Had 2 piercing done at golden Grove, 1 piercing sunk into skin overnight I had to have a needle in my ear from medical surgery and earring cut out. I have a work colleague that has her daughter's ear pierced at golden Grove and same thing happened I went back to the store when this happened and they recommended to go to Modbury paragon medical centre and there was nothing they could do at the store This cost me money and pain. Please do not get piercings done at this store this was intro special it's obvious they have no experience best to go to experienced oiercers

Went in store Thursday to make a purchase and if the girl didn’t stop chatting she may have got my sale very poor to see I was the only customer in the shop but she was too interested chatting to her friends very disappointing seeing young people have no respect for customer service
