Parking garage
"Avoid parking in this garage if you can!! If I could leave zero stars, I would"
"You’d think with over FIFTY one star reviews telling them that this system doesn’t work and that they’re causing more headaches than solutions, there would be some changes made"
"Do not park here!!! Do not give these people your buisiness"
"Avoid parking at Premier parking lots at all costs"
"Trader Joe’s, this is hurting your business! Received $50 parking violation in mail"
Avoid parking in this garage if you can!! If I could leave zero stars, I would. Premier Parking is a scam. Reading through the reviews, it sounds like everyone who shops at this Trader Joe's can expect to receive a $50 fine in the mail. I, like many others who have left reviews, similarly parked to shop at Trader Joe's, entered my information (this garage was previously free about 2 years ago) and exited the garage without issue and my parking validated from Trader Joe's. Two months after my visit on 9/19/2021, I received a violation of $50, but the notice listed my offense date as 11/8/2021. I was out of town on 11/8/2021 and promptly disputed the violation. The response I received, over a week later was as follows: "Thank you for reaching out. The reason you received a violation letter is that Premier Parking sent collection letters to all vehicles that were unpaid through our Metropolis Computer Vision technology installed at this location. The date on your violation is not the date that you visited the garage, but rather the date the violation was generated by our enforcement system. We are rectifying this discrepancy for our future letters due to feedback from our customers." So, because their error resulted in a late violation notice, the fine has gone up to $85, plus their $5 "service fee." I submitted another dispute with my Trader Joe's receipt, but man, these guys are worse that the dark web holding everyone's data for ransom.
You’d think with over FIFTY one star reviews telling them that this system doesn’t work and that they’re causing more headaches than solutions, there would be some changes made. That’s too much to ask though, instead people are getting a largely generic response to email the company, where nothing is changed. As one of the many with the exact same complaint I’m here to say; park literally anywhere other than this place, you’ll have less stress dealing with parking in the middle of the street compared to this. I managed to recall pulling in here, trying to understand the ridiculous concept, speaking to a cart boy from Trader Joe’s who mentioned that they have issues with the system and don’t think there’s any validation that’ll work, and I turned myself around and left this scammy sounding space. Still got a bill. Last time I was charged $50 for something lasting less than 15 minutes, I was at least enjoying myself. I live nearby, and would have gone many times had it not been for this ludicrous system, but instead I will just bike by, good riddance.
Do not park here!!! Do not give these people your buisiness. I have never in my life dealt with a business as crappy and horrible and money hungry as this. I parked here to go to Trader Joe’s and there was an incident that happened here and through the mix of it all I lost my parking ticket. When I went to live it prompted me to scan my credit and I did because I was holding up the line and didn’t know what else , when I got back home I looked at my account and this parking garage charge me $60 for parking at Trader Joe’s for no more than 30 minutes. I have talked to the company and the refuse to give me a refund. Heck I’ll even pay the time I was in there for. But $60!? Who shops for 10 hrs!? It is absurd I am in the education field and I don’t make the amount of money, I am sure who ever owns this parking garage to just throw $60 away for losing a ticket. I am just furious and feel that this is unheard of by any business. I will never ever park here again.
Avoid parking at Premier parking lots at all costs. I received a $75 parking ticket after parking in the 15 minute to go parking spot when I was picking up my food. I was literally in the spot for 15 minutes and out of the garage within 18. Obviously it takes time to find a spot and leave when there’s people walking around and other cars pulling out. The ticket even shows me LEAVING only 18 minutes after just PULLING IN to the garage. DO NOT PARK HERE. I wouldn’t use this company’s lots anywhere ever again. I would have paid the fee had I known that the to go parking wasn’t like other to go parking where you just get your order and leave but obviously they are trying to trick people since you don’t get a ticket or anything like other garages where you put it in at the exit and it opens the gate. This gate is always open so how would someone know. Just don’t park here.
