Awesome service, I have nothing to complain about! We store our entire house in two of their sea cans for 4 months. We were worried about the contents since it had snowed, rained, hailed, and also had very strong winds while the sea cans sat at the storage facility, but everything came back just how we left it. Entrance to the facility is very simple and it is nice that you’re able to do it on your own time and not depending on business hours. All four times the sea cans were dropped off and picked up at the times we wanted so the entire service was very convenient for us.

This is the first time using the sea-can system and it all work so very well. The team at Lock N Go were exceptional. The very unique placement system for the sea-can got it placed exactly where I want it for a much easier loading and unloading, even the neighbors stopped in amazement to watch it all work. The sea-can arrived on time and clean, pickup and delivery was easy to coordinate. The four months storage was the best way to go for us between houses. The end result was a more relaxed and efficient move for us, absolutely will be using this tean again.

We hired Stephen for a move on advice from a friend and were very satisfied with his professional yet friendly service. The flat load container system he uses is state of the art and all our stuff arrived unbroken and in the exact same condition as it was loaded. I also had the opportunity to tour Lock n Go facility. It's brand new, very clean, and all the storage lockers/containers look brand new. Overall very satisfied with Stephen's service...it was the easiest, least stressful part of our move. Renting a storage container from Lock n Go has been such an awesome experience. Their service is fantastic. Entering and leaving on windy days is great due to their no dust recycled asphalt yard. Never heard of a storage facility going to these lengths to think of little things like dust control. From the secure and easy access facility, brand new containers, and impeccable customer service you can't go wrong with this company. Did I mention ease of access from north or south just off 16th Ave and Stoney?

These guys were wonderful. Not only were they some of the most affordable storage in the City they were amazing to deal with. My movers forgot my lock and instead of driving all the way up there Lock n Go was able to pop one on, charge my card, send me a picture of the lock, receipt, provide the code and put my mind at ease. We’ve been by the unit multiple times, it’s always clean, secure and exactly how I left it. Definitely consider them for your storage needs!

Lock N Go is a fantastic service business that offers quick and convenient storage requirements. I use multiple storage services with Lock N Go and will continue to in future due to the excellent customer service, pricing, convenience, flexibility, punctuality and availability for storage bin deliveries (fantastic for moving in a busy housing market!) I would like to send my dearest apologies to the lock and go family for my horrible review that was done 100 percent by accident as I did not have my glasses on and I thought I did 5 ...nope I did not so very sorry. Wasn't a bad place to have my stuff stored sound? It a little bit overpriced for the size of unit that I had and then left my unit early as i moved out. And would have like to see a pro Rate charge for the time I wasn't in the unit.. and there was glass all in front of my unit on the ground.. but overall good place just need few changes

The flat load container system they use made moving homes easier by providing us with lots of schedule flexibility and to help ensure the contents of the container were kept in good shape. The price was very affordable (especially when compared to other moving services) and the quality/service was great! Highly recommend.
