They question you, worry you only to tell you they can’t give you information because “they need to talk to the doctor” and they’ll call back “IF they can, today or tomorrow” to talk to you about your loved ones serious health situation. How INHUMANE to do that to a person specially when you don’t know if the person you called has an underlying health condition for a call where they gave no information only leaving them worried to death. And when you FINALLY get to speak to a doctor, chances are he’ll heartlessly tell you “I don’t have time right now, I’ll call you back.” And dismiss all your concerns. ——————————————————————————— Gente desconsiderada que trabaja allí. Te llaman para darte media o nada de información. Te cuestionan, te preocupan solo para decirte que no pueden darte información porque “necesitan hablar con el médico para ELLOS informarse primero” y te “devolverán la llamada “(SI es que) pueden, hoy o mañana” para hablar contigo sobre tus seres queridos situación de salud grave. Que INHUMANOS hacerle eso a una persona, especialmente cuando no sabes si la persona a la que llamaste tiene una condición de salud para una llamada en la que no dieron información solo dejándolos muy preocupados. Y cuando por fin hablas con el doctor, puede que te diga “no tengo tiempo para hablar cuando pueda, yo te llamo”!! Que horror.

Hi, my name is sergio, I been having a very bad dry cough for about 3 weeks, I got scared yesterday because I'm having very strong episodes of cough and left me out of breathing. I desired to go to the hospital to find out what's going on, I left my house at 8:30am. Got there about 9:30,, I left at 3pm because I couldn't wait any longer I had to go to work, ok, when I finally see a Dr. He doesn't even look at me, he asked me 3 question and that was it. He never check my chest or my lungs , nothing. He was very young maybe he's new grad, or what ever, if someone can talk to him, he needs to b more professional I guess, he ordered x Ray and covid test, I never saw him again, the nurse's all of them were very nice and Profesional, also this dr. Told me there was no medicine to cure my cough, so, I left the hospital with out even a Robitussin, just wanted to shared I couldn't work because of my coughing, so here I am at home suffering from my chest with this crazy cough that apparently is fine, because everything was OK. I'm guessing I'm crazy, if I get worse or something, can pleaseeee somebody do something

In 2011, I experienced horrible abdomen pain.. the first time I showed up and waited in the ER for 24 hours. I imaged it would be just like the work on a show and get tests and labs but nope, they gave me Vicodin and sent me on my way. A few months later, the second time, I showed up on my own, again but this time, I was even worse off. Still waited excruciatingly long and then was sent off again with more Vicodin. The third time in February of 2012 I showed up via ambulance. The guy in the ambulance gave me morphine which he stated they don't normally do. I was rushed some where and the next thing I know I was having surgery and had to stay in the hospital for 5 days. During this time, I had scheduled time to check my sight. The wait for this was months but I was conveniently "staying" there so they wheeled me to their ophthalmologist wing where the guy who checked me said I DID NOT HAVE GLAUCOMA when I in-fact did. It was just one thing after the next. I remember seeing a documentary on this hospital and being in awe of it but after that, I just pray if anything ever happens, I don't end up here.

Estoy pasando una muy mala experiencia en este hospital especialmente en el area de dinamics orthotics, desde julio 20 vicite al especialista de los pies y receto unas plantillas y una banda para pies, la banda ya la entregaron pero las plantillas no estaban en la orden, por lo que tube q regresar al especialista el cual muy amable me atendió sin cita y me envio de buelta con la orden, el caso esque estamos en noviembre no tengo nada de plantillas.. la señora q se llama katy es la encargada de hacer esta orden y siempre que llamo dice que la aseguradora no las a aprobado, entonces llame ala aseguradora y dice no tenemos ningún pedido para este paciente... el caso esque esta señora irresponsable esta jugando con la salud de las personas porque al final me dijo envíe la solicitud el 24 de octubre, osea hace una semana,, señora katy todo el tiempo atrás me dijo que la aseguradora no había aprobado le pedi que me envíe copia de cuando hizo el primer pedido y su respuesta fue , que quizás se había perdido o borrado...

Worst Hospital by far! My mother continues to go to this hospital to get the proper care that she needs and deserves and still has yet to get it! Malpractice and Negligence is TWO words to describe this place. Her blood pressure is always high and they don’t provide her any medicine to help assist her. She gets discharged with high BP. Their not giving her medicine to manage pain as if she’s just wanting it. I am Done! I promise sometimes I feel like I will lose her. Plus she on certain medications (high BP Rx) and we’ve just discovered that it was not even on her records. She’s been on it for months. How is that possible. If she didn’t present it to the techs and nurses they would’ve not even known to just add it back to her chart!! I will upload videos and pictures and sue you all for this I swear if it’s that last thing I do!! This has been an issues for over a year to be exact and I’m tired of it being a normal thing. You guys are terrible!!!