Trader Joe’s, this is hurting your business! Received $50 parking violation in mail. Not sure what it was for because as soon as I parked, I saw a young man walking around the garage scanning license plates with IPad. I followed all direction, scanned the code, registered the car and was sure to double check with Trader Joe’s employee at the register who confirmed that everything was done correctly. I’ve called number on the ticket 3 times, nobody picked up. I disputed charge and received very complicated answer that doesn’t make any sense. App registration was successful on my end because I have charge from another location 2 days after. I can’t believe Trader Joe’s is fine with this situation. They are loosing customers over this. I am not coming back there until this “free” parking is finally free and not $50 per 30 mins
This place is a complete scam. Just got a $75 bill including a $30 inconvenience fee since I had a rental car. We got our parking ticket validated and attempted to pay at the gate in case there is a fee. However, we had no issues leaving the parking. 3 months later, I get a bill asking for $105. Seems this is a way for them to scam people and charge $75. I see many people with this same problem so there is an issue but doesn't seem like management is trying to solve this problem since it is generating income for them. Update: Since the business replied back explaining (making excuses) obviously something is wrong with your system and process. Everyone has issues with your process...not just me. Own up to it and make changes. Stop commiting fraud!
I wish all garages were like this! So the first time in you have to do a little setup on your phone, easy enough--the people giving one star reviews did not pay attention to the signs that are everywhere in the garage, but if you use it correctly the first time, then the rest of your life pulling in and out of this garage is stress free. All you have to do is scan the parking validation at the business you're visiting with your phone (if they validate--every one I've been to there does) and you get your free hour or whatever. Then you just DRIVE OUT. Not once have I had an issue in this garage since they switched to this system. I have actually written to other garages to tell them they need to switch. Love it. Just do the setup, it's easy.
Got a 70$ fine for parking here. There is no signal in the garage to scan the qr code and I don't have a data plan on my phone. I parked there 1x realized I wouldn't be able to park there and haven't used it since. How, are we supposed to pay without a smartphone? No warning no nothing? I've seen posts online of people getting a fine for driving in and dropping off someone for work. This garage is a complete scam. If you make paying inaccessible and the fine people that's a scam! I filed a dispute online but it looks like no one has gotten very far with that. Honestly hoping trader joes gives these people the boot. That store is losing customers because of this racket.
If I could give this parking garage a 0 start rating I would. This parking garage is a huge scam. It is not clearly marked that it is a private parking garage, so I parked their with DV plates. We received a $70 fine, totaling a cost of $86. I spoke with a representative over the phone who said it shouldn't be an issue and to place a dispute on their website but it would be taken care of. The next day I received an email stating everything is clearly marked being a private garage and how to pay and that my dispute is being denied and cannot be appealed by a lady named Eileen D. Total rip off and honestly I am quite disgusted with how they are treating people.
This parking facility should be criminal. Not only are you required to register your vehicle to enter the garage, but even if you are there to shop or dine at the Seaholm restaurants and retailers, you will be hit with a parking citation like this. I’d even entered my payment information for a previous visit and thought that having my car registered and payment on file was supposed to make visiting this garage easier. I used to come here often and use this garage before they changed their parking system but never again. I’ll find different places to dine and shop. They make it un-user friendly on purpose. What an absolute sham.
What a deceptive scamming situation! Someone needs to shut them down and start a class action law suit! Everyone needs to stop paying these ridiculous charges! A $3 parking fee that was validated properly and is now $73.25 for 17 minutes of groceries for $35! Unfortunately, we will NEVER shop at Trader Joe's again because of YOU, Mr. Premier Parking Garage. Are you going to be surprised when TJ goes out of business because no one will shop there because of you? What if you have no one at all parking in your parking garage? Who's going to pay your mortgage on that concrete? Think about that - who will really suffer?? YOU.
Avoid if able. As many people have said, the digital parking system is basically predatory. No on site staff to help, and the company managing the parking are without merit. Shocking that they could have invested in such a bad customer experience. //Adding on after the company response: The Better Business Bureau ranks the company managing this parking facility (McKinley Payments out of Nashville) an F. Defending the actions of a predatory company like this, and worse employing/defending them is plainly complicit. This company basically makes their money off of inaccurately fining customers.
Unfortunate that the businesses near this garage are going to lose customers as a result of this company. Got a $50 ticket with an “OFFENSE DATE” I never visited this garage - I actually I never left my house that day. Had to call *and* email support multiple times only to be told the offense date was actually a date from 5 months ago despite what was on the bill I received. I asked for a corrected bill 3 times and was ignored the first 2 times, the 3rd time I was told “Failure to pay within time frame will result in this bill going to collections.”. They no longer respond to my emails.
0 stars! Like many others who left a review, I also received a violation for parking in this garage after shopping at Trader Joe's (even after validating my ticket!) I am now due to pay $76+ for absolutely no reason. I sent an email regarding the violation to the EXACT email address they ask unhappy reviewers to reach out to, NO ANSWER. I filled out a complaint on their inquiry form on their website, NO ANSWER. I called their business, NO ANSWER. Good luck getting in touch with anyone after they send you a violation and threaten to send debt collectors your way. Disgusting business.
