Worst place and read this please..We booked a birthday party 10 days ago and selected room according to our theme but the manager changed the room with no notification to us&we have been given a different room on the day when we arrived and been told that this is what we have got. When we questioned about the prior booking and selecting the themed room his reply was,"we can't guarantee any room &we are able to offer whatever we got on the day". What the hell is prior booking required for then. I can't understand how can he be so cruel in regards to kids birthday events and be so racist and decided to offere it to white people instead of us and just talk to us as if we are dumb. We couldn't fight back immediately because we didn't want to create a big scene on her birthday. My daughter cried on her birthday because of this guy's manipulative management style. Even the host who booked us on the day remembered us and offered apology that she definitely remembered what we selected and that it's all changed without no notification to us. Registration form even said the room we selected initially but he striked off with pen and wrote on it a different number. Anyone can see that paper and say what he had done. The host was so nice and she made sure that we are treated well. We want to give business thinking it's indian but look at him and how easily he pushed us to the side and offered it to white people thinking they are very special and offered no apology or nothing to us. We will never ever set our foot into this place and i will post this to my large group of indian friends to not to offer business to this centre at all. Shame on them to live on little kids tears and making them feel unhappy especially on their birthday. If you still go ahead and book here then make sure that you request the original registration form with full details which he will never send cause he will happily change it for white people and leave Indians offering his legtiver stuff and room for us. We had a wonderful experience hosting our child Mickey's second birthday at Lollipops fountain-gate. The entire process of booking was very comfortable and flexible until the last minute. They were super accommodating to my requirements. They do have great variety of food options to choose from even for adult platters so we were completely sorted. On the day of party we were greeted with a beautifully setup room and Gemma was a great host throughout. She is very friendly and extremely helpful and did not feel pressured or rushed when we were trying to gather kids from the play area back into the room. A big Thankyou to the staff for making our day beautiful

First time at this venue and it was truely a lovely visit.. nothing to complain about.. For the size and what they have to offer, it was nice. Love the tea cup ride The place was clean and a range of goodies to offer at the cafe. I had a chicken ranch wrap which was lovely btw. Love that they offer a healthy range of little platters of fruit, also carrot, cheese and celery stick platters. The young girl were all lovely so overall a 5 star from me for the points I mentioned above. Noble Park Lollipops is my regular, that venue it much bigger and just as good with that same great points. We all enjoyed and had fun and that was the main ✌

We had our daughters 6th birthday party here and the service was incredible! The food was amazing and the platters for the adults were much larger than expected! We had an amazing party host who guided us through the event and was more than happy to help and answer any questions we or the kids had. We've had nothing but compliments and incredibly positive feedback about the food, the party bags, the decorations in the room, and the venue; and best of all, my daughter and her friends said it was "the best party ever". Can't get much better feedback than that! Thanks Lollipops!

Took my munchkins for my eldest girls 9th Birthday & WE ALL HAD A BALL The staff we're REALLY LOVELY, HELPFUL & GREAT WITH THE KIDS. The woman who ran the rock climbing wall, Elizabeth, was absolutely fantastic. She was great with my kids & explained everything REALLY WELL. I was REALLY impressed. Especially as my littlest man's attention span can be quite short at 4 ½. But she kept him engaged & informed him on how to use the wall as well she did for the others. My friends and I bring our kids here almost for 4years now n we absolutely love this place for our kids . I have been noticing multiple times there’s a girl Jazmine she seems to be very nice with other people but when it come to us she talks very rudely and gives her bad attitude . Today she served again she give me bad vibes. The way she approached me she seemed to be very disrespectful and racism towards me because she was talking very nice with people . She shouldn’t be here!!

What a fun place to take my granddaughters. Clean, safe , great staff, fun activities. My granddaughters are 3 and 6 and they played happily for hours. Equipment big enough for adults to go on too until they built confidence. The ball area is lots of fun too. Thank you for a really fun day out.

Horrible management, coffee is disgusting, staff are basically children , toilet is not cleaned. I also saw manager refused a young mother entry for a toilet emergency as they hadn’t paid him… never returning. Save your money and your kids mental well being. And go to crocs cross the road .

It's a smallish playcentre but it has everything. There's a ball area with the ball guns and stuff, there's 4 different kinds of slides, a bouncy castle and a great toddler play area. They frequently run the teacup ride too and they make sure everybody gets a turn.

First time here and seriously can’t fault it. Lovely staff and amazing area. My 2yr old had a fall and the manager see this and came straight over to see if he was ok and gave me a cold cloth to clean him up, she was super amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Its was a grate experience , staff was very humble , amazing food (spl warp ) I been there after a long time & i say lots of changes in side the venue Very clean & fresh look , new bouncing slide& jumping castle, my grand son enjoy a-lot there Highly recommended

My son came to lollipops today for the first time. He has autism and for him to go somewhere new is a big thing for him. He wanted to try the teacup ride. His support worker asked if they could do the teacup ride. The young ladies ignored

Clean and tidy. Cafe food is nice. Seperate toddler area which is handy. Toilets are clean. Machines need to be maintained. I have been there couple of times and play machines are not working. In overall it’s a nice play centre.

The team at Lollipop’s was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience with them hosting my child’s birthday party. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle-free experience and great entertainment for young kids.

Good place for toddlers, we had orgnaised our sons birthday here, excellent sevice by the whole team. Food was good communication was also on par. Thank you Lollipop Fountain gate team.

Is a very good playground for kids under 5 only. Small. So don't expect to spend long hours here.
