Called to have medication delivered to my doctors office a month ago ( doctor kept records ) show up to my appointment no medication having to call with my doctor on the phone and get told meds will be there in 30 mins first call was at 450pm and I’m still waiting for the meds , there delivery driver is junk your better off picking up or using a different delivery service because if this is how they handle mess ups …. Mind blowing thanks for making me miss and hour of work because of incompetence for your driver

Take away the stars. We have been customers of Madill Pharmacy for years...long before the current owners. We asked repeatedly to inform us when the extra strength flu shot was available. We even visited the store requesting we be informed. They know we are older seniors with one of us with hyper tension. They knew we were shortly leaving the country and needed to be protected. Did they call their valued customer after so many years. N0. Such a disappointment.

This pharmacy provides the BEST customer service. They are very thoughtful and kind, especially when discussing sensitive medical matters. They are so customer focused and nice. It's always a pleasure dealing with them. They go above and beyond every single time. I live in Milton and have two pharmacies within walking distance. I switched to Madill Pharmacy in Oakville because of the amazing service they provide. Highly recommend them.

We have used this drug store for decades. When Sam (druggist/owner) retired we were nervous the same high standard of service would not continue. I am happy to report the service is just as friendly and highly competent. What a pleasure it is to be greeted by name and given personal service by the druggist.