I had ticket that would not be read when leaving the parking garage. The operator was EXTREMELY unhelpful and ended up totally ignoring me after going back and forth a few times. I had to pay $30 for a lost ticket fee because the ticket reader was not properly working and the operator was unwilling to help me. I sent an email to the manager who asked for more information and after I provided it never responded to my email. I’m not even upset about the machine not working, I am bothered by the lack of respect and care by the staff and management.
Avoid this garage if you don’t want a parking violation. I scanned the metropolis QR code to start my parking session and scanned the parking validation QR code from the business I was visiting when I left. I received “validation scanned” confirmation, which led me to believe my parking was validated. One month later I got a parking violation ($100) in the mail and there is no one available on the phones to help me resolve the issue. Now I’m stuck waiting on an email response, which may not come before my fine is due. Not worth the headache.
Parked here in April, got parking validated in Trader Joes. 6 weeks later get sent a bill for unpaid parking. Sent dispute email and did not receive a response for another 6 weeks. McKinley Payments wanted a screenshot of receipt from Metropolis app (or whatever it's called) and after doing that they changed their story and said there was a disparity with the license plate on file. Licence plate in app matches receipt and car. It appears their systems are terrible, or they're actively trying to trick people into paying fines they don't owe.
I'd give zero stars if possible. This is a total scam. I received two parking violations on Friday from earlier in the month and guess what....I, nor the vehicle I own has been anywhere near Austin Texas in over a dozen years!... I do believe after reading these reviews, filling my disputes online (total joke), and speaking to local law enforcement, this is criminal and will be taking matters that way. Do not ask me to reach out to you. You have my info and I'm just here to let everyone else know what has happened to me.
Watch out. You might be like us and do everything to park and validate at Trader Joe's, yet still get a letter from "Premier Parking" in Nashville claiming you owe them $50 and threatening to turn you over to collections, even though you scanned the QR code in the parking lot and tried to get Trader Joe's to validate. (The manager said that they were having problems with the system and no parking attendant was on duty). I disputed the charge, but reading about Premier Parking's practices online does not give me hope.
I parked here on 2 different occasions in June. I received validated parking from True Foods and received a parking violation from McKinley Payments ($85.25). I just received another parking violation from McKinley for $82.25. I used to use this garage all the time for Trader Joe's and True Foods. I think this parking system is a scam, especially since McKinley isn't registered with the BBB, nor do they have any direct way of contacting them to dispute the violation. I will NEVER park here again.
Do not park here. Please park in city parking spots instead, at least that money goes back to the people of Austin rather than to this company. The building is poorly built and clearly intended to maximize the number of spaces possible at the expense of the customers actually using the garage. They also issue predatory fines for parking in a spot with signage that is intentionally difficult to see from your car. It's unfortunate they are able to take up space in such a highly trafficked area.
This place deserves 0 stars. Unfair pricing, below poor customer service, ridiculous lost ticket fee, and horrible congestion to name a few. I lived in New York for 12 years and dealt with many high priced parking lots, but none of them felt anything like this. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed of themselves. Plenty of metered city parking spots near by. It's a shame Trader Joe's is forced to deal with these scammers. Do not test your luck with this price gouging dump.
I have been dealing with a charge of $102.00 since 6/4/2021. I entered the garage and put the cc in to enter and validated after entering to shop at TJ’s for probably 20 minutes. The gate was broken and someone waived everyone through. I then get a $102.00 charge that I have not been able to get fixed yet from my bank. Because I never received a receipt, my bank is not refunding this inaccurate charge. Hipefully if I show up on their doorstep they will refund this charge.
Is rate it a 0 if I could. My daughter parked there on 5/23. Her BF paid using the app. I was sent a $76.25 bill for $6.00 parking/ $70.25 fine. I’ve disputed with McKinley Payments which has an F rating with the BBB. So many similar reviews of people parking there and paying using the app and being sent a usurious bill. I’m filing a claim with the TX AGs office. I’m shocked at how this company treats the customers of Trader Joe’s.
With the exit gate open on a Sunday, no where to pay, and no ticket given when pulling in, it seemed like parking was free until a bill for $88, for less than 2 hours of parking, came in the mail months later. What a wicked scam. Obviously Premier, you are blatantly in the wrong, as there's way too many unhappy reviews here of a parking garage. People know how to park. Premier knows predatory tactics, apparently.
