Paid $23.99 to basically clean my own car. Worst car wash ever. Guess it was close to quitting time for the workers because they were sitting around when I arrived at 5:40 on a Monday evening. The attendant offered exterior wash for $10. I declined his offer because I needed a full wash service. He removed the mats to clean separately. I waited at the end for my car to go thru the automatic wash. Well after the car was sent thru the automatic wash the rims were still a little dirty. (Ok so you missed a spot) However the windows still had finger prints from spending time with the God kids and cup holder still had coffee spill doors still dirty. Basically no interior cleaning took place. I kept pointing out the dirty areas of the car (since English was a first language here in Brooklyn NY. The manager tried to reassure me that his guys would take care of it. Smh Finally I got my own rag out and started to help. I could have gone to self serve. Ugh. Never again will I go to this car wash.

I am writing this as they are cleaning my car. My car did start off very dirty then again that's the point of a car was. I paid 34.99 for the supreme which is suppose to clean both inside and out. The outside cleaning job gets a 8.5 out of 10. The inside cleaning gets a 7 out of ten. So you ask why only 1 star well, as others explain the car came out with starches that weren't there and they don't do all the soaps and conditioning they advertise. The tires didn't get anything on them. And they use a portable commercial vac for internal cleaning. They clearly did not soap the mats and left the engine running the entire time. Overall very unimpressed.

One of the worst car wash I have taken my car to, 1 long line to get in. 2 they use extremely hard brushes made out of cheap plastic that will leave minor scratches on you car. 3 the guys washing the car are not paying attention. Washing they car with the brushes running dry and washing your nasty tires then using the same brush on the rest of the car with out dipping the dirty dry brush in water. On top of that they hit your car with the wooden part of the brush a lot. 4 their machine doesn’t get the soap out at the end . You end up with a clean car with soap marks and scratches. Not worth to pay cheap to get your car damaged an poorly washed.

Theyre lucky i cant give them negative stars. Never been to a more dry car wash in my life. When I say dry, I'm referring to there being no damn soap, wax, NOTHING to wash the car. Just straight water. Even though they have that dunkin donuts in there and upgraded to a BP.... the car wash still sucks. Smfh. Next time I'll go to my regular spot. I used to come her and it was always the issue I had with them. For as much as you pay ($15.00) for wash, vacuum and armorall.... at least wash your customers cars properly. I would never wasted my time and money here again.

Before the automatic drive through car wash they violently slapped my car with hard mops, even after I firmly asked them not to. Left several scratches all over the back of my brand new car that I only came in for a maintenance wash for. I would never get a car wash here again. Spent $10 and tipped $5, got a bunch of scratches as a result. Don't take your car here if it's important to you, because it's not important to this business. As other reviews have noted, scratches are a consistent problem. They should not be in business.

A decent car wash that's easily accessible to my East Flatbush residence. Their lowest tier option, the "deluxe" wash - which only consists of wash, vacuum and armor all tires - is $15. I'm a lifelong pedestrian in NYC and only starred maintaining a car this year, so I'm slowly learning the price of doing so. However I've seen cheaper washes around Brooklyn. This wash gets a "middle-of-the-pack" rating. Not great, but not terrible. Average.

My wife had the worst experience at this car wash. When she brought her car into be washed, they stole her car mats and maintain they don't know what happened to them. One thing is for sure, we won't be going back to this car wash, they should be ashamed of themselves. Never go to this car wash if you want to keep the items in your car!!!!!!

DO not go here!!!, my car has 10 scratches all in the same area, it was not there prior to wash, the car is still dirty, I have to calm down before I go in there and lose, I am going to fight them to get this fixed, because this is unacceptable.

The guys at Magic Touch car wash were so nice. They were detailed professional and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for a quality car wash service packed with all professional staffing then look no further.

You get a pretty good wash for 17.99. For the more detailed washes you have to stand over them. They try and zoom through so they can sit and chill between washes.

Disappointed with the service. Vacuuming after the car wash was confusing and the inside of my car wasn't cleaned as it should've been. I won't be going back

Pure rip offs. The inside of your car will be as dirty as you gave it to them when they are done and they charge twice as much than all other car washes

Paid for package , after they took my money "manger" informs me some of the advertised services are not available. Trouble service. Do not recommend

If you have an older model car dont go here. I took my 1997 ford expidition to be washed they left half the dirt n soap on it.

These people vacuum your car without moving the math and they don't why the interior of your car even though you pay for it

I don't have a car so I have no opinion on their detailing but they have a Brand new Dunkin Donuts inside and I love it
