Incredible Car Care Service! I recently took my beloved 2004 Nissan XTrail to Two Step Detailing, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! They truly went above and beyond to make my car shine like new again. José and Hudson skilfully restored the paintwork, eliminating any signs of dullness, restoring damaged painting, and even tackling the rust on the tyres and back. The interior was impeccably vacuumed and cleaned, leaving it spotless and fresh. What truly impressed me was the attention they gave to the motor. If you are after professional high quality showroom results these guys were on the money, friendly, great in providing advice and service around the detailing from start to finish everything from a general detail to a tricky clean for a seat that needed restoring from a spillage and smell, it was in bad shape and the restore came up like brand new , which of course I was stoked with because when I left it with them it was like a herd of cattle had been through it and they also let me know what steps were involved in getting it looking great again. Booked it in online , so easy for me and they mentioned to me when I dropped it off that they4 pick up and deliver in my area and next time i will definitely take advantage of this service, so would be worth checking out where they cover. I will book the beemer in with them on the full package. What a great experience, Don't go anywhere else. Great value

I had to find someone to help me with an oat milk spill on my car seat. After not hearing back from a few car detailers, Jose from Two Step Detailing called me right back, reassuring me he could help. I have lots of experience either being spoken to like I'm an idiot or overwhelmed with jargon, but Jose explained exactly what needed to be done in a way that showed he has serious expertise, but that I understood as a non-expert. He gave me confidence that they would fix the problem. He and Hudson got the job done in a few hours for a reasonable price. It was such a relief to know the seat wouldn't stink in a few weeks! Jose and Hudson were kind, professional and take great pride in their work. I'm a happy customer!

I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars! My car was a disgrace, we have a very fluffy dog who loves swimming and shaking in the car so there was A LOT of dog hair, mud, slobber and salt water to deal with. These guys literally made my car look unrecognisable! Really easy to deal with in terms of booking, drop off, pick-up and comms during the cleaning as well. Would highly recommend and will definitly be using these guys for all our vehicles in the future. 11/10

Thier customer service was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive and made the entire process so easy.