Screw this garage and park somewhere else regardless of how far. Biggest bu11shi+ experience I've had in a LONG TIME. System failed at every possible point with lovely transplant Californians laying on their horns just to help out. This system needs to be replaced ASAP. Personally I wouldn't blame anyone who spray paints the QR or whatever. This is the most ridiculous system I've EVER seen. Fix it NOW!
One-star only because the parking garage does actually exist. I validated my parking at Trader Joe's (and should not have been charged at all), but I was charged $13.99 (for 70-minutes). Parking is supposed to be free for up to 2-hours. The phone number listed on Google for this garage is bogus. I will not shop at this Trader Joe's again and will drive to the Bee Cave location from now on.
Went to to visit Trader Joe's in Austin today for the first time and I used this garage. After reading the reviews before I left the house, I was a little worried about how it would work, but Super grateful for the parking attendants Isaac & Matt for making the validation and parking situation easier to understand. I truly appreciated their Great Customer Service Skills! I'll be back soon!
I parked here earlier this month. I followed all the instructions from the QR code including giving personal info and credit card. Before I left I double checked with the attendant to make sure there was another more I had to do. I just received a "fine" in the mail for $50 with a threat that it will go to a collection agency if not paid. Do not park in this garage. It is scam city.
Is there a 0 star option? Parking scam indeed - beware! Like others, we parked here for 19 minutes back in February with Trader Joes 2 hour validation, and yesterday received a "summons" for $73.25 for an alleged $3 unpaid parking fare plus $70.25 violation fee. A 2300% inflated total! Of course there is no phone number for premier parking or its collection agent mckinley payments.
Terrible! Over a month later and we get a bill for $75.00! Of course we validated our ticket from Trader Joe’s. So I disputed this online over a week ago and no reply . Now we’re beyond the date to pay the fine and we have no idea if they have rectified this yet. I will now go to another Traders strictly so we do have to contend with this parking garage that is a total scam.
DO NOT PARK HERE!! Would offer no stars if possible. $6/hour for gates that never work. Always getting stuck trying to scan the ticket or behind someone who is struggling. Also, predatory and outrageous fines for parking in the wrong spot when signage is extremely hard to see from the car. No other markings whatsoever besides a sign hanging 10 ft off the ground. What a scam.
I went there two days ago and it never registered that I left. The website says it will stop charging you once you leave, but it’s still adding to my ticket two days later!! I’ve reported it two times and no one has contacted me, there’s no phone number to call. This is a scam! My bill is currently $42 and I was only parked there for 1.5 hours! Never ever park here!!
SCAM! DO NOT PARK HERE! Like all the other bad reviews, the payment system does not work and they will stick you with a huge fine after the fact. My high schooler parked there for prom and had parking validated from True Food. She appealed and they denied with a form letter response. They threatened to send to collections, so she paid out of fear. Very unethical.
Received a bill in the mail today for $50. My husband and I have only ever parked there once to go to Trader Joe's and it wasn't on the offense date listed. We also always follow the rules and get proper validation. This feels like a scam or their system is broken and inconveniencing a ton of people. I'll do my best to avoid Premier Parking in the future.
How could they take a perfectly good ticket system that every other garage has, and screw it up this badly? Why do they need all of my personal information just so I can pick up some bananas at TJ's? Why do they assume everyone has their phone charged on their person? Never parking here again, until they realize this was a huge mistake and change back.
DO NOT PARK HERE! I parked here for less than 2 hours and had a $18 credit from my dentist office. They charged my card for $1,929 for more than 2 months of parking! All of the phone numbers listed for this place either don't work or are busy all the time. I've notified my credit card company and plan to file charges if this charge is not reversed.
Parked here 3 months ago payed for my parking, have proof. Got a letter in the mail saying I didn’t and now are wanting me to pay them 50 dollars. I have tired calling and emailing multiple times with no answer. Funny thing is the same thing is happening to my friend who has parked here as well. They are a shady company. DO NOT PARK HERE !
Absolutely horrible parking system. With the added feature of no attendant there to possibly help. Basically, this parking system is an out-and-out scam. Too bad for all of the retailers there, though, I am going to do my best to never ever park there or patronize any of the businesses located in that miserable facility ever again.
Received a parking violation in the mail months after parking here to go to Trader Joe’s (was parked there for less than 20 min). As with all the other reviews here, used the QR code and everything, and parking violation date is not even in the same month that I visited. Absolutely horrible system, avoid parking here at all costs.
