-- Edited in response to the owner's follow up -- It took you two years to respond to a negative review? That should tell you a lot about the experience I had. I chose not to explain the experience here as it felt too raw at the time. However, as your response has brought it all back, and I have some distance from it, I am happy to elaborate. We brought our dog in to have a lump on her paw examined. Biopsy indicated cancer and the vet recommended removing the tumor. We spent a lot of time clarifying which vet would be doing the surgery and making sure we were comfortable with them, and they felt confident about doing the procedure. Day of the surgery, another vet performed the procedure. Something we were not told about until I went to pickup our dog. He spent a lot of time informing me how difficult the procedure was and that he had done the best that he could. Didn't leave me with a lot of confidence. We came back two days later for the follow-up with a different vet. I could tell from the moment they started to remove the bandage, and the smell hit me, that it was infected. The vet said that the stiches were too tight, and they needed to be removed to restore blood flow. However, we would need to have the dressing changed daily, while we tested to determine what was causing the infection. We agreed to this. The following day, my wife took the dog in to get the dressing changed. She met with the vet who performed the procedure, who insisted that it wasn't an infection and it was healing as expected. He was so insistent that he followed my wife out of the practice as she tried to leave, repeating to her that it wasn't infected. My wife was so upset with this interaction that I would be the one bringing the dog in for dressing changes after that. The daily dressing changes continued for a week, the cause of the infection was identified and we started on antibiotics. Each day, we would see a different vet, who would change the dressing and insist that everything was fine and the wound was healing. After a week we decided to take the dog to Blue Pearl for a consult. After hearing the background, the vet there removed the bandages to inspect the wound. What she found was so bad, she wanted to show us pictures so we could understand why we had little hope of saving our dog's paw. There was no flesh left. It was down to the bone. All of the nerves were gone. Our dog ended up with a partial amputation, but thanks to the amazing staff at Blue Pearl, and the person who made her prosthetic, we now have a healthy/happy tripawed. Either the vets at your practice were so incompetent they couldn't tell that the wound wasn't getting better. Or, they were so happy for us to come in and pay for a dressing change daily (that wasn't helping our dog recover). Either way, I wouldn't trust them to administer worm treatment to a hamster , and I would strongly encourage others not to trust them either. As for the "vet" who "did his best" and "it wasn't an infection". I realize you work with animals and your inability to interact with their owners reflects that. Honestly though, the animals deserve better than you. To the owner, taking two years the respond to a negative review. Hiring this type of staff in the first place. This smells like you trying to cleanup your social media presence, and I have no desire to interact with you. The front desk staff were nice and polite. I hope they are doing well.
I called to inquire about how much a dental cleaning and extractions would cost for my dog. They refused to send me any pricing information until I brought my dog in for an appointment. Pricing is usually straightforward and most vets will give you a price summary that shows how much everything costs; including pricing for the different extractions depending on specific teeth and how many roots they have. I don’t understand what they have to gain from operating this way, unless pricing is not equitable for all patients, which is why they don’t want to share that information until they see you and your pup in person so they can decide how much they can charge you based on what they think you can afford. Yep, I’m making an assumption here, but they couldn’t give me an explanation for why they have this policy. Also, to make matters worse, when I originally called about this, the first person I spoke with at the clinic said it was no problem to send me a price list, and that he’d send it right over. When the email never arrived, I noticed I had a text message from the clinic saying they couldn’t provide pricing information until I brought my pup in for an appointment. They didn’t even pick up the phone to call me; just sent me a text message instead. They also implied I’m not caring for my pup appropriately since I hadn’t been into their clinic in a while. I’ve told them multiple times they are my secondary vet, and any time they’ve asked for current records, my primary vet sends them right over. I take excellent care of my dog, and she’s up to date on everything, and when my vet says my girl needs something done, I do it immediately, no matter the cost! Terrible customer service! They also can’t seem to keep any vets there for very long, so don’t get attached to any of the staff. It also takes a long time to get an appointment. Again, all I wanted was a general price list explaining how much a dental cleaning costs. I also told them that I realize costs vary depending on different extractions that might be needed, and that I was just trying to get a guesstimate.
