The people working at the store are nice, but we have not been able to get competent help throughout the process of buying a dishwasher here. We picked a dishwasher AT the store because we needed it faster. It's been over a month, and we still don't have it installed. It took the sales person over 2 hours to process the paperwork. He said the system was new, and he was having trouble. All understandable. He had 2 managers come up and help him with a step, and then those managers would just disappear (although they saw us standing there for 2 hours) and did not help ensure that the process was completed. We were told that we'll get an email with the delivery/installation date. Nothing for a week. I call back, and it turns that the paperwork was not complete. There's one more thing we need to sign! We do. We get the install date. On the day of, the installation person calls and tells that there's a scratch on the dishwasher which wasn't there before. Ok. We will come and look if it's a big deal. We come to the store, wait another 30-45 minutes to look at the washer that is standing right there 2 meters away from us. For some reason, we had to talk to 2 more customer service people who had to get our sales person to process this info with. Ok. The scratch is not a big deal, we get a discount for the damage. We want to book the new date for delivery. "I'll process this tomorrow". Tomorrow comes and goes. Nothing. Another week passes by... I call and after going through another couple people, turns out that our sales guy did not process the delivery date. A helpful customer service person ensures me we'll get the dishwasher tomorrow. Ok. I confirm that we had a delivery, install, and get rid of the old one service. "Yes. I see that. It'll all happen tomorrow." Tomorrow comes, two guys drop off the dishwasher... Turns out they have no clue about the installation - they don't do that. Another two calls to Lowe's - turns out they booked the wrong service. "We'll contact the installation company and you will get the install date by the end of the day..." Well, it's day 3 and I have a dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and no call. EVERY SINGLE interaction with Lowe's has been problematic. Every promise of speedy action has been broken. The niceness of the employees is not balanced with competent service, unfortunately. Lowe's, you've got to step up.
I purchased Stainmaster Vinyl Plank floors from Lowes in February 2019 and in May of 2019 noticed that the planks were coming apart at the joins. I let Lowes know in the fall that this was happening and getting worse and after talking to the assistant manager, was referred onto Novalis Innovative Flooring with a Flooring Claim Form. This process took along time and an independent flooring inspector was sent to do an inspection. This inspection took hours to perform but the inspector reported back not on my issue that was the spitting of the planks at the joins but he focused on things that had nothing to do with my complaint. He was rude and insulting blaming my contractor for poor installation. As a result the claim was declined. When I could afford to hire another flooring installer to fix the issue at my expense, he found that the clicking part of the planks were brittle and did not join properly resulting in the seam separation. He also looked at the rest of the install and said it was done correctly. I am very disappointed in the product and feel that Lowes could have taken the time to look at my issue instead of sending me off to the Novalis company. Never buy this product. Never believe that Lowes stand up to their guarantee! I am very dissatisfied!
I wanted to write about my recent experience at Gateway LOWES in Edmonton. I had made an order of laminate flooring panels, however the shipment came with two different types of panels despite having the same SKU number. I connected with the assistant manager Andrew Barr, who helped me resolve this issue with the greatest level of professionalism. Barr allowed me to chose new panels regardless of the cost and ensured that all the further details of the reimbursement would be made known to me and that I would not need to worry. Barr took his time consider my concerns and despite being in a time constraint, delivered the new panels of my choice by the next day at 8 in the morning-precisely at the time I had requested. With delays in communication with the manufacturer, who were responsible for the reimbursement, he put my experience and concern first despite this, and reimbursed me on behalf of LOWES considering the time constraint. With consistent updates and remarkable consideration for my needs and preferences, Andrew Burr left an excellent impression. I highly recommend shopping at LOWES as I've had my most memorable customer service experience there. Sajida Qaiser
We had an amazing experience here despite having so many issues at first. We purchased a fire table from them that had a damaged piece that wasn’t noticed until it was unboxed at home. We asked if we could just bring back the top and exchange it with another undamaged unit and they happily obliged and even and their own staff take it out of the box, inspect it, etc. We got the new one home and this time it wouldn’t light (junk thermocouple or something). So we called again and explained and they offered to pre-assemble a third unit, test it in their store then deliver it and take away our old unit for us. Their service was incredible, just to name a few: Amon (not sure on spelling but he’s a manager, Kimberley, Kevin, Miranda, Collin, Sierra, Viktoria, plus their delivery crew whose names I didn’t catch as well as a third manager who was very helpful. Great service. Would shop here again in a heartbeat despite the initial quality concerns.