Zero star like most of the reviews here! This place is making money by making the payment/validation process ambitious and charging people parking violations of $70 every time they park there. I’d avoid parking here at all cost! Update: I called to explain the situation and they voided the violation ticket as a one time courtesy.
SO the system did not seem to work when we parked and tried to register and we received a violation notice later for $50. THe notice itself was hard to understand but we scanned the Q code and it charged us 12.99 and then when I called the 866 number they cleared the violation charge. Crazy and awkward but at least it worked out.
Please be thorough in reading instructions! Check in with one QR code, check out with another at Trader Joe’s or wherever you are shopping. Talk to the parking attendants for instructions! I’m giving this five star rating because of the attendants who were really helpful: Isaac, Matt, and Jazz. Thank you very much for your help.
I parked in the Seaholm parking garage to shop at Trader Joe's and upon exiting, I was expecting to insert my ticket and pay to exit. However, the bar was in the permanent upright position, so I thought that for whatever reason, fares were not being collected that day. I then received a violation notice in the mail for $82.25.
Parked, tried to validate my parking but the web app said I was entering an invalid plate. Now a month later I have a $77 violation notice. Now when I try to look up the violation to contest, it is saying this violation is not found. How am I supposed to pay/ validate parking if at every turn the system is not functional.
Received a violation on a date I wasn’t there. I’ve only been there once for Trader Joe’s and I had the lady at the check out help me make sure I was doing the correct thing to take care of parking. I will never be back to this location of Trader Joe’s. Their parking garage partners are trying to scam people.
!!!GENTRIFICATION ALERT!!! This is the worst parking garage in Austin. Do not park here. It was $21.00 for 3 hours and 21 minutes. This area of downtown is for the elite snobs of Austin. It's not the real Austin. It's more like Dallas or LA. Austin died a long time ago because of this type of gentrification.
Horrible customer service that couldn’t explain why True Food Kitchen only allows people to have 1 hour of parking before being charged ridiculous amounts. So insane because before this system it was a good place to park. Just don’t do it. $19 for 2.5 hours eating at a restaurant after scanning the code…
The idea of using smartphones for validation is great, but this place has bad cell phone service in both the garage and retailers, which makes validation fail on many occasions leading to erroneous charges. This location simply does not possess the necessary hardware for the system to actually work.
Love this garage. Although it's a little cramped I come here all the time because it's at the perfect location near the trails by the river, the library, and shops in that area. I recommend taking advantage of Trader Joe's offer to buy something there and then they vouch for 2 hours of parking.
Total scam parking. Got a “violation” bill in the mail for $76 for 22 min of “free” parking at Trader Joe’s. Guess we weren’t as lucky as some as this mysterious Isaac person who helps everyone wasn’t there to help us. Must have been his break time. Needless to say, we won’t be going back :)
I give it one star because I can't give it 0. There are no machines to pay, so you have to scan a QR code. If you don't get signal down there be ready for a heavy ticket. If you have signal be ready for a 15 minute ordeal taking pictures of your license plate and creating and an account.
Parked in the garage for less than 20 minutes and followed all the steps in the app to enter credit card and vehicle info just to receive a 75 dollar violation in the mail. Definitely avoid this predatory business. I’d rather walk a mile that give this joke of a business any money.
Horrible parking system. There is bad cell phone service in garage and at Trader Joe’s so getting validation takes awhile and doesn’t always go through. Everyone would be much happier if the garage used a traditional system with a paper ticket and validation inside Trader Joe’s.
My sister took my car to shop at TJs and could not validate the parking because the system only allows for a car to be registered once. This is a major flaw in the new system that I hope they correct. I wish they just went back to the previous ticketing system that worked well.
They allow you to drive in and out, but then hit you with a $70 fee when you, the unaware parker, leave. Extremely frustrating and they wont appeal your fine, even though I had 2 in the same month because it takes 3 months for the bill to show up. SHOULD BE ILLEGAL
Their system for parking validation does not work and the parking staff is incredibly unhelpful and apathetic to help you resolve it. Park anywhere else if you are shopping at Trader Joe's or you will be sent a $50 parking violation months later if you park here.
They are unethical and scam based. Only parked in this garage once and was validated for it. Even have proof from THEIR WEBSITE. And still was charged by them FIFTY DOLLARS- for a hour meal and threatening to go to collections if I didn’t pay. Give me a break.