We left our old clinic to follow Dr. Krzmarzick when she moved as she is amazing so I knew we would be happy to be back with her but I wasn't sure how the clinic itself would be. However, I have been blown away by the level of care and attention from all their staff. After our first visit we got a text the next day asking how our cats were doing, and got a call from Dr. Krzmarzick even though it had just been a wellness visit. At the visit she suggested one of our kitties schedule a teeth cleaning as some of his teeth were looking pretty bad compared to last year. The veterinary assistant (Michael?) did a great job going over an estimate for the procedure including if the questionable teeth needed extraction. Our kitty just finished getting his dental today. Kimberly was amazing at check in and check out explaining the procedure and walking through at home care and his imaging with me as well. Dr. Ken Zebrowski called me after the procedure and took the time to explain possible causes of the tooth decay in my attempt to understand the wording of my pet insurance, and even offered to look at my insurance to see if he thought it may be covered. Kitty is happily home now, albeit a little tired. Another bonus, unlike my last clinic Madison street works directly with Chewy (and others) to fax the approval for prescription diet orders. This has been such a relief to not have one more thing to try to manage. TLDR: docs are great, staff is great, communication 5 stars
When I moved from Dallas to Seattle, I went to a couple of other vets and was very disappointed. Then I found Madison Street Animal Hospital. The front office staff, the vet techs, and the doctors are all first class. They are very gentle with my cats, very knowledgeable, and they have excellent facilities and equipment. The office is clean, and while they aren't cheap, you get what you pay for, and when dealing with care for my animals, getting a bargain isn't my first objective. Updated several years later: One of my cats had a chronic kidney disease. Their treatment plan kept him healthy and happy for many years. But at the end he started to decline rapidly. Dr. Goldthwaite and the rest of the doctors and staff did everything they could. We all decided that we should give him every possible chance and we did they worked really really hard. When it became clear that they weren’t going to be able to get him back to normal they were super compassionate and sat and cried with me. After everything was done they took the time to send a card that everybody had signed and left a little reminiscence about my cat in. That’s the kind of people they are I just can’t say enough good things about Madison Street.
Wow. Definitely one of the best veterinarian clinics I have been to. I had been struggling with my cat's GI issues for years and had seen several other vets for her condition. This visit was the first time I felt like the provider empathized with my concerns and wanted to explore all possible options for treatment. Dr. Krzmarzick asked me so many specific and detailed questions about my cat, and she thoroughly explained everything in a way that made me feel more informed and educated about my cat. The physical exam itself was the most thorough I have ever seen in a vet's office. She suggested new, simple treatment options that I had never been offered before by previous vets. Jacque, the great technician, showed me the estimate on her computer screen and went over everything line-by-line to make sure I understood everything I was paying for; it felt so refreshingly transparent and reinforced my confidence in the services I was buying from them. I am 100% impressed and I'm so happy that I came here. Your pet will definitely be in good hands here.
We have been searching for a permanent vet for our cat Patrick ever since the pandemic. However after today I’m happy to say that we finally found a vet hospital that we can settle down for. From the moment we stepped in the hospital, everything was clean and organized. Dr. Krzmarzick was very friendly and did a thorough new patient exam for our cat. Before we agreed to do the blood/urine work, they made sure we were ok with the pricing (Most vets wouldn’t tell us the pricing upfront). Not only that, within 3 days of visit Dr. made sure to call us and let us know about the results of blood/urine work. She was very clear and through in explaining our cat’s higher ProBNP and Kidney values and let us know what signs to look out for — some vet we visited in the past was not as prompt or thorough, or simply required follow-up on our end. I really appreciate her thoroughness and kindness! I can certainly trust her with my elder cat’s care! Thank you, Dr. Krzmarzick & Madison Street hospital!!!
I have to say I am blown away with this team. I moved out here a couple months ago and was referred to this hospital by a friend. Everyone greeted me and made me feel welcome when I had the initial visit. Shortly after moving here my dog injured himself at a dog park and they were able to get me in swiftly the following Monday and took care of my boy. Daiga, one of their doctors was so sweet and thorough, made sure that I understood he was going to be okay. The entire team is so nice and understanding when your in straight panic. 2 weeks later, my lemon of a dog, injured himself again and the Madison street team once again came to my rescue. Milo can be very stressed and has severe separation anxiety, but the last couple of times he has gone to the back with confidence and a tail wag. Thank you for everything you have done so far Madison street team, I hope I will not being seeing you for emergencies again for a long while, but look forward to seeing you again soon.