This store does not always honor Lowe's Return Policy. I brought an item in to return to this Lowe's location that I purchased at another Lowe's location in the city. The customer service rep would not honor the return because it was from another Lowe's locations, despite the fact that it says both on the back of the purchase receipt, and on the Lowe's website that I can return any merchandise to "any Lowe's store in Canada". I asked to clarify this policy with a manager, but the customer service rep told me that there were no managers available. I even tried phoning into this store again later to see if I could clarify the policy with a manager, or leave one a voicemail. Again, no managers available. No voicemail system. I don't mind the policy about returns from other stores, but I do value honesty. Don't advertise a guaranty if you are not going to back it up. No exceptions.
I am very conflicted in giving a 2 star review. Especially after getting some immaculate and exceptional customer service from Lalita with kitchen cabinets that I was purchasing for a client of mine.However, after the experience with the front end manager Muskaan, I only find it fitting to do so. I have not come across a manager who was so disinterested in helping like her. It looked like we were disturbing her and it was written all over her face.This was as I was applying for a cutomer/business credit. I had to cancel the application because of the demenor I was getting from her. I get if you are having a bad day but she really needs to improve her attitude. It really takes away from what customers experience with associates who have and are customer concious. Lalita, keep up the good work.
Their website said they only had one left of the item I was looking for, so I called to make sure they actually had it. Since I would be driving from quite a ways I wanted my item put on lay away. They had a hard time finding my item (last in the city I believe) I had to hold on the phone for a long time. Some people might be upset about having to hold on the phone. But here's the thing, I really appreciate the effort! Some store clerks will give up if finding something takes longer than 5 minutes and simply tell you they don't have what you are looking for, specially when you are not physically there. When I got to the store my item was ready to go. To the person that helped me on the phone, thank you kind sir! You are truly great at custumer service!
I just went there for corner guard coverings. There were three employees working in the aisle. Wouldn't even move over to give me room to look at the things. I ask the one guy if they have any in clear, he tells me to go to another lady for help. I walk up to her and I ask where I could find them. I told her I came from another store which told me they had some here. She tells me they don't have any without even looking around or on the computer. Every employee there refused to help me and to even give me space to shop. I went there for that one thing only and they refused to help. I drove all the way from another store and that's how I get treated? I went to home depot and had 10 times better customer service. Never shoping at a Lowes again!
BUYERS BEWARE. Ontop of INCREDIBLY rude customer service staff, after the Rona acquisition, Lowes does not at all honor returns without receipts AT ALL. I have spent thousands upon thousands over years at lowes for all my residential & commercial projects, and occasionally misplace a recipet here and there. Never been a worry in the past. Today I tried returning Sealed, Lowes brand ceiling paint (non tinted), and was flat out refused. Asked for a manager, and was further refused. I'll be shopping home depot from now on. The manager was nice, but the lady at the desk was full of attitude before I could even get a word out. I don't care about the return, but I refuse to be treated this poorly by a company I spend so much at.
The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. Ordered an online product and went to pick it up, after waiting for 30 minutes at customer service I was told they could not find it. I wasn’t given any alternative, she just said they can’t find it. I went and grabbed another like product off of the shelf and was told to wait longer for the one I ordered because maybe someone else could find it. 15 minutes later they told me they still can’t find it. They refunded my original purchase and I had to pay $40 more for the new one. Was not given any sort of discount or apology and the service agent was rude and snarky. Pretty annoying when ordering online is supposed to save time..
