Showroom and Collection: Me and my wife were looking for some modern sectional to furnish our newly renovated living room. We had explored in many shops in the area for hours. We finally ended up here. Right away we found in this showroom the model we had in mind and for the right price & quality. They had a very nice collection of modern furnitures in an entire section. Customers Needs: Yasser and Nadeem worked with us in accommodating our needs. We had our floor plan with dimensions and ideas of what works for our space. They both patiently listened to our ideas and even offered their own ideas. In the end, we ended up modifying the pre-configured sectional, by removing an arm-less chair and adding a loveseat. While going around the showroom, we saw a gorgeous rug. So, as a package deal, we ended up buying the rug and a matching ottoman as well. To match the chrome legs of the sectional and the loveseat, they were okay to replace the wooden stand on the ottoman to chrome ones (for additional cost). Delivery Timeline: The only catch was that, the sectional was in stock, but the loveseat had to be a special order which would take up to 12 weeks! They promised to deliver the sectional, rug and ottoman within a week, as they are all in stock. We had requested them to deliver the sectional as soon as possible and they said they would definitely consider it. Within the next two days, we received a call from Nadeem with the news that the sectional and the rug are available for delivery. Sweet! Ease of Payment: We quickly made arrangements for e-Transfer of the money (nice, we didn't even have to go to the store for this). Within minutes, the delivery was arranged and within an hour, the delivery truck was outside the door. Delivery and Setup: The delivery staff were very nice and polite. They removed all the packaging material and put the sectional where we wanted it to be. Note: Discarding the packaging material is on us (they did mention that at the time of purchase, but why can it not be on them... an opportunity for even more customer satisfaction I guess). The ottoman was ready in the next four days, as per the original delivery date. If we had not asked for the Chrome legs, we would have received this earlier as well. So, we went to the store and picked it up. So far: We have been using the sectional and the rug for a week now. They are an excellent choice. Our kids love it too. We definitely feel this is a great buy. We highly recommend this gem of a store. And we are eagerly waiting for our special order loveseat.

Get ready for a long review... DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I don't care how beautiful and impressive (which they aren't) their items are. The owner is insulting and the customer service is despicable. Never in my life have I been treated or spoken to with such disgrace. I ordered a bed from here, worst decision. It took 4 whole months to arrive from Ottawa, which is a problem in itself, but they also left me in limbo and led me on about when it was arriving. They never updated me or communicated with me to let me know what was happening. They are unorganized. I called THEM to finally find out that my bed was delivered and could be brought to my home. FINALLY. So last minute, I booked off work only to wait for hours and expected to pay my remaining owing balance on VISA. Since communication is not his best asset, he proceeded to call me and tell me that I had to pay in CASH. He told me to cab to the bank to get it or else he would charge me more or cancel the delivery. I booked off work for this? Zero empathy or customer service on his part. I was not going to spend anymore money on this store, so I sent an email transfer. He made his employees and myself wait for an hour until he accepted the transfer. He treated me like a criminal, not like a valuable client, and frankly like he was doing me a favor. He put me under lots of unnesseccary stress. I guess he does not need the business, so I suggest you take yours elsewhere and give your hard earned TIME and money to a decent company with decent business and people skills. Not to a money grabber and/or someone who doesn't value that you chose to give your valuable money to them over a million other furniture stores in Toronto. Go to the other millions, this one is not worth your pretty penny.

We purchased a Setional Sofa from Living Expressions. The first thing that made me feel comfortable about this place was that the staff was not at all pushy or suffocating like at other furniture stores. They gave us our space and time to look around and finally when we were ready Larry, an extremely knowldgable, friendly and personable staff member, helped us out and made us aware that the furniture could be modified to fit in our constricted living space (small condo). We had previously found a couch online that we really liked and ended up finding the same couch here. However the price was higher at Living Expressions and they explained that sometimes cheaper prices are found online due to different quality and material that would not compare. After doing some research we found this was true. Due to our budget the owner Yasser, a wonderful person, helped us to stay within our rage and as we were also looking for a bed, he was able give us a much better deal. Additionlly, Yasser clearly explain and was honeat in telling us that it my takr up to 3 weeks for it to be ready, and amazingly we got a call less than a week that our furniture was ready and to set up a date for delivery. We would highly recommend purchasing from Living Expressions, it was an overall amazing experience and have even established a friendship with Yasser and Larry. It's worth checking out and seeing it in person as they are still working on improving their website. We would recommend to all our friends and family.