Moved back to my hometown Seattle last year, and recently rescued a cat, so I needed to find a full time vet. Before I got to that point, my cat exhibited a UTI. I was recommended to them by a local group on FB (as well as referencing Google maps and reviews), gave them a call explaining the situation and they got me in later that afternoon. Now, the bill was not a cheap date because this cat needed a LOT of tests, will need antibiotics and then another test as well, but I wouldn't expect it to be any cheaper than my vet in Tacoma. They really took care of her. They were direct, concise and let me read the lab reports from a previous vet (before I got her), showing me what some of the studies meant. I'm super happy with their work and they will be my veterinarian office for Akasha moving forward. Thanks, guys!
This was my first visit to this hospital. I took advantage of some new-patient offers and got an exam and dental cleaning and necessary extractions for my cat. I got an appointment right away. Everyone was friendly; the clinic is clean and organized. The doctor was good at explaining everything and was friendly. My cat has her included follow-up visit yet to come. However, thus far, she is doing great, and the dental appears to have gone very well. The hospital is pretty new to the neighborhood (and very convenient for us!). I hope lots of people learn about it and take their pets there. I very much hope the hospital becomes a well-established service for the surrounding neighborhoods. I highly recommend this hospital. It is a great asset to the neighborhood!
I just established care at Madison Street Animal Hospital for my 2yr old rescue pup, Daisy. We were contacted quickly and scheduled about a week out from when I submitted the online appointment request. Daisy tends to be anxious when meeting new people - Dr. Daiga and vet assistant Sierra both got on the floor with Daisy, gave her love and treats while answering my questions and providing clear insights into her wellness. They walked me through the breakdown of costs before vaccinations and tests were administered. From reception through the exam and checkout, everyone was very professional and kind. I received a very thorough "report card" same day and lab results next day. I look forward to taking Daisy to this location for all of her health needs!
If you are looking for brains AND beauty in your veterinarian search, look no further! Dr. Ken Zebrowski checks all of my boxes. I have 2 senior Shichons, 1 of whom has been experiencing seizures. Before switching from Mercer Street Vet Clinic to here, no one could figure out which meds would work. Dr. Z ran some blood tests and quickly identified the solution. Peas is doing much better, which means everyone in our family is doing much better, too. Thanks to the staff here who goes above and beyond with pharmaceutical requests, getting you and yours checked in and quickly assigned a room. You All Make a Difference, Thank You!
Everyone at Madison Street has been absolutely wonderful. They clearly care for their patients and are excellent about following up and communicating what is going on with your pet. Dr. Daiga Rozensteine has gone above and beyond for us on many occasions, even calling us on her days off to check on our 14 year old puggle RouKae. She is extremely thorough and provides detailed explanations on diet and medications making you feel prepared and knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer all your questions and truly cares for your pet and their wellbeing. Thank you for everything Dr Diaga, we couldn't ask for a better vet!
Horrible customer service. I explained that my normal vet care office was closed for the long weekend, but I was seeking assistance with my cat Apollo. I gave a detailed description of the problem, what medication they’d previously been prescribed, and asked for alternative suggestions. They refused to give me any alternative treatment suggestions and interrupted me multiple times to tell me that they could not help me. I fully acknowledge that vet staff are busy and overworked, and so appreciate their service. All I ask is that you don’t be rude and dismissive to a person who is calling you for help with their pet.
I have a ton of anxiety bringing my dog into the vet and therefore I basically never do. However after a recent puking spree I decided I needed to take my dog into the vet to be checked out. The staff was really kind and nice to me and my dog (who is scared because he never goes to the vet). They didn't judge me for the frequency that I take my dog to the vet and they all seemed very genuine about wanting the best health for my dog. The follow up was quick with results and I will for sure be back here for annual visits as well as any emergency needs. Thank you!!
Our experience with Madison Street Animal Hospital has been stellar! With a recent move, we were in need of a new vet -- and our 15-year old Minpin-Chihuahua mix, Oliver, needed prompt attention for what turned out to be an infection. The systematic approach to heal him was outstanding -- and the genuine care and attention that Dr. Daiga, Alex and all the staff showed every single time is so appreciated. They took the time to explain things (medical, financial, etc), answer our questions and engage with Oliver with such kindness and respect. Thank you, all!
I adopted a cat that wasn’t being cared for properly, she was very itchy and uncomfortable from fleas & bumps on her skin, I took her in to see Dr. Angela the next day, they were very kind and patient towards me and my pet, answered all our questions. My cat was prescribed antibiotics after a flea treatment, within days she was noticeably improving and the all the bumps on her skin went away. My cat is much happier and healthier now thanks to everyone at Madison street animal hospital. Thank you so much!!!