Assistant manager lady and one of the staff member behaviour was so bad. Very rude, they don’t care for customer. They called for shipping pick up and when I was there they said it’s not received yet. I saw my name on my shopping but they would like to give to another person my shipping and they remover my tag. Also they said if you want money back we can give you but we can not give you your shipping. Lowe’s has to takes some action against them. If this type of people working than this store or Lowe’s will parmemnt close at some point. Moving forward I prefer not to by anything from Lowe’s. I gave one star but they not even deserve.
My top choice of building material supplies. This branch is not quite busy like south common branch so I always feel relax and comfortable to shop there. On average, lowes are more friendly and willing to help compared to homedepot. However, speaking of servicing ethic this branch still has to improve compared to south common. A few employees at this branch lack of working ethic and professionalism. For a couple of times, I found some employees are focusing on chatting and laughing rather than caring customers. Special thanks to Brad from plumbing and Dale from appliances for their help to my needs.
Normally I like Lowe's and hardware home renovation stores in general. Except when I am in the store on October 7 and Halloween is already 50% off and Christmas decorations are already out. It's not even past Remeberance day. Only reason it's got two stars was Christmas music was thankfully not on. Not impressed. And don't bother with the whole canned reply... We apologize for your unsatisfactory visit blah blah blah. Some of Canada still expect stores to have some respect for those who lost their lives ensuring our freedom and way of life during WW2. Lowe's is obviously not concerned with tact.
The associate that was called to "help" us was incredibly rude. He provided no customer service, and was absolutely unprofessional. Not to mention he was very poorly represented in dress code and personal hygiene. The Assistant manager gave a marginally higher customer service experience but didn't even attempt to correct the terrible experience we had already been having in this location. How sad to have this kind of representation in a business that relies on customers returning. Politeness and professionalism isn't too much to ask when you are working in a customer service industry.
I went to customer service to return a propane hose that I bought it from southcommon lowes a few days ago. The customer service guy told me that I couldn’t return it to this store. And let me return to where I bought it even I showed her the lowes return policy “we can return to any lowes location”. Then I talked to the customer service manager. As you see, the manager insisted that I can’t return. She just ignored the return policy and let me go to where I bought. Interesting. Never have a so interesting customer service experience. Never be there again.
Ordered a bunch of lumber online to be delivered to my house. Numerous calls throughout the week and fingers crossed I'm hoping to get it tomorrow. Each department blaming each other and nobody taking responsibility including the store manager whom just says it was miscommunication. He said it was all ready and picked the day I ordered it. Hmmm...his staff didn't think so. Store manager said it had a date to pick up in a months time!?! What are they doing at this store? Not even offered free shipping after all their mistakes. Very poor service.
My wife and I went to the Gateway location to explore appliances. Kiran approached me and provided information on current offers and promotions. She not only helped us choose appliances that were within our budget but also explained pros and cons of every item. I never felt any sales pressure, which encouraged me a lot. I ended up buying three large appliances, protection plan, and installation services at the most competitive price. I trust Lowe's and would go there again. I would be very happy to deal with Kiran if I see her there.
Please do not waste your time on this location or any other location. You call them first before you go. since they're not updating their stock for online availability. I have been there three times on this location, and the associate mentioned that our store higher management do not take any action even if we report to them. Such a waste of time and money to go there after you checked that they have it, in stock multiple quantities and when you travel there and no stock. I will raise this complaint to their head office as well.
Got profiled while shopping here. Went down 3 isles and magically the same employee with a striped shirt was behind me looking for something, all the while peeking in my direction. Went to a different area of the store, and what do you know, same guy on a step ladder this time, acting like he’s looking for something. Guess who was waiting for me at the exit as well. Do not recommend unless you aren’t wearing a hoodie and don’t have a darker skin tone. Would’ve gave 2 stars but they didn’t have tap on the self serve checkout.