I bought one power recliner leather chair ,a carpet and a custom made sofa. They all look nicely made . BUT, my custom sofa was supposed to come with two pillows AND I paid for two extra pillows to be delivered with the sofa. So in total 4 pillows I paid for and I’m supposed to receive. At the time of delivery I received ZERO pillows. I contacted them over the phone 4 months ago several times asking for Yasser, he was on vacation. I called them thrice at different times. Last week me and my husband dropped by their showroom to find Nadeem over there. I left my phone number and name addressing the issue , he said he cant really do anything about it since it’s Yasser who made the deal. Fair enough. He said Yasser will call me just that day. Its been 5 days I guess, no response. The thing is, Im not asking for a repair or a replacement, I am asking for the stuff I PAID FOR and was supposed to receive. I need my compensation, why should I let it go for free, its my hard earned money. Mr.Yasser had very nice customer service when we went there to order our stuff, I wouldn’t have posted the complaint here I they didn’t respond and respect the fact that I went to their showroom still no one ever called back to address the issue. That is not a good after sales customer service. Edit: Problem solved. Thank you Mr.Yasser.

Living Expressions and our sales representative Yasser, are definitely second to none!! Yasser’s customer service and experience in the industry is outstanding, from sales to delivery and set up. My husband and I have in the last couple of years purchased several pieces of furniture (three bedroom sets and a dinning room, all of which are Canadian made furniture pieces. We had been looking in all the major furniture stores but once we found this gem of a store, Living Expressions, we found it all! We with no hesitation would highly recommend you visit & experience this establishment and Yasser. Would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for furniture to give Living Expressions a try....I’m sure that once you try them you will never shop elsewhere!! This is by far our favourite place for furniture and decor shopping. We were looking for 2 bedroom sets, a couch, coffee table, and some unique decor pieces for our new condo. We drove by Living Expressions and decided to go in - without any expectations to find anything. The moment we walked in, we were greeted and helped by Yasser and his team. They were so kind and professional. Their pieces are SO beautiful and they truly have something for everyone - whether you like chic and modern, or the classic rustic look. We ended up buying EVERYTHING from Living Expressions and it saved us so much time. Very reasonable prices for the excellent quality. Yasser really surpasses the definition of customer service - and for this reason alone we will only be purchasing from here again in the future. Definitely check this place out - you won't regret it! i do not recommend anyone to shop from this place. i have deleted my posted before because the owner told me - we will fix the broken dresser if i delete my post. very very dishonest people. purchased a bedroom set. They told me it has two years warranty but not written on purchase receipt. i simply trusted them what they said to me . the dresser was broken - they didn't fix it for me. when i asked what about two years warranty ? basically i have been in argument with these people for over 2 months. i wish there was an option here to post video and pictures - so i could posted what i have received from these people . there is post by someone by name Arjun about this place and business - that guy is a delivery person - he is no one else. i can't believe it how people are so shameless nowadays.

My family and I have been extremely pleased with our latest purchase from Living Expressions. We purchased a set of leather couches and I cannot address how pleased I have been with the quality of service and care we received. Furniture shopping can be rather difficult and confusing, but I am extremely pleased to say that all associates definitely provided us with great customer service. All of our questions had been answered at any given time. We are now heading back to the store to purchase a coffee table! After months of browsing at over at least 20 different stores, I am ecstatic to have finally found a store that suits my style. Living Expressions is definitely turning going to be my ideal go to for all future purchases.

