 14 days later, I received another email letting me know that my parking account is being terminated to accommodate "tenant" parkers. I spoke with an account manager and her only response was "it was in the contract".
Decent location. Good pricing for nightlife workers. They will rush to freeze your account automatically over any issue without contacting you first to see if the issue can be solved. My account was frozen while I was parked in the garage and I had to contact support while stalled at the exit in order to leave the garage. The company needs to update its processes severely.
I have parked here numerous times as my gym is in the building. I’m in the gym right around 2 hours every time. Six dollars an hour, two hours, my charge is always around 12 dollars. Tonight for exactly two hours the kiosk charged me 20 dollars. The help line was absolutely no help. So, called the bank and disputed the charge on my card. Time to find a new place to park.
The elevators are in need of maintenance. They are very slow, shake on the way up or down, and it seems like only one of them is working at a time. The button for the 8th floor has not lit up when pressed for the last several years. There are no proofs of inspection displayed in either elevator or a certificate of compliance.
Your recent ploy to cut out paper receipts at the seaholm garage is causing huge backups. If the purpose was really to go green you’re failing because it takes twice as long and cars are sitting there burning fuel instead of taking a tiny piece of paper. If it was to make additional money than I’m equally disappointed.
This garage offers very reasonable pricing, especially considering the perfect downtown location. We ended up parking here for over three months and never had an issue. I would definitely recommend this garage and the excellent customer service that Andies and his team at Next Level Valet offer.
Not a review of this specific location, but the company Premier Parking has their assistance line disconnected and do not pick up their phone. Cannot pay or leave the garage. No attendant. Poorly managed. Sad.
Good location, elevators are dated, 8th floor button does not light up. Prices are steep - $2/20 minutes. I understand increasing prices possibly for events but for weekday meetings, too high.
I really didn’t like the service because the payment wasn’t stated clearly and they charge us $50 just for 90 min. I have never seen anything like that. It is very bad. Never go there !!!!
expensive but it's right on sixth street, and unlike others have reported, i had no problems using my credit card to get in the side doors and to pay and exit.
*** Please be careful when inside this parking garage. *** There have been two (yes two) cars that have fallen out of this garage from the upper levels.
Says $3 for every 20 minutes. Parked for 15 minutes and charged me $10. Awful, never parking here again when visiting Austin.
Best place to park your car when your in downtown Austin Staff is amazing and friendly along with security
I know of 4 people who had their cars broken into here. Do not park overnight