I would avoid this parking lot. I have a similar story to the other reviews. I downloaded the app followed the instructions and still received a $85 fine a month later. I disputed with a screenshot receipt and still have not received any sort of response.
I had an erroneous charge for this garage so I reached out to Metropolis on the app. I got a response very quickly and was impressed with how efficiently "Regienald C" took care of my issue. My experience with customer service at Metropolis is great.
Parked here for the 1st time thinking it can be a regular thing when shopping at Trader Joe’s. Unfortunately the experience, although “seamless” as the owner mentions in their Google review responses was anything but convenient. I was still
The past two times I have parked with metropolis, they had signs outside that were half the price I was actually charged. Inc wit said $14 and I was charged $30.99 and then yesterday, it said $20 at the entrance and I was charged $42.
Metropolis and many other parking companies make a profit from scamming people who have no other parking options. Parking in Austin is a scam market at this point. Apparently scamming people is legal if you find the right loopholes.
They have disabled the automated parking tellers and demand you download a separate application and upload credit card details to park here. No way to use the basic parking validations from before. Will not return here.
Absolutely miserable experience. I tried to pay and the service was down. I was “billed” $50 for not paying, and I will not be paying that since the service was not functional when I was trying to pay for parking.
I have not been to Trader Joe’s at Seaholm Austin TX in over 2 years and it was only one time with a guy sitting at a desk because the machine did not work - finally got validated and left appropriately.
with the new Metropolis parking system we paid more parking (even with validation) than the ice cream & Trader Joe's we went there to get. i'd recommend parking on the street next time you go here.
New parking system is an absolute pain, makes me not want to come back. Validation wasn’t working. TJs and other stores will surely lose business if they don’t urge the garage to fix this.
I went here for years (Trader Joes) and saw them go through system after system, each more complicated and error prone than the last. I finally just gave up and now i go to another TJ's.
Bad system for validation and very unhelpful support that wont refund for any reason whatsoever. Make sure you delete any saved license plates from the account after you leave.
One of the lanes is always broken and it’s a hazard getting in and out of the garage due to broken lanes and backed up traffic. One of the worst designed garages downtown.
I am about to switch dentists solely because of this parking garage. I used a validation and they're trying to charge me $85. I am going to report them to the BBB.
Very happy. I was not sure where to validate my free parking, and Jas was very friendly and walked me through how to do it. Made Trader Joe's so easy. Thanks!
Premier parking are thieves. I parked here for an hour, paid online, and used parking validation. Never sent me any receipts, and a month later they want $55.
The station attendant is a joke. The validation failed and she said there was “nothing she could do, and I would just have to pay for parking”. A whole scam.
Used to be able to park without card with a validated purchase from trader joes. thats no longer a thing... just parked on the street. dont waste your money
Total scam, got 70$ fee after struggling to register an employee told us that we didn't have to pay. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST these people are thieves.
Literally never park here. This is a scam of a lot. There are places to park nearby and you can easily walk from those to wherever you need to go.
Thank you for responding to my review. I reached out to the email address you mentioned earlier this week, but I have not heard back.
$50 tickets for 30 minutes parking and there is no checkout when leaving or enter. Avoid this parking at all cost....stay away!!
I used to park here all the time for Trader Joe’s and True Food Kitchen. $25 parking to go to dinner, what an absolute joke.
$9 for a 43min trader joes run not worth it!!! Hospital parking lots are like $9 for the whole day!!! …
Parking scam. Was at Trader Joe’s for less than an hour, and charged with an $80 “ticket” a month later.
I think it is a FRAUD and someone has to report this facility. i am getting parking violations over $2K
I parked here with the new metropolis system , it was awesome! I’ll definitely be parking here again.
Parked with their new system and it still thinks I’m parked there and is continuing to charge me.
I got a bill from them.....and I never been to Austin let alone their Seaholm Garage in Austin.
It's a real cool chill place to send in ur cars to park Jas introduced it to me, and I love it
Question. You take allllll my information when I sign up to park do you sell my information?
I didn’t even park here and they charged me somehow. Probably via my plate. This is fraud.
I was confused on the new parking system, but a girl named Jas helped me! Great service.
I've never paid for parking here. I always validate before leaving the stores & cafes.
You can get validation at TJ’s with purchase as well as the other restaurants
Jas went out of her way to be helpful!and even helped me load my groceries
Received a bill for $50 on a date I wasn't even in the area...
$20+ dollars for 2 hours of parking. Self explanatory
