I haven’t had a dental appointment in years, I booked in with Lotus due to the amazing reviews and they did not disappoint, Dr Amy was extremely understanding and knowledgeable, during my treatment she was extremely understanding and explaining what she was doing and why. The receptionist were wonderful to deal with and everyone was extremely respectful. I not only had everything explained in great detail at the end of my visit, but I also was able to discuss future plans and appointments to continue on with my dental care, they take into consideration your needs and they understand that some of these procedures can be somewhat pricy for people there was no pressure to spend more than I needed at the time for my procedure and we discussed potential costs for future treatment. Dr Amy, thank you very much for your time and thank you for being an amazing Dentist! Looking forward to seeing you again in the near future.

I went to Lotus Dental after not having been to the dentist for years. I was incredibly nervous and anxious, but I didn't need to be because Dr Amy was bloody amazing! She was so patient and understanding and explained everything that was happening really clearly as she worked. Dr Amy arranged for Dr Ahmed to have a look at one of my wisdom teeth during the same appointment too, and he explained everything I needed to do very patiently and clearly. Lotus Dental is amazing, I'll be going back for my wisdom tooth removal with none of the anxiety I had initially thanks to Dr Amy and the team at Lotus Dental and their incredible work. I cannot recommend this place enough. As some one who has had a lot of childhood trauma in regards to dentists that has rolled on to adulthood, this place is incredibly supportive and calm. I am in need of some pretty extensive work and so far, I haven't felt as overwhelmed with everything as I have in the past. I started my treatment today and NOTHING hurt, not even the local anesthetic needle. The distraction of being able to watch something on Netflix while having the work done was also a welcome touch to ease the anxiety. I now don't feel as anxious about my upcoming appointments over the next chunk of time and it has spurred me on to get on top of visiting the dentist more often.

The best dentist in Brunswick (and Melbourne)! I had my wisdom teeth out here recently, as well as a clean. I had been avoiding a dental visit for an embarrassingly long time, but had to get two wisdom teeth removed as I had a nasty infection. I was really nervous but Ahmed was amazing and made the whole experience so much better than I could have ever hoped for! The follow-up was also great, and the staff were friendly and helpful every step of the way. Steph also cleaned my teeth on my last visit and helped me understand the importance of regular (oops) dental care. Thank you so much team! I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment here. Finding a really good dentist is difficult to find. Dr Ramadan and the staff at Lotus Dental were absolutely incredible. I was quite nervous as I have had difficult experiences with Dentists in the past. Dr Ramadan helped me to feel completely at ease. I now feel so comfortable booking in for any procedure I may need in the future at Lotus Dental. The staff discussed the quote in detail and I was also provided with helpful tips about how to maintain my teeth long term. The exam and clean was so thorough and very gentle. I am a dental patient who gets very anxious at the dentist and has had many awful experiences involving pain or a lack of understanding. Meeting Dr Shruti and the team at Lotus Brunswick has been a game changer. Dr Shruti really listened to my fears in our first consult and was really prepared for my first appointment. I have very sensitive teeth so all treatments are painful or stressful but Dr Shruti really does do everything to make it the best experience. I am nowhere near as nervous to go back and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Friendly, thorough and professional. Family friendly. Ahmed and Jinesh made going to the dentist a fun experience for my 8 year old daughter, talking her through what they were doing and allowing her to be curious. She particularly liked the screen above her head playing funny cat videos (they take requests!). If you need rad dentists to look after your teeth and your loved ones teeth too - this crew is where it’s at! Oh - and the hours they keep - there’s a time slot for any need... not your average dentists!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at lotus dental! I went to get tooth gems and they look stunning! Dr ahmed did an amazing job i love it so much! The clinic is very well kept, the staff is very friendly and I really enjoyed my time there chatting with everyone. They made me feel very relaxed and let me take my time with picking what i wanted to get. Dr ahmed guided me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable! I can highly recommend Dr Ahmed and the staff at Lotus Dental. I went there for the first time last week and had a really good experience. I’m quite anxious about visiting the dentist but Dr Ahmed and his staff were extremely patient and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Everyone at Lotus Dental is so friendly and immediately put me at ease. I needed an emergency appointment on Christmas Eve, they got me in to see a dentist quickly. Dr Shruti Sharma was especially awesome, calmly explained the procedure for having my wisdom teeth out and was so supportive. The staff here are lovely and welcoming. The services I had done were fillings, a clean, and a wisdom tooth removal. I felt safe in their hands, and experienced no pain at all after getting my fillings, which was a surprise compared to the work of my previous dentist. Highly recommend.

Ahmed, Jinesh and Shruti are a great little team. They handled the most complex dental infection that my mum was suffering with for a long time. They had a plan which was clearly explained and stage wise assessed. My entire family and our close friends now are regulars here.
