We used Macca's for a house move recently. They were fantastic. Responded quickly to our initial enquiry, someone came within 24 hours to do an in person visit and quote. The price was surprisingly low, including storage. Their communication was excellent, they made the whole process seem easy. We appreciated extra touches like their willingness to dismantle tricky bits of furniture, and their care in wrapping and preparing items for storage. And every person was reliable, courteous and cheerful. 100% satisfied.

We used Macca's this last week for our move from eastern suburbs to the peninsula. 5 stars from Mark coming out to quote and explaining everything to the boys picking up and loading truck to storage for 5 days then the guys delivering on time and very careful with everything. I have had some bad experiences with removals companies in the past (late arrival, broken items, inexperienced staff), and I must say Macca’s move and storage exceeded my expectations! Ross and Team moved my 3 bedroom house on a 34 degree day and made it look so easy! Hardest working boys I've seen. Mark turned up at my place to give me an accurate quote, no extras for this or that. He educated me on how insurance works so I wouldn’t end up paying extra unnecessarily. He gave me confidence that I would not be charged extra at the end and that my furniture would be well looked after. The team did the job in a morning and were very professional and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Great experience! Macca's Moves helped me move my 4 bedroom house with ease and speed. They guys were lovely and polite and friendly and happy to help in any way. Used these guys tk move house - super professional and fast. They were also very careful when moving furniture, ensuring to protect furniture and walls from any damage. When gathering quotes they were significantly cheaper, but came highly recommended so I went with it, so happy I did. If ever we move again I know who I will be calling!

We were really impressed with the service we received on our move out/storage/move in, which is a seamless answer if you have a gap between settlements. We paid extra for packing which was done quickly and efficiently. There were no breakages and everything was done on time. Highly recommend.

We just had our contents moved by these guys today, and we couldn't be happier! Turned up with 2 trucks and 4 guys and blitzed the move. Even offered to help relocate some of the furniture they had just moved in! Professional, polite, and hard working. Highly recommended.
