The employees working were very courteous and friendly. The downfall comes from a battery replacement. Brought in a watch to replace the battery on it, and was told to come back an hour later because there was an internal piece falling off during assembly and a jeweler was necessary to fix it. After i came back, three of the arms on the face of the watch were free-floating inside the case. If they lived up to their mistake and straight up told me it would've been great and I would have left it to give them a chance to fix it, instead they went the offensive route and told me that the watch was like this before. It wasnt, and unfortunately i was not willing to leave the watch again.

I went in to have a battery replaced in a Timex Indiglo watch. I was initially told the cost would be $20 and if I paid in cash they would not charge me tax. I said I would pay cash. After the battery was replaced, I was told it would be $25. I said no, that was too much. Then the gentleman that stood next to me the entire time I was there said the battery was expensive, but he would go ahead and take the $20 this time. I was not given a receipt, nor did I ask for one because I just wanted to get out of there. I have my own assumption as to why I had this experience, but I won’t say. I will never go back again. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

This small "gem" of a jeweler (no pun intended) is an absolute find in a time of a dearth of jewelers who know their customers and craft. They were courteous, efficient, and friendly. So much so, that I enjoyed just talking with them after their work for me.Cris Carbajal said hes been in the business for 20 years. "It's a family thing," he said. They put a new a battery in my watch for $5.00, saving me the time of scratching up my watch with a pocket knife. First rate people. I highly recommend Beverly Morgan Park neighbors to give the Carbajals our business.

My first time visiting Majestic Jewelers and I'm happy to say it won't be my last! I had several watches that need batteries and the customer service I received was top notch! It appears to be family owned and run (two ladies and one gentleman) and they could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly/, helpful and courteous! My watches were all repaired on the spot at a reasonable price! If you need watch repair I would highly recommend Majestic Jewelers!

The entire staff was attentive and helpful, especially Alex! He made some great jeweler recommendations; helped my friend find the best gold chain, to his likings; and even, was gracious enough, to clean my Diamond ring, for free! Majestic has great high quality Jewelry! I've been buying white and yellow gold from here and love their diamonds. The Jewelers there gives great deals on their jewelry diamonds gold grills even makes special customs orders repairs and etc! Nothing but blessings to Majestic Jewelers. I'm so greatful I've found the right jewelers that takes pride in their work and really appreciate their customers.

The staff here are very friendly and professional. They do their work in house wgich is a plus. I had engraving and repairs done and will probably never go anywhere else for these services. Their selection of jewelry makes it hard not to spend money. Best neighborhood jewelers hands down

The customer service was great, but I paid 2k for a present for someone & they have had to take it back 5 times now. It was rose gold & it keeps fading as if it was originally silver. Diamonds have fell out. This was the worst experience I’ve had w/ a jewelry store.

I lost the diamond in my engagement ring for third time. I took it to Majestic. He replaced the diamond, rebuilt the setting (My ring is 34 years old) and repaired the ring in under 2 hours! I got my ring back looking brand new the same day!! Love this business!!