We’ve been taking our dog to Madison Street since day 1 with her puppy vaccines and wellness check, until recently with her spay procedure as well! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, takes the time to answer all the questions that a nervous owner could possibly have. They always send you a reminder before an appointment and a follow up email afterwards, which I appreciate a lot. Thank you Dr. Goldthwaite and the rest of the amazing staff for taking such a good care of Danni! :)
We LOVE Madison Street Animal Hospital! We had been taking our dog to another vet, but since finding Madison Street, they are clearly our preferred vet of choice! Everyone there is caring, attentive, professional and friendly. Their clarity and standards of communication are beyond stellar! I rest easier knowing our dog is getting excellent care in his declining years. If your pet needs medical attention, DO NOT HESITATE ! Call for an appointment now! I highly recommend Madison Street Animal Hospital.
Amazing Vet, amazing service, and we’ve always been able to get an appointment very quickly. They are not trying to nickel and dime you and they give you a detailed estimated before performing any service. I have always been able to pick up my dog’s meds same day if needed urgently, and they even helped me find them for a lower cost on Chewy. We go to the Vet several times a year for the past 10-15 years and this has been our best experience in Seattle by far. I’m very grateful we found this Clinic.
This place is perfect! I brought my 10 week pup here for his vaccines and a general check up and they were so welcoming! The Dr. and Vet Assistant/Nurse. Were so kind, even my puppy Hulk loved them. Made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Answered all of our questions and over was an amazing experience. Will definitely continue to bring my pup here. I feel confident enough to know my puppy will be in good hands. The receptionist was super kind as well! Loved the environment! Thank you!
My husband and I have only had wonderful experiences with Madison St Animal Hospital. They are always quick to get back to me with any concerns about my dog’s health, from the time he was a puppy through adolescence. Dr. Daiga (who we usually see) is so kind and Arlo is excited to come in every time. I also appreciate that the techs go over all treatment costs line by line and discuss all options before you agree to a treatment so there are no surprises on the vet bill.
We've been going to Madison Street Animal hospital for many years. They treat our kitty's with love and affection, are gentle and caring. The whole staff are amazing and you can tell they love what they're doing. Dr. Goldthwaite goes out of her way to make you comfortable and helps you to make the best decisions for you pet. Many thanks to all the amazing staff at Madison Street Animal hospital, we so appreciate you and all you do! Kathy, James, Rex, Zoe, and Jaz
Madison Street Animal Hospital has been fantastic for my golden retriever, they're incredibly helpful and willing to answer every single question I think of. They're also super helpful over the phone. Front desk is very kind and friendly. They've made the vet's office my dog's favorite place and they treat my golden retriever like a queen. I feel completely safe leaving her in their competent and capable hands - not only are they good vets they're great people.
We feel so lucky to have found Madison Street Animal Hospital! We've never had a problem making an appointment for our two kitties when we've needed one. When we call in with questions and concerns, Dr. Daiga is super generous and takes as much time as necessary to trouble shoot and talk us through possible solutions. Everyone is so kind when we bring them in - the vet techs are excellent and the front staff is knowledgeable. We couldn't recommend MSAH more!
I’ve been taking my elderly cat here for a few years and can’t imagine her going anywhere else! The staff is kind, patient with her when she gets ornery, and takes great care of her each and every visit. From routine checkups and blood work to getting her teeth pulled and echocardiograms, they handle every situation with professionalism and a wealth of knowledge. The veterinarians here are amazing and I trust all of them to do the best by my cat.
I’ve been taking my 7 month old pup here since he was 10 weeks old and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vet techs are extremely kind and patient. My little guy gets super excited when he sees his favorite tech. He always greets her with kisses. They truly care about your pets here and that you’re getting affordable care. They will even price match if you’re able to find medications elsewhere for cheaper. I highly recommend them.
Just went to Madison Street Animal Hospital for my kitten and had a wonderful appointment. The vet tech and vet were both very friendly and informative. It was a wonderful visit! After my appointment, they sent me over a clear "report card" with all the information explained during the visit, clear instructions on medication, suggestions for other items, and plenty of pet resources. Very pleased with the experience, I highly recommend!