Ayer septiembre 14-2021 me toco cita para mamograma y entre me atendió la técnica Johanna y le pedi mi protector de tiroides antes de los estudios de rayos x ya que es super importante pedirlo para prevenir cancer de tiroides y le molestó que lo pedi creo nadie lo pide la gente no c informa y pues yo lo pedí y me responde :No es necesario señora le respondi claro que es necesario es mi derecho y me lo puso de muy mala gana y todo el tiempo me lo estuvo levantando para acomodar los senos pues no le pareció era muy obvia su reacción porque fue muy ruda al acomodar cada seno en su lugar finalmente hizo su voluntad y me dobló el protector que porque estorbaba me dijo..omg! en 13 años que me hacen el mammogram es la primera tecnica que me dice que le estorba para mi punto de vista fue muy poco profesional pues no respeto mis derechos ojalá se haga algo al respecto y mejoren en la calidad de servicio que proporcionan ok gracias ☺️

I have been coming to Los Angeles general ever since I was transferred from Huntington Hospital for the continuation of my colon cancer treatment. I’ve been going there a year and 4 months and recently had surgery and a 4 day stay there. I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the thoroughness they use in your treatment, the large pharmacy they have on site, the high quality testing and X-rays, the doctor appointments. I had a long difficult surgery and the surgeons were top notch as well as every nurse that helped me there. This is a very good, underrated, hospital. I highly recommend it.

Yo cada 6 menes boy a chequeos de mi tiroides y me han atendido muy bien y todas las experiencias que e tenido han sido muy buena, desde el trato de los doctores, enferneras y medicamentos ya que tube uno de mis hijos hay, me han operado 4 veces con diferentes especialistas y gracias a Dios todo a salido bien. Muy buenos doctores y el trato de las enfermeras muy bueno y amables. Con respecto a mis esperiencias vividas en el trancurso de 20 años de ser paciente de este hospital mi opinion esque es un Excelente Hospital.

This hospital is bad. Becouse about 3 or 2 weeks ago I tried to come in with my kniting needle and the security and administration office said I could not come in. And if I wanted to come in I had to leave and come back or throw it away. Today on 11/6 I come back to the hospital and I see this a lady with needle at that the security come in. And when I said some about it. Security didn't do anything about. I wonder couse I was told by administration and security that they could be as a weapon but y is she in here

This hospital has good doctors and they do a great job in surgery, however they don't allow family members to wait in the waiting area that is specifically marked as waiting area. I brought my boyfriend in to have major surgery and travel over 70 miles one way and was told to sit on first floor where there were people yelling and screaming and scared me to death we came in at 5am and I have already been sitting here the whole day...had to travel had to

This hospital need to speak and follow up With their employees to follow the same instructions that everyone is following especially inside the elevators and not to ignore the fact that there is stickers on the floor that means if there’s 3 stickers only 3 people but apparently I asked to this employees with royal blue uniform and they said they were not aware of the social distancing inside the elevator I was in shock and ignorance of this employees

Stay away from this hospital, I have been waiting 15 HOURS!!!!!!! I couldn't see or talk with the doctor, the ladies at the counters were laying all the time, playing with the people's life, I noticed the hospital don't have doctors at the emergency room! THE WORSE HOSPITAL !!! The Doctors were sleeping at their houses, while the pacients were waiting for them 15, 20,24 hrs, this is insane. Go somewhere else, they are LIARS. 4am 01/03/23

They are the worse service and show no compassion for people in pain or who are hurt. You can have a miscarriage and they won't help you. All they say to cover there backs is" you have to wait, longest wait is 14 hours." I also dislike how they treat Latinos for not speaking English. They are looked down as if they are not equal and will make them wait longer because they don't speak up for themselves due to the language barrier.sad

Im not sure if it’s a hospital or a homeless shelter but this place is awful and I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy come here. You could walk into the ER with your eye ball missing and be made to wait and im not kidding no less then 14 HOURS to see a doctor. This place is 0/10. Really a bad experience here i can't put 0 stars but they deserv it. Going out i meet a man who has problems in his testicle and can barely walk and was told you don't have any problem this is really unprofessional, i just hope he can get help in other hospital.

Yo fui la semana pasada con mucha fiebre y gracias a Dios me atendieron en hora y media ya estaba hasta con suero. Pero iba muy enferma y gracias a Dios me dieron buen tratamiento y estuve internada sólo 4 días. Me trataron muy bonito y excelentes médicos.
