It has now been 6 mo. since my grandmother has passed. Words can not describe how much we all miss her and how much we want her back. Funerals are painful ordeals, but still require planning, coordination, and even management. Tasks difficult to do when all you want to do is cry. Muzyka Funeral home was as wonderful as an experience like this could be. The meeting to plan the funeral was delicate and the employees were understanding of our pain. We were not rushed to any decisions and everything was explained to us in full and honest detail. They were not trying to sell us anything, they were there to help us. Their earnest and genuine care was clear from the very beginning. They took care of everything. During actual ceremony Shannon (who was our funeral director) was the most helpful angel we could have wished for. Her delicate manner was something that truly helped ease our pain. She silently put flowers in vases as they were received, helped seat and coordinate people, brought tissue box after tissue box, and was always there to help in all the small ways that you don't realize you will need. I really can not say enough how much my family and I appreciate the trustworthy, straightforward, and gentle way Muzyka took care of my grandmothers funeral and all the cultural things that are not typical of american funerals. I thank them sincerely and highly recommend them.

Having to cope with sudden loss of my dad was the most difficult thing we've ever had to do. Melissa made this experience bearable and we cannot imagine anyone else helping us get through it. We've never had to make arrangements for anyone thus far and didn't know where to start, but they picked up all the pieces and took care of everything. They never even once referred to dad as a body, always as a person as if he was still with us. We are so grateful for everything and would not recommend anyone else, they are truly the best.

I want to thank Scott and the Muzyka Team for their compassionate and focused service to my family's needs during the trying and emotional time of celebrating my brother's life and his passing. Every question and request was handled with care. This was the second time in the past two years that I had to utilize Muzyka's service model. Their empathy and their above and beyond service details were the same both times.

My mother passed in May 2022 I know I’m late on this but everyone there was so gracious and made this difficult time a bit easier. I cannot express enough on what an amazing job they did with how my mother looked . My family was able to see my mother Beautiful as she once was, she looked like she was just sleeping . Kyle and Melissa showed alot of support and made my father's wake a beautiful experience. I can't thank them enough. I especially love the extra sentimental items you leave with. From the candle with my father on it to the mini photo album that includes pictures of the flowers and cards that were displaying during the wake.

From start to finish the entire team was extremely helpful and kind getting my family through my brothers funeral. Melissa went above and beyond and made sure everything was exactly right and kept the Serbian traditions. We will forever be thankful for all of your help throughout the process. Shannon and Samanatha were great taking care of our dear loving uncle and 6 months later they did a special memorial pamphlets with holy mass cards it was with great pleasure and didnity to work with them I know that I will be using them again in the future. Thanks again.

They handled my grandfathers service in November 2023. While I wasn’t the one planning or super involved, my grandfather looked wonderful and they were very sweet and attentive to my grandmother and the rest of our guests. Thank you very much to the staff.