Ever since my wife and I moved to Seattle this has been the veterinarian we have taken our cats to. Although it is a little more than what we were used to, the knowledge, compassion, and empathy shown during visits more than makes up for it. Dr. Daiga really gets to know your pets and treats them as if they were hers. You can tell she has a passion for this. All the staff we have interacted with have been nothing short of amazing.
My dog and I love Madison Street Animal Hospital. Dr. Bonnie Goldthwaite is amazing and really knows her stuff. They always make time for you and your pet. They are also really good at getting you in quickly. They are also open Saturday and Sundays which is amazing. I love that it is a hospital too so they are equipped to handle emergencies when they come up. Pricing is reasonable. Thanks for taking such good care of Roo!
I have been bringing my dog, a small Chihuahua mix, here for a couple years now for regular checkups, dental cleaning, and for help with managing her anxiety. I am very happy with Dr. Goldthwaite and the team at Madison Street because they take the time to understand my concerns and are great at communicating recommendations and different treatment options. I feel like my little girl is very well taken care of here!
Our cats have been patients here for years. Just visited today for annual exams and everyone on the team is friendly and helpful starting with the front desk staff. Our vet tech Michael and Dr. Zebrowski were so compassionate and attentive with our two cats. Not only is Madison Street Animal Hospital a convenient neighborhood location, but the care is great and we always feel like our cats are in good hands.
I switched to Madison St Animal Hospital after terrible experiences at Urban Animal. I couldn't be happier. Support staff are extremely responsive to phone calls or emails. The vet techs are great with my nervous senior dog. Dr Goldthwaite has been the primary vet for my dog and she has been very thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate during all of our visits. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
I've taken my cat here twice and each visit I've had a good experience. The vet and techs did a very thorough job and made sure I was informed of all the procedures/medications they were going to do. They show you the price of everything before they do it so it is not a surprise when you get to check out. I will keep taking my cat here and would recommend it to others!
Everyone here has been so nice and friendly. The vet is honest about what kinds of food I can give my cats and I never feel like she’s trying to upsell me. Haven’t had any emergencies yet but I’m always happy with how quickly I can get general checkup appointments here. The vet and vet techs are always kind to my cats especially when they’re nervous and trying to hide.
I adore Madison Street Animal Hospital. I love taking my dog there. The techs are so sweet with her and the vet always explains everything so well. Scheduling appointments is always easy, and they are very good at communicating. They even check up on me to see how my dog is doing after appointments. Everyone there loves animals, you can tell!
We took my senior cat, Carl, in for a check-up, blood work, etc. Sierra and Dr. Zebrowski made us feel comfortable and truly cared about our concerns. They made sure we understood any information shared and were eager to answer any questions we had. Thank you, everyone at Madison Street Animal Hospital! We look forward to our next visit.
I very rarely leave reviews but this warrants it! I took my anxious, high energy, injury prone rescue to another vet for about a year before we moved and established care here. The difference was astonishing! They’re transparent about what they’re doing, what it costs, and they’re wonderful with my very unique dog. 5+ stars. Thank you!!
Madison Street Animal Hospital is incredible! Each and every employee I’ve interacted with is so kind, compassionate and genuine. You can really feel the care they have for all animals and customer service. They’re very detailed during exams, follow ups and are very transparent with costs upfront. So happy to call them our family vet!
I live in the area & visit for my senior cat care. As you can imagine it was not cheap. Sierra was amazing! She was kind, gentle, patient, even though it was busy, & understanding. I had financial concerns & she put me at ease with her explanations, creativity, & knowledge. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant & helpful.
Extremely kind and sweet. They were so patient with my first time dog and I. I’m so grateful! Jac (so sorry if spelled wrong) was amazing. They were very set on making this a good experience for Cowboy and in tune with his anxiety signs. Appreciative of this clinic and they lovely people who work here Thank you!! …
Simply excellent service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff; my cat Oliver loved Dr. Krzmarzick. He was super relaxed and just having a good time. Oli got a very thorough examination; they took their time, and it shows that they really care about our pets. Overall, it was a great experience.
The staff here is extremely nice and are always very helpful. I feel Ike the vet has been my second home recently and they are always able to make time to see my cats or puppy when something is wrong. I recently moved further away but think the longer drive is well worth it for this vet :)
my experience has been 8 months of fixing, vaccination, a bout of eye infection, and advice on two kittens. easy, tech-savvy scheduling / on-demand questions. great reception and arrival. quickest in-and-out i can imagine for the level of rigor. best in town as far as i can tell.
