As a satisfied customer with my previous vehicle results, I had no hesitation in taking my current car to the NORTHGATE GLENORCHY, Tasmania branch. Not being an expert in car paint finishes and cleaning techniques I was again happy to be guided by the recommendations of Manni as to what was suitable and necessary for my car. The end result has exceeded my expectations and I’m very happy with the exceptional shine and protection that the exterior has. Where I have to park during the day is susceptible to bird droppings and they are now just wiping off easily due to the smooth finish. The leather seats after treatment, are smooth and nourished and appear as new condition. In fact, the whole interior and exterior after cleaning now generally gives the appearance as a new vehicle despite it being 17 years old. I’ll be returning for future treatments to maintain that special look and feel. Leather treatment: Engine Bay: Clay: Wax/polish: Express detail.

I live in rural Tasmania: dirt roads, heavy clay. I’ve had bags of concrete and bales of hay in my backseat in the past few weeks, and I always spill my morning cup of tea as I bounce down the rough-as-guts driveway. I tell you this so you understand the state my old ute was in before it was detailed by Magic Hand Car Wash at Northgate, and so you fully appreciate it when I say they did a MAGNIFICENT job. Carpets & upholstery steamed; all evidence of gravel, dust & hay gone; vinyl polished to perfection. The job was done quicker than quoted, and at a very reasonable price. Needless to say: I’m not allowed to bring my tea in the car anymore! Highly recommend.

Went for inside and outside clean. Was immediately fed lines about how the basics clean wouldn't be good enough and tried to up-sell me. When finished the vehicle was cleaner, but they didn't clean the roof at all. They sprayed so much air freshener in the vehicle it is now horrible to be inside it without the windows being open and the vehicle moving to get airflow. 3 days later and I'm still getting choked out by the ridiculously strong air fresher they sprayed. Would not use again. Would not recommend.

Awful experience. Pushing me to get the premium package and said you won’t be disappointed. Hence I Paid $149 for premium cleaning including interior and exterior and it is NOT clean! When I went to get my car could still see dirt on the outside and the staff wiped it off for me after pointing out . Couldn’t be bother pointing out the car interior. Dust still on the odometer and marks on the window.

I use these guys to give my Jeep a mini detail. They really do a great job. They take excellent care of my vehicle and it is ready on time to collect. They go out of their way to ensure that you are happy and will explain anything that you may need to ask. I am very happy the recommend Magic Hand Carwash at Northgate Glenorchy. I've never had my car professionally cleaned before but it was my birthday and I was going away for the weekend. I was really impressed with the work they did - so much better than when I do it. My car was ready when they said it would be and they were lovely to deal with. You may need to speak with them in person to book in but it's really worth it - highly recommend :D

We had done interior service here but the job was not done properly even after making second trip to fix the same problem. The first time they did not touch the trunk. So we had to take the car again the next day. Second time they handed over the car as it is. Very poor service. They don’t understand simple instructions. We will not come back again.

Staff excellent had my Ute booked in for a polish lost the polisher after waiting for hours to be let down . Today my SUV windows missed and dash cluster drivers missed still very dusty had to clean myself when I got home. Normally A+ but recently waste of time and money. Very nice gentleman who booked my car in and gave me a quote which I accepted . I live rurally so my vehicle was very dirty and dusty, inside and out. When we returned we found a completely new car !! Spotless and very shiny like new ! We are thrilled to bits and happy to recommend this business.

The blokes at magic car wash Northgate detailed my Ba Falcon Ute and I couldn't be more than happy with the end result! They smashed it out within an hour while I had a few things to do around North gate and couldn’t be more than impressed at their attention to detail! Great job guys!

Usually I am a regular customer with 4 vechiles went there today just for a wash and the guy there kept pushing me for 129$ job I told him about 6 times I only wanted a wash $80 but he kept pushing the 129$ job so I left and doubt if I’ll ever return very dissatisfied

Extremely poor service paid for superior wash the guy told me it will take 45 mins to complete and will text once finished but he texted after 15 mins that its done and it was very poor service.No dusting was done amd marks were also there. Wasted time and money both

Terrible staff, always over charge. Whenever i come, they always charge price different with the price in wall. They keep talking and try to get price from you. Didnot give us time to react and never explain what is include in the price. They charge Cash.

The car was nice and clean but they did something to the dash that made it all foggy, partially obscuring the speedo. I tried to wipe it off myself but it won't come off so whatever they sprayed on there has permanently marked the clear plastic.

Very busy staffs. Had to go 2nd time for the same work (interior detailing). That too with lot of struggle. Left the the trunk as it was. Carpets as it was. No polishing in the back end. Service not worth for the price.

Dropped my car off to be cleaned. It was pretty filthy because it hadn't been washed in a while. I was super impressed with the clean. You would almost think it had been detailed. Will definitely be going back.

Bad experience, I get $10 voucher and want to do general car wash which is $49 and total is $39 with voucher. They said can not do this with $39, because car is dirty. Amazing!!! Why I go to wash car!