Staff are polite, but not informed about the product in the garden centre. I had an inconvenient experience where I asked 2 staff about what kind of plants would need little sun, and they wouldnt offer to help me find one. Then once I found a plant myself, I asked about which soil it needed. And they said it wouldn't matter what kind of soil I used to pot this plant, which was not the case, and I ended up needing to return the soil in the end. Don't expect much help from staff. Do your own research before coming in.
First time shopping at a store branded Lowe's. I've been to a RONA in the past but this store seems to have more stuff and I prefer it. The service is pretty great and the Lowe's Exclusive powertools are either great value or very competitive. They have Craftsman, DeWalt, Kobalt and FLEX. I picked up a FLEX drill and impact driver set. The cashier was very friendly and told me about the VIP Pro program which I qualified for. And I was able to get more perks. I am excited to shop at another Lowe's.

She was absolutely amazing at answering all the questions and addressingour concerns, providing information about this product and simply making the process so easy for us! She is a pro at what she does and we had all the faith in her professionalism at cutting these blinds! They look so perfect in my new home and I could never be happier!
Zero Stars. Was shopping for items and was followed every time I moved to a different aisle. Either ask if i needed any help or ask me to leave the store if you think I'm stealing. I know kid that your boss told you to keep an eye on me but for real, that's how Rona got bought by Lowe's and Big Box stores won't last with customer service like that. How many people just standing around doing nothing? Either serve or use security cameras that can do the same job for less.
Paid $80 dollars for delivery on Tuesday, they said we will call you that day when your order is on the way. Waited all day, I called the store at 5pm they said wait that your delivery will be there before 9. It is 9pm, i called again just before 9, they said they can’t get in contact with the driver. I used to be a lowes advocate versus home depot, but home depot always delivers on time, and apparently lowes cannot even contact their drivers. Poor delivery service.
I can't say how our new appliances are performing as we haven't received them yet (we bought them today), I just didn't want to wait to give Sheila a great review. She made sure we got the best price possible for the appliances we wanted, and gave us honest information for how each model we were interested in performs. Duane was fantastic as well, they worked together to get us the best possible deal for our price range. Thanks Sheila and Duane!
Stopped in to look at lounge chairs a friendly gentleman to greet you and point you in the right direction. Within 3 minutes of looking at loungers an employee came over to answer my questions and instruct gentleman at the front to bring me a cart. Next I looked at patio lights and an employee directed me to a location for solar. At the check out i was directed to a till for immediate service. Well done Lowe's customer service is excellent.
Went to go pick up vinyl flooring and had Jerome one of the department managers help me. He was absolutely amazing in his service and was very patient with me as I have never bought flooring before. I would have given them 5 stars but the flooring associate Huntley was the WORST. Had the worst attitude and did not want to help at all. Worst of all he was interrupting Jerome the whole time with nothing but negative comments.
I needed to return two small items that were not needed for a project. I had receipts. One of them was too old. And the other they said that we had already returned the item on that receipt. Hard to understand since I still have the item in my possession. Whatever the rules may be, beware that they will give you a hard time if you try to return anything. I had a number of items to buy the same day and went elsewhere.
Layout is tough to shop. Had to walk around on a scavenger hunt looking for some basic stuff and in the end only got 1/3 of my shopping list. Items were scattered throughout the store without logic and selection was mediocre at best. Items shopped: Exterior Wood Filler, Disposable Cardboard Tube Roller Sleeve for sealing a sidewalk and some Coreplast. Even the team members didn't know where to find things.
My 13 week old daughter soiled herself and my wife went to change the diaper in the public bathroom only to discover that there is NO changing table, she was told to change my daughter on the floor of the washroom. My wife has decided that it is not worth buying products from due to the fact that they don't support young families. Oh they don't have proper energy saving light bulbs just LED garbage.