Just took my new puppy there today. Had some concerns that the vet took extra time going over. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. As of now, I would trust the team there to care for all my pets. Thanks, Dr. Rozensteine and her team today.
Great Vet! We keep bringing our two dogs to Madison, even after we moved to West Seattle. Great hours (open evenings and weekends). Up front about pricing, so no surprises. Friendly staff follows up after every appointment. They seem to really care about their patients.
We love Madison Street Animal Hospital. They’ve been taking care of my sweet Hera for a few years now. As she gets older they’ve been patient with our questions. Everyone is always so sweet with our pup even when she’s extra wiggly and doesn’t want to be touched …
We have a challenging dog and the professionals here are very understanding and helpful. Sierra and Dr. Z were terrific today as their patient experience (including us humans!) was very professional, caring and emphatic. Thank you to the team for caring for all of us!
I've been going here for years, and every week for the last year for my cat's treatment, and the staff is consistently great. They are so wonderfully accommodating with last minute changes and fitting in needed appointments. They really go above and beyond!
I can’t say enough great things about Madison Street Animal Hospital & Dr. Angie Krzmarzick. Our dog experienced what turned out to be an arthritic flare up while we were out of town that was pretty scary. We had to return back to Seattle
I'm SO GLAD I found this vet clinic! We've taken our cat Samson here a couple of times, and every time, we were seen immediately after arriving. No waits, and when other clients show up, the staff is happy to assist them while we're still
I've been taking Max to Madison Street for over 5 years--since he was just a puppy. He's always gotten the best of care! One night Max cracked a nail badly and Dr Daiga & Sierra stayed late to take care of it. Sierra even helped carry our
After we adopted our dog Marvin from PAWS we promptly took him to the Madison Street Animal Hospital to have a proper once over and update on shots. I was able to quickly secure a same day appointment. The service was exceptional. I found
I decided to try madison street animal hospital because they were running a dental cleaning special. I had a great experience all around. The hospitals hours are amazing. It was very easy to make an appointment and the receptionists was
I originally began bringing my cat to Madison Street because it was the closest vet office, but continue to go there even after I've moved because their staff is always very friendly, both to me and my cat, they are very upfront about
I have had 4 senior cats under their care for the past 6+ years. They have been so helpful in helping them with their health issues and, eventually, when the time was right, in crossing the rainbow bridge. Dr. Goldthwaite and Dr.
We drive 30 min to see Drs Goldthwaite and Diaga. These 2 compassionate ladies have an amazing way with my 3 dogs. The rest of the staff is polite, caring and professional. You can really tell that everyone loves what they do!
I always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Daiga and her team. They are great with my kitten, always reliable, provided detailed explanations, and are always available to help via text and in person. Highly recommended!
The staffs here are wonderful. Always patient and helpful. My dog used to resist to go to the vet but now coming here it's like a treat for him. I bet he knows Dr. Daiga taking good care of him!
Super friendly! We take our mini dachshund here for all of our vet needs, and we have always been satisfied with the quality of service for both our pup and as a pup mom. 10 out of 10 recommend
Best vet ever! The whole staff is so kind and they have the cutest sign where they write all of the patients names for the day (next to their polaroid wall!). Can’t recommend enough!
WOW! They got me in and seen in no time. The service was extremely friendly and great. You can tell they all care. I'm so glad to take a chance on them. We found our new local vet.
Came here for my dog's wellness since 3 years ago. Staffs are very friendly & communicating well. The vet assistant Michael has been very helpful. Vet are always professional.
I think this is Veterinary clinic in Seattle and beyond! The clinic is always so clean and the staff are friendly, understanding, and are genuinely happy to see my dog, Gia!
Consistently great, to the point we dropped our Tacoma vet shortly after moving and opted to keep taking the dogs to Seattle for the improved care. Worth the trip.
First off, the front office staff and vet techs are great, very nice and compassionate. The veterinary care… not so great, unfortunately.
I can’t recommend them enough. The staff takes wonderful care of my pets and really takes their time to talk to me about my concerns.
The Staff and Dr. Daiga was so friendly and the service was great! We highly recommend this place! Even our dog Ozzie loves them!!
Great place to take my pup for care. We’ve been with them since we moved to Seattle and they’ve been nothing but wonderful!
I have a super anxious 85 lbs big boy and they always do such a good job calming him down and attending to him!
Very friendly staff! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a Vet.