I can not put into words just how disappointed we are with the garbage quality bedroom set we spent approx. $5,000 for!! It came with numerous areas of damage and to this day the doors do not close evenly with gaps everywhere. While one might say this is a "manufacturer" problem, I would question why on earth this store would sell such lousy products to begin with!! Also, the customer service is not up to par as we had to wait so long for all the issues to be addressed or to get a much deserved refund for delivery/set up charges. This store needs to seriously address the product line they carry to avoid so many customer complaints after delivery, which seems a big prob judging by so many other similar types of reviews here.

I had a very horrible experience at this store. My order came 2 weeks late and it was incorrect. I have been waiting now for almost 2 months for my order to be fixed. I have called many times to check on the status of my order and every time it takes days until I get a call back and it is always another delay. A staff member , Al, was very rude to me over the phone. I am very disappointed in ever choosing to purchase something from this store. If you are thinking about buying furniture here you should reconsider and go somewhere with better customer service. Very poor service and customer care. Still waiting for my order to be fixed.....

We were referred to Living Expressions by a colleague, and I must say that it was a pleasure to see such beautiful furniture at prices that are much lower than other "high-end" stores. The room settings are very nicely done and the people there are professional. It's a family business so we actually found the service very friendly and personal. We bought a traditional sofa made by Decor-rest as well as a dining set from Fairmont Designs. The only issue was that the sofa got delayed by a couple of weeks because apparently the fabric was out of stock, but it was a gorgeous fabric so we didn't mind waiting.

Highly recommend this shop! I went to so Many furniture shops before this (as finding great furniture is always a little bit of a hunt), but these guys are by far the most distinct! I got all my dining room furniture from them, and I got tons of compliments from dinner guests! The staff there are very helpful, and the owners are really nice and involved in the store! I will definitely be coming back often to see what new items they have in store, so that I can constantly refresh spaces in my home! Their furniture is of the highest quality, and their prices are really reasonable in reflection to that!

Living Expressions Furniture & Home Accents is a great place to buy furniture if you don't see it on display in their showroom they are more than helpful to help you get exactly what you are looking for and their pricing is very good I found them to be much better than other places. Delivery time frame is very reasonable and overall they are very customer oriented. When I am there I deal with Yasser not only his he always friendly he always goes above and beyond to help me get exactly what I want. I highly recommend Living Expressions Furniture & Home Accents.

Awesome Place! Great selection of furniture at affordable prices. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions. I recently purchased a dining room set and a side arm chair. Quality and look are superb! Delivery was also great, they promised a 5 to 8 window and the driver arrive at 5:10. They also helped unwrap all the plastic and carefully looked at the furniture to ensure it was not damaged or dirty. I would definitely go back and shop more.

What a fantastic furniture store with a lot of choices reasonably price's! & the customer service is outstanding, from sales to delivery with set up! We just purchased a new home and needed to fill the rooms, all Canadian made furniture. We have been looking in all the major furniture stores but once we found Living Expressions we found it all! We bought two sectionals one custom made, ottoman, console table and large area rug. I would highly recommend you visit & experience this establishment!

Horrible Customer service. Please think carefully before going to this place. And read the owners response to another customer who placed a review here, it will tell you everything you need to know about that business and the owner. They are not professional. I found them to be rude and ignorant and careless. My order arrived excessively late. Delivery scheduled multiple times because every time they said they would show up, they didn't. Just stay away if you value your sanity and your money.

I purchased a table from Living Expressions and had a table of an entirely different colour delivered. The staff was easy to deal with and courteous, eventually arranging for the table to get picked up and replaced with the finish of my choice. It postponed everything a but, but I'm very happy with the final product, and the service they provided. Their moving staff is very cautious and pay close attention to properly handling products. Good stylish selections for both houses and condos. After 3 months searching for an extendable dining table for my condo I found Cameo a nice stylish gorgeous one in their place with very good price. It was none stock item but Yasser promised to have it on certain date and he kept his promise. He is an easy guy who does not sell you promises and excuses like some other competitors .

They go above and beyond. Great service. I felt well treated when I bought my furniture from them. One of the drawer handles broke off my bed frame when a delivery company was bringing in my new washer/dryer. I contacted Living Expressions and they were able to get me a replacement part free of charge!
