Being owned by 2 cats, an albino gecko, and a boxer-bully mix dog, l just had to check this new place out. Great selection of pet food, treats, toys, etc. The customer service people are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to shop there. Also to note - they have worms and crickets for reptile pets. Very happy one- stop shopping for me!!!!

The young woman who opened Saturday was amazing. My husband went in smelling like skunk and she sprayed stuff on him that worked great on the dog, too. She was so pleasant and helpful that I will be using Pet Barn exclusively.

I was in Waterdown when I saw this new pet supply store. The General Manager was very welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to all the products. I learned more then I thought I would. I will definitely be coming back here.
