01/03/2023 I am appalled to say the least. This afternoon my 2 friends and I where in the store looking for jewellery for our formal( note we where in our public school uniforms). From the moment we walked into the store we where made to feel uncomfortable and threatened by one of the staff members who was following us around the whole store. We couldn’t find what we where looking for and she stopped us and said I quote “where do you think you are going empty your pockets right now”. Us knowing quite well we had been profiled from the moment we walked in where taken back and we said excuse me. We then continued to get insulted by this woman who said “lose the attitude” and “you girls are going no where in life”. This behaviour from a retail worker is beyond disgusting. I have Called the store to talk to a manager with no response or call back. This foul behaviour from this worker should not happen ever when in a retail store or in general. This left my friends and I feeling absolutely horrible and completely ruined our day. Don’t go here.

Told the stuff that I had a half year piercing and they said I could purchase the more expensive surgical steel collection. Put it in for two days, then it turned into a massive lump with blood and pus coming out. My $90 piercing, turned into taking antibiotics and putting on antiseptic cream, and ended up having to lose the piercing. I was obediently spraying the piercing every day with saline as instructed, but it got infected after using the Lovisa earrings that I paid a premium for. Lost half a year of maintenance for the piercing and not sleeping on that side

I visited this store today, and bought a helix hoop. I asked the staff could they help me change it and she agreed. She took my old one off and everything was fine, then she can't put the new one in. she asked me to buy another small one and i did. She still can't put it in, and ask me to wait for anther staff to help me. Then left me stand in the store for one hour with my ear bleeding. and during this one hour nobody ask me or try to help me just walk around as i'm transparent. That's the worst shopping experience I have ever had!

A friend of mine got her helix pierced here with a gun! The earring completely embedded in to her her a few days after. When I went in to the store they told that they were unable to help and sent us to a reputable piercing salon just a little further down the mall. She has since found out that it is never a good idea to pierce any cartilage with a gun...... lesson learnt!!!!

Great shop. All the ladies who work there are very professional and friendly. the store is always neat and well stocked. I got my ears pieced here and the woman who did it was very gentle and caring and did an amazing job. I 100% recommend getting your ears pierced here. Great variety of jewellery etc

I purchased a black clip from lovisa I was in a hurry and had a lot of luggage .. this is a 3 dollar clip that female in the store sold it for 9.5 dollar! Only after comin back I realised that ! Be careful when u buy from that store ! I blame myself for not seein properly !

The staff are so helpful, I purchased 4 of the multi packs of studs and the disc backing won't fit my ears so one of the kind staff members changed all the disc backings to regular ones for me. If you want great service, shop here.

No assistance offered. Called Darling, which is inappropriate as hell. Told I had to give email for a receipt. Why can’t I just have a paper one? Update: she didn’t even type my email correctly so no receipt at all.

Got my ears pierced a month ago by Isha. She’s very proficient and did an amazing job. Advanced after care applications does help a lot. I haven’t got infected with application of them. Thank you Isha.

I bought a product pretty expensive I couldn’t use, they don’t work properly. I even used the product, returned to the store to change and they didn’t do anything. Won’t buy this store again

Got a nose piercing pierced here and it got badly infected, ripped out twice on the first day. Had to remove it and still have big problems weeks later. NEVER get a piercing shot with a gun.

An interesting little shop, at least there was friendly saleswoman, who asked if I needed help, unlike in some other stores. Have a decent range of jewellery at reasonable prices too.

All the rings seem to be for skinny girls? Well, for people with thin fingers, at least. The rest of the accessories are nice, but rings are a definite miss.

Got my nose pierced. 3rd time. Staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and offered so much aftercare advice and how not to lose your piercing …

Rude staff. Was standing waiting to be served for like 3 mins while 2 staff members proceeded to chat and not even acknowledge my existence.

Dreadful service and exchange policies for clearly unworn item. Previous purchase broke within minutes. Will never buy from Lovisa again.

i liked the servise and the products but one of the anklets that i bougt has left a green coloured mark around my ankle.
