Really nice ambience when you walk in! Receptionist is lovely and new patient registration is on a tablet. The waiting lounge has creature comforts to put you at ease (tea, coffee, water, reading materials-Noticed a finance offering for paitients who may need some expensive work done but tight on money) The dentistry chairs have TVs for paitients and the working space is large and clean (providing a reassuring feeling staff can undertake their dentist duties unhindered) It was particularly quiet on a Sunday. That's always nice to put you at ease (this would suit anyone who is shy about some swelling/lots of visual pain) My dentist was a young fella and while he was missing a lot of the rapport building and comforter factors you get from a older more experienced dentist who has looked after a lot of anxious paitients, he was very knowledgeable! this was tremendous and that definitely eased me a lot. Departure from the clinic was simple with a chemist immediately in front of the dentist. Overall: From booking online to the confirmation call right thru to the checkup and payment, everything was smooth as silk and friendly as can be. Thanks for the care provided guys. Andrew

I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior and rude language displayed by Dr Andrew Cho during the appointment. During my appointment, the dentist showed a lack of professionalism and used inappropriate language that was hurtful and offensive. He sweared during the appointment. When I mentioned I will book another appointment when I have time, he stated it would be my responsibility completely if ‘anything happens’. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially given the fact that I was in a vulnerable position as a patient. I expect dentists to provide a safe and respectful environment for their patients, and the behavior displayed by Dr Andrew Cho was far from this standard. I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I have been left with a negative impression of the practice as a whole. I strongly urge you to take appropriate action to address this situation, and assure that this type of behavior will not be tolerated in the future.

Since needing emergency dental care on a Sunday over a year ago, this practice has become my regular ever since. Dr Xin Wang was the only available dentist on that fateful day, and I have happily been in her (extremely) capable hands ever since. Having never previously had a tooth extracted, getting a wisdom tooth pulled was certainly starting at the big end of town. Nevertheless, Dr Wang had the tooth out before I even knew it, with no pain or swelling whatsoever -- a true master of her craft. Recently, I was in need of more emergency care, and I was fortunate enough to see Dr Charlie Li on Christmas Day, no less. He professionalism, manner, and skill matched that of Dr Wang, and demonstrates the high standards that this practice asks of its dentists. He is also fluent in Shanghainese, which may be helpful for certain patients. I highly recommend MC Dental Docklands, and not just for when you need emergency treatment!

As someone who is usually very afraid of the dentist I went because my teeth had gotten too bad (broken) to avoid! But everyone at MC Dental were so nice. Right from the moment I called everyone was very kind and reassuring. The dentist was very gentle and caring and has given me a dental treatment plan so everything can be taken care of in a way that is manageable for me. Plus they could do everything including full jaw x-rays right there so no need to run around town. It was simple. Extremely clean, pleasant and comfortable environment which smelt of lovely essential oils like a health spa when I walked in. Dentist Dr Yuan Xia was fantastic and I am feeling much more confident about finishing the rest of my treatment. Oh and when I left they gave a little bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss and lipbalm! (Nice little extra touch).Thankyou

Went to Dr Xia for for a scale and clean. I'd not been here before but the Sunday appointment appealed to me and figured 'it's just a scale and clean' so good way of trying it out. Was very impressed for a few reasons. Firstly, my 2:45 appointment was early - I got there at 2:30 and was in the chair at 2:40! Nice... Secondly, Dr Xia was really thorough - he told me exactly what he was doing which kept me calm, and was very gentle. But what I also noticed was that he was quick too! Gave me time to rinse as needed. The atmosphere was also great - the waiting area, tea, coffee - nice touch. I was so impressed, I've now booked the whole family in for a scale and clean next Sunday LOL. Very, very affordable too! It's the first time I've left a dentist with a bill under $100 after health rebate.

Lost my important medical information and probably private info was leaked because of the clinic. Requested for a medical certificate for a vaccine I have done here a couple years ago, was told by the nurse they couldn’t find the record as their system was hacked( which sounds rediculous and concerning too, as so many personal data can be leaked). What is worse, they didn’t upload any of the vaccine I have done in their clinic to my Medicare record, so basically There is no way I can prove I have done these vaccines. Due to all of these thing above, I have to double vaccinated, which Is totally unnecessary and might cause potential harm to my body as there should be a 10 years gap between two vaccines. So far haven’t received any explanation or apology from the clinic.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked an appointment 2 days ago and have received an email confirmation the same day. I had to take some hours off from work as the clinic is 1 hour away from my office, when I arrived, the receptionist told me that my booking was not confirmed and that there was another person booked the same time as mine and the they don't send email notifications but only sms. I showed her the email but there was no solution provided, there was no customer care and I have to leave their clinic. It's a very frustrating experience as I wasted my day and chance to actually have my illness checked. If I knew, I would have booked somewhere else. I do not recommend this clinic, don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else better.

I loved! The truth is that I have small traumas from going to the dentist in my country, Colombia. That going to a dentist in another country terrified me. Besides because the language barrier was another thing that didn't help much. But... If I had known that it was so cool to come to the dentist here. Maybe she wouldn't have expected me. I loved the service from the reception, she was very patient and spoke to me slowly. And the dentist Zeinab was very patient in also speaking to me slowly and understanding my needs. Worth every minute and my money. What left me half bored is that she told me that we would see each other again in 6 months. When the experience had already been super good.

