I have a problem child cat who has had severe issues over the last few years at the vet receiving needles and treatment due to previous mishandling at other vets. The staff at Macquarie instantly figured out a way to help my girl receive care and treatment without adding any undue stress. She's gone from screaming and resisting so hard she needed to be wrapped up to taking shots quietly without any restraints. I wouldn't have imagined we would be where we are after such a short time and I can't recommend Macquarie enough. Thank you for all you've done for Penny and though she's a work in progress we're definitely further along thanks to your help. UPDATE 2022: both cats recently spent 4 weeks in boarding and again received amazing, intuitive care. Penny and Leroy won't miss you but we sure will! Thank you Kay.

I would like to let people and friends know that this is the best vet clinic I have ever used in the 16 years I have lived in Bligh Park. The staff is extremely helpful and kind to everyone, at all times. Kaye is the vet and is just wonderful and very humble. I wish there was a word to describe how much I thank her, for her help in performing major surgery on my boy. During this time, I have witnessed more than ever, their highly qualified skills, and care towards my boy Mirco. I would like to also give special thanks to all her staff, especially Karen, Fran and Corinne. I recommend this clinic, to whoever wants, or needs, a very qualified and caring staff to help make the best decisions in your pet's interest.

Can not recommend Dr Kaye enough, we recently went on an overseas family holiday and left our dog Alfie at Acacia Lodge Boarding Kennel which luckily we had done before and they were aware of his behavior and recognized quickly that he was not himself and contacted Dr Kaye. She treated Alfie like her own pet and kept us updated with his progress through messages and photos until our return. Thank you Dr Kaye, Acacia Lodge Boarding Kennel and all the staff we will never be able to thank you enough

i would like too say that Maquarie vets are the best around the Hawkesbury district. They have wonderful staff that are very clued on when it comes too all you're pets needs. Kay the head vet is very gentle and knowledgeable when it comes to you're pet. The rate of Macquarie Vet is one of the cheapest vet's i have been to in the Hawkesbury district. I can not thank the staff at Macquarie Veterinary Clinic for the most amazing care for my dogs. This year I have had to take two of my dogs on different occasions to attend the vet. Without fail, the staff have loved, cared and looked after my animals as if they were their own. You can truely see the passion and dedication that the staff have for ensuring that all animals at the clinic are well looked after. I can not thank you enough!

Can't thank Dr Kay and her wonderful nurse enough. They helped me out this morning with an emergency when turned away from my usual vet, Bligh Veterinary Clinic. Needless to say I will be using Dr Kay for all my fur babies from now on. I can't believe how professional and well priced this Clinic is. Went to this vet with an injured stray dog wandering along blacktown road in Windsor and they refused to take him in and care for him. Had to spend hours looking for another vet to take him too. Highly would NOT recommend. Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. I was told by the vet that eventually took him in told me that by right they have a duty of care for injured animals I highly doubt they do after this experience

I'm so glad I chose this veterinary clinic for my ferrets vaccination. Some vets don't take ferrets or specialise in ferret care so I was very thorough searching for a clinic that does it. The lady was absolutely wonderful in handling my boy. She checked him all over before doing the vaccine and was very professional. Thankyou to the team for being such lovely people, especially to my little boy Bams.

Have been going to Kay for over 8 years. Cannot find the words to say how amazing Kay is at what she does. She goes above and beyond for our dogs each and every time. Her professionalism, knowledge, care and attention is impeccable at ALL times. Even on our dog's last days Kay was providing all the medical attention, care and love possible. Highly recommend Kay! She is one of the best Vet's in NSW.

Dr Kay is amazing and her staff are super friendly. We have been going there for the past 2 years and they have looked after our two staffys. Our dogs don't normally like the vets but since we started taking them here, they get super excited when they arrive and see Dr Kay. Compared to all the vets I've previously been to in the past, Macquarie Vets are very affordable.

Best vet practice! Have been going here for over 20yrs now, have a very good relationship with the vet and vet nurses here, they take such good care of all my dogs when they have had to go in for various things. One of my dogs even went home with one the vets overnight for monitoring when she wasn’t well!

Without an appointment, we took Bella, our family Labrador, who was struggling near end of life. We were helped to feel relaxed and encouraged. The professional care given and the understanding offered to us by both the Receptionist and Vet was second to none. Thank you.

Would 100% recommend this vet for your pets. They have amazing service there, and they are fantastic with the animals. The vets will listen to your opinions about your animals and does her best to create a relaxed environment in sometimes stressful situations.

My dog Loves this place. The staff are great with him and he is usually a reactive dog and extremely scared from unfamiliar people. He’s done a few major things in there including teeth cleaning, x-rays and vaccination! Highly recommend for your local vet!

I would highly recommend Macquarie Vet Clinic, the staff, from vets to receptionists are compassionate , friendly and professional. I travel a fair distance to visit this clinic as I believe the quality of service and expertise is well worth it.

Kaye & staff genuinely care for all their fur babies in care & are reasonably priced. I'm comfortable to leave Rox there when necessary, as most of the staff know her now & treat her like their baby which is very comforting when she's not well.

Beautiful, Caring and Compassionate Women. Gave me time alone in the room with my Beautiful kitty Sephiroth before he was put to sleep. Highly recommended as their customer service and bedside manners are nothing short of exceptional.

Bought my cat there when she was very sick. The vets first response was to put her to sleep. I had to keep telling her to try and save her. She unfortunately died.

Excellent service, our first time taking our do there as our regular vet was closed by that time of evening. We will definitely go there again when necessary.