Super organized and easy to find what was needed. Garden centre was clean and organized. Store in general was very clean. Staff were super helpful in trying to locate items we had been looking for in store, that showed in stock online when we failed miserably to find them! Found things by fluke that I’ve been looking for for months. Very happy and will be coming back to this location.
The lady at the pro desk named Shannon, is very outstanding with her customer service. She goes above and beyond! She always you feel like you want to come back and leaves a warm feeling in your heart. This fine lady is the meaning of customer service and intergerity. I do think, that she should be a manager... and train others to have her rising star experience and knowledge.
The transition from Rona to Lowes is done. It is nice to see a brand new store with a few new products. It is nice to see the craftsman line if products. I was also able to get some great deals when they got rid of old inventory. I am glad to see many of the same staff are still there. I'm mostly happy that I don't need to go to South Common to get my renovation supplies.
Came here to pick up building materials, and it was a painless experience. Materials were labeled, lots of carts were in the store so I didn't have to hunt for them. Washrooms were very clean. Parking was good, but there's lots of nearby businesses so this might fluctuate on evenings and weekends. Access is tricky if you are coming from south or east, check your maps.
Best Lowes in the city. Exceptional customer service by far. I felt cared for and stuff wants to give you best price. Me and my wife went to price match fridge, Joban at customer service was very helpful (10 out of 10!), thank you! All shopping experience was pleasant and unobtrusive. Special thanks goes to manager Kim. I found my favorite hardware store in Edmonton.
We came to lowes on 42 ave to get some blinds they had what we wanted but the old guy that was called to cut them asked how many we told him 4 he said too many cant he leaves in 5 min. We had a metle gazebos picked out and some out door furniture but we decided to say no we will go to home depot and we did there more than happy to help us out thanks home depot
Washer & dryer delivery was scheduled on Oct 1. I took a day off from work just to be at home on delivery day. Delivery did not happen. Nobody called me, delivery truck did not show up. Lowe’s staff had no idea why my laundry set is still in their warehouse. I cancelled order. Costly and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend doing business with them.
This review is specifically for one of the sales specialists, Naomi. If you are looking for window treatments, she is your person to go to! She was extremely knowledgable and friendly. She spent lots of time with me figuring out what blinds would work best. I really appreciated her assistance and her expertise in the area of window treatments. Thank you!
A young man in building supplies, confessed he was new to the dept, but asked me what I was after. I explained, and within 3 mins flat he directed me to the 2x4's I wanted and then a short distance from there he helped me pick out a piece of 5/8 plywood. Done! One star short because prices high....but certainly impressed with prompt service!
This is the worst place if you are coming yo picking up lumber specialy of you have big orders they provide no assistance at all and ignore you when you are their . Even you ask them the work they need to do they just come and go nobody never came. Never recommend to come here. They should hire more responsible staff in lumber department.
"If your not 100% happy with your product you can return within 90 days" when returning something. Except at this location... I got questioned and called to "verify" if i could return it. I got my money back but the guy that had to verify it said he was gunna have to throw it out. I guess im sticking with Lowes Southcommon for now on.
It was very disappointing and frustrating experience with Lowe’s especially with Sheila as promised products a year back not yet delivered and despite calling again n again didn’t know that the order was not placed properly Highly negligent customer service Don’t recommend this to anyone so no one suffers like us and gets harassed
Staff was unable to find a vinyl plank flooring product that was shown as in stock. Staff confirmed that the system thought they had plenty in stock. But they were unable to find it at all. The floor staff kept talking about how much worse the inventory control is since it switched to Lowe's from Rona. Disappointing result.
I ordered a large amount of pavers online and went to pick them up 30 min before close (yes I was that guy). I made it clear that I would do allo the loading of the heavy pavers since I was an inconvenience, but Kevin insisted with helping. The other staff were also helpful. This store felt more welcoming then other Lowes.