I can highly recommend this surgery and the dentist Dr. Weston Draper. I attended this dental surgery last month for an emergency treatment when a tooth broke over the weekend. It was super-easy to book on line. I felt relieved that I knew that someone would see me first thing Monday morning. The dentist was very thorough and super gentle. I didn't experience any pain during the treatment (removal of a molar). I can highly recommend Dr. Weston Draper for both his bedside manner - he explained everything that was happening and options clearly - and for the treatment that was painless. Finally, the treatment was a reasonable price! I can highly recommend this surgery and this dentist.

WOW! Carol at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful - she located my Medicare details online so she could process the rebate saving me the hassle of requesting it through Medicare myself. The waiting room is nice and modern. I saw Dr Wee and he was attentive, kind and extremely thorough. I never felt rushed or like I was wasting his time which is how I've felt with other GPs. He also provided me with information and created an asthma plan for me (which no other doctor has done and I've had asthma for 10+ years) then explained it all to me. A hidden gem within the Docklands!

This used to be our go to clinic as it's right below my apartment. But when we visited the clinic for an emergency stomach pain workout an appointment, staff there were kind enough to listen and check with doctor. But we were sent back saying, "Doctor needs to leave early, so he's not taking any patients without appointment". To our surprise, there weren't any patients in the waiting area. I don't know who the doctor is. That's the last time I'm visiting this clinic and would never recommend it to others!! We found a better clinic two stops away in tram now.

Excellent service! This is the first time I visited this dental clinic. Got my oral examination done from Dr. Yuan Xia. He is incredibly helpful and honest. He kindly suggested me about the things that my insurance will cover. He also suggested me to do the wisdom tooth extraction in the first consultation itself which is rare because usually other clinics would do that in second consultation. Carole at the reception was kind and helpful as well to get me signed in for the appointment. Will definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

I went to see Dr. Andrew Cho about Invisalign. Initially there is a scan of your teeth that is required. Other clinics charge $200 so it was great that it’s completely FREE at MC Dental. Afterwards I returned to the clinic and had 2 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Cho was kind, always checking in on me during the process and the Dental Assistant was very sweet, giving me pats on the shoulder for support during the procedure. Something small which adds up to something big and a wonderful experience overall. Will be returning again!

Dr Xin Wang, is the most polite, courteous, professional and gentle dentist i have ever visited, i had a emergency case as my tooth had decayed and was hitting the nerve, the receptionist booked me in just before Christmas but wasn't sure if i would get treatment on the spot, Dr Xin saw i was in pain and no amount of antibiotics would help me, she extracted the tooth for me, and someone who isn't a greatest fan of sitting in the dentist chair, she was very caring and gentle. I recommend Mc medical and dental highly.

I would highly recommend MC Dental Docklands. I was in a lot of pain during a Saturday night and was googling at 2am in the morning to find a dentist for a Sunday appointment and come a cross MC DENTAL, so I booked on line and was seen that Sunday morning at 11am. The clinic was exceptionally very clean and service was very thorough and considerate and surprisingly the price was very reasonable. Referred by not just one friend, we went to see Doctor Sisi last Friday. She is very professional and kind! She helped me clean my teeth, it was my first time that I didn’t feel a thing. Also, she did check up for my 2 years old daughter successfully. You know kids in the dental clinics, they should be screaming and scratching... but Sisi has her way to calm them down and make them cooperate. We believe Sisi will be the one who will look after all the teeth from our family :)

Visited the clinic today to get my half broken tooth extracted. I would give them 10 out of 10 for the overall service from the receptionist Carole with her warmth welcome to the dentist Dr Shirley Zhang. Dr Shirley was very informative about the whole process and have been very patient trying to extract the difficult tooth out. Took longer than a normal extraction. Fantastic service! The team looked after me extremely well at MC Dental, thorough explanation of the procedure (potentially tricky wisdom tooth extraction) and the options I had. Felt as if I could very much trust the staff and knew I was in good hands. The extraction was quick & pain free, even still happy about it the next day! Very unprofessional. Got some fillings done here but the dentist was very absentminded, listening to podcasts loudly, taking personal phone calls when I was in the chair and rushing through the session. I experienced severe toothache 1 month after the appointment, went back twice but they told me it was fine. Eventually I had to get fillings done again somewhere else 6 months later. It was a complete disaster and please don’t go to MC Dental.

I'm disappointed about the time management of MC Dental. Just waste time for customers. They don't have a clear understanding of the meaning of "Appointment". Customers always need to wait for a long time. They should understand appointment is the meaning to control the time and schedule. It does not matter the service quality is good or the staff is friendly. To follow the appointment and schedule is the fundamental respect for the customer.

I had my full dental check up and clean with Dr Fizza. I’ve had previous unpleasant dental experiences so I’m always a bit apprehensive about going to the dentist. Dr Fizza was amazing, she was gentle, patient, professional and explained everything. I can’t remember the name of the lady who was assisting her but she was very attentive too. Altogether a pleasant experience and I will definitely return in the future. Thank you ladies!

I had a toothache on Saturday and needed an urgent appointment. Although I was unable to get an appointment I want to highly commend the receptionist I spoke with at Docklands she was really empathetic and realised the urgency and was trying. I called in to see if I can get on a wait list which she did and called me back with the available appointment. I just appreciate her customer service and her effort! She was great.

MC Dental Docklands are amazing! I have so much anxiety about the dentist and both Dr Yuan Xia and Dr Fizza Hussain have been absolutely incredible. I've had a wisdom tooth removal and the start of a root canal process and they've both made me feel so comfortable and cared for.