This store is near Whitemud on Calgary trail. It's a huge store . Some of their deals are very good. You can get anything for your home improvement, gardening, patio, paint, appliances, lighting etc. There is ample space for parking and it's free. The only drawback was that there weren't many people available to help us .
If you want a place to just wait around and never get helped meanwhile there’s about 4-6 associates aimlessly wandering about or chatting away at the “Customer Service” desk and asking them for help is fruitless on a Tuesday afternoon when the store’s pretty much devoid of customers, then this is the place for you.
Went for maybe an item that was on special. I was going to decide on a triple pack or a single item of hand tree pruners. Clerk finally found it high up in storage on the shelf. This item was in the flyer that started almost a week ago. The rest of them probably sold out and wasn't replaced on the floor level.
Scheduled a delivery of appliances and they tried to deliver it to the billing address instead of delivery address. When they called us with the confusion and to clarify the delivery address, they refused to deliver it (despite it being only max 10min drive away). Now we have to wait 4 days. Horrible service.
This will be my go to store from now on since my very positive experience with them today. Special thanks to Kim, the Customer Service Manager. The store is clean, well organized. Price tags are nicely laid out. The staff on the floor are friendly and helpful. They greet and acknowledge your presence there.
I was hoping for improvements over Rona. Instead, for the items I look for, the quality was lower, brand selection was lower, staff were unknowledgable, and 3 items I was interested in were out of stock. Will give them another try when the pandemic is over. Until then, they seem to have supply chain issues.
Seeing managers rifling through employees bags before they were allowed to leave was absolutely horrifying to watch. It was so dehumanizing and made me very uncomfortable. I was excited about the price match policy, but I haven’t been back because now that’s all I think about when anyone mentions Lowe’s.
My son was having a meltdown in the store and one of the workers approached us and calmly asked if there was anything he could do. A minute later he came back with a free drink for my son and proceeded to help us with what we were looking to buy. That simple gesture really made a difference, Thank You!
Masters of the "Bait and Switch". They constantly promote scratch and save savings of 10-100%. Then you bring the item to the till and its "sorry that item is not eligible." There is fine print in these adds. You are left there standing at the till trying to decide if it is worth walking away or not.
Excellent customer service EVER! Sheila is the best on the kitchen appliances area, very knowledgeable and wants to ensure the costumer is happy with every purchase. My elderly mother in law bought a fridge the other day and tonight we came to see sheila to buy our because of the great service !!!
EDIT: I wrote this review when I was in a bad mood and wasn’t at the top of my mind because… well, don’t ask. This place is better than my original review but what I said still stands Barley any staff, staff don’t seem to understand English and/or are deaf and very limited selection of everything
So the former place was Rona and it closed down and now Lowe's has taken over. It is the parent company, so why not. The store is as busy as Rona. I honestly prefer this store over the one in south common. Still able to find inventory of items I need. Staff is helpful! Great access from Whitemud.
This 5 star is for Glen only at this location! Every other staff member was not interested in helping us. But Glen was amazing and spent a good deal of time helping us get a stove and microwave that we could get delivered asap. The prices here are very good compared to other appliance stores.
Lalita is a delight to talk with. She is patient and amiable. She understand & focus on my need and provide me excellent help on building kitchen cabinets. She knows design and has a vision for beauty. Definitely, we appreciate her service and will continue our order with her.
If I could give this place less stars, trust me I would. The staff are too "busy" to help customers even though the store is virtually empty. The front cashiers are rude, and dismissive. They refuse to check display price tags but instead will search it up on the computer.
Staff seemed more knowledgeable than they did at the competitor I visited first... However much like them you were sold out of multiple different unrelated products that I was looking for. You have a huge selection of sump pumps but not a single hose for said pumps
In Edmonton, pick Lowe's or HD. Before I visit either I do my online homework (prices, product offerings, reviews, etc.) Parking at this location was ample. The staff I encountered were helpful and attentive. The checkout experience was average (but that's Covid).
let them close. Don’t waste your time with their “deals”. 15% off some things, can’t find out what until you talk to an associate. Clearance tags over top of regular price tags that are $100 cheaper. Moen kitchen faucets $65 more than at the south common store.
Great sales staff and service. Bought lots of hardware for a new build, sales lady KIRAN was very helpful locating different items or ordering the ones they didn't have. Price match was done without a fuss and provided contractor rate when buying in bulk.

Bought a Storm door from the gentleman in the door department and his customer service was top notch! Very easy to talk to and full of knowledge and experience. All the staff here are super friendly and gave me a nice comment on my tattoos. …
Totally gross got followed around by two staff then I asked to speak to the manager and he began gaslighting me I got most of our conversation on video and when we exited after paying the employees stood at the door watching us as we wait for our taxi
I’ve upgrade my review to 5/5 based upon the ESG characteristics of Lowes! Also, I’d originally given a 4/5 due to the poor aisle structure and weird organization of the store. That being said, they got back to my review so fast! Nicely done lowes:)
Large store but it is easy to find someone to help. Plumbing selection had all the odd ball fittings I needed and the have a large selection of everything. Look for sales and credit card deals for large project and you can save a significant amount.
I wonder why the management scheduled IT maintenance and closed the store unannounced 3 hours early on Wednesday, Sept 14, 22? While turned me off at the door, they gave me 10% off on next purchase. They thought they can appease people that way :)
I would highly recommend this Lowe's location's appliance department. We have purchased 2 appliances here in the past month and have found the staff very helpful and attentive. Staff members have even stayed later to assist us! Thank you Sheila.
We went to look for supplies to pot a tree that needs a bigger planter and was surprised to find a pretty good selection despite the fact that it is December. They also have a really good selection of Christmas decorations and some great prices.
I love home improvement superstores. This location has an amazing amount of stock. Can I just wander around and dream up new projects for every room based on the materials, colour,products and advice? Would that be lame? Hours of shopping?
Just purchased a new washer and dryer from John in appliance sales. He was great to deal with very knowledgable and patient and honest with us. I was very happy with the service and the deal we got, next day sunday delivery is awesome too.
Nice store. Clean. Well lit. Lots of stock. However they are not price competitive compared to other stores like Home Depot. Also staff at this location are inconsistent, ranging from excellent and helpful to non existant or uninterested.
They don't do returns for clearance items and they don't put sign saying that it is final sale..they are cheating.. Don't buy from them Manger said we can return other Manger said no.. I will email Canada customer protection agency
Pretty quiet for Sunday when people are free to do house stuff...finding someone in area I was looking was impossible...a clerk pointed out area I could find product in but could've taken md over as there were no other customers

Pretty big store has lots of stuff everything that you would really good selection of nuts and bolts and such was impressive concidering that is not thier main focus but yeah anyways good store for residential construction
Very big store , purchased couple tools prices are quite high when compared to other local stores. Very less staff availability to ask questions you might need to talk to customer services. Lumbers have same price almost.

The seasonal manager was horribly rude to me. She had a horrible attitude and made me feel two inches tall. The other staff were polite and helpful, but she was just terrible. I wish I'd gotten her name.
Lowe's is definitely the best of all the hardware stores in Edmonton huge selection of higher quality products than found at competitors definitely better more attentive service a cut above the rest.
All staff are friendly resourceful we bought our Christmas tree here and it was a last one a bit dry and they let us have it for 5 dollar. Thank you for the fast service at the customer service
This store is very noticeably better managed than the closest Home Depot; there's product on every shelf, the staff are very helpful, and chances are a lot better you'll find what you came for.
Lowe's has a great selection of home goods at fair prices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to Shannon in electrical on my recent visit for her help in solving my outlet issues.
Always a huge variety of items. Well organized store. Store response to the public address system for customers asking for department help was too lax and repeated multiple times.
