I go here to prepare for my entrance exams..I always prefer quiet room to study..But kids from school come there into quiet room and talk loudly, laugh unnecessarily.. I felt like they are kind of bullies.. A person asked them to keep quiet...But the kids gang started to mock that person in library Everyone saw this..but no one is bothered.. I don't recommend for anyone who is preparing seriously for any competitive exams.. Disgusting behavior of kids here..and no one is there here to teach them how to behave in a library..

This place has it all,The computers,The reading centre,The varity of books,A website to keep track of books on hold and more,Nice staff and its a welcoming area.Once I take swimming classes I go get myself a book which is very nice. Although the libary can be busy on weekends,and a little noisy its still great.There has to be some noise with lots of people. So that is what I think about this libary.

Very small library studying space. VERY noisy. Kids from highschool come and have zero respect for where they are. They consider it am after school hang out place. Malton really needs to invest in a bigger space. Maybe add a second floor and actually hire security that does their job to keep noise level down so people can study.

Excellent library, clean and well organized. Staffs are very helpful. I always take my daughter here after school. We borrowed books, dvd's & I used the Internet here too. As well there's a lot of activities in this community like swimming, gym, sports and a lot more... it's very convenient this Community Center.

It’s a good library with all the required convenience. People do complain about children and noise, I know for sure that you guys were saints and angels as children, and here we have children who are just being children. Plug in the headphones and you got yourself a nice library.

Library means a place where you can study and relax but this is the worst library i have ever seen in my life. People play songs on their cell phones and kids make terrible sounds like they are in a public park the staff don't know how to control library..........

Not a library but a picnic space No one in staff helps maintain the silence. You can sing loudly, Play music or do whatever u want apart from studying Congrats to staff for maintaining such thing. I can see other comments related to noise but no action till now

Small but Lively place There are few Punjabi language books, bring more ! Staff is good, but there are always loud noises and the staff is too polite (which is a good gesture though) to control that, and also the silent reading rooms are always booked.

I have been here for a while, quite space, kids can play, read books, play in the computer. The teen has safe space for computer and study together. It is in inside Malton Community Center. I recommend it if you need wi-fi, computers, printer, scanning.

It's Actually good I went there today to prepare for my banking exam and sat with my books for 4 hour's in study quiet zone. Drawbacks :- 1) Children disturbing and playing around in library 2) Lots of noise pollution 3) limited range of books

Library assistant was very rude and unprofessional. She almost made me cry. I would like to report to someone for this unpleasant assistance. I don't want her to get in trouble but I wan atleast her to understand how people are feeling with her service.

I mean it's a good library with computers, wifi, charging stations and books obviously, but when school is in this places needs security because the highschool kids mob this place and get into fights, and constantly scream, very hard to concentrate.

Fast presto fillings, small library with bad librarians. Loud library usually. The only place to swim in Malton. Great basketball court with limited Basketball being played on it. Neighborhood services ain't helping nobody.

This library have lots of books and print facilities but staff is very rude and I asked my to staff for help me for printing but no one help me and the young lady have no Manners and no knowledge how deal with customers

A bit lacking when it comes to choices of books but has a good system so you can have books be transferred over from other libraries here. There is now a 3d printer here which is an addition which came after covid.

Even though I was sitting in a quiet area , there were students in the common area joking , talking loud, saying profanities. Couldn't concentrate even for 5 minutes. No staff took initiative in stopping chaos.

A lady who works at the front counter during the mornings (wears a headgear and happens to be black) was extrememly rude and unprofessional. She has very little idea of how to do customer service.

Very big facility. Friendly staff. Lots of books lol. Open areas, Desk, Computer stations, Children's corner, Adult areas. All computer access to Internet and printing services are available.

Staff is very helpful. Library has good and variety of book collection. They have interesting activities to keep you busy. But kids here make noise, so you really do not have quiteness here.

Very very unprofessional, even though our friends wanted to pay they didn't take the payment for us..however there were other who had paid for their friends who never even showed up..

Library is vast, well maintained and has a good collection of books. The only downside is the presence of noisy teenagers which nowadays are controlled properly by the new staff.

Nice place to be....though small. The library has a very courteous and supportive staff. Of course some solution needs to be found for the noise created by school students.

It would be more helpful if they increase hours at least till 10 pm. It is nearby my house so it would be really helpful if this review gonna make any change. Thank you

Unfortunately, this library is located in a bad area. It's right next to a thug life "high school." The kids who come from there obviously have no respect for anything.

Library is good. Staff is nice. Has all the facilities. But, its always noisy, people chit chat in the library which is really distracting. Need to be improved.

Great place.Have a 3D modelling machine too.Great staff. Library conducts so many workshops....Yoga , meditation,story telling.Librarian is avery positive lady.

Very noisy because higschool kids come make this place into a market...HIRE A SECURITY! Also INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. PLZ USE OUR TAXES TO BENEFIT US!

One of the worst libraries. They don't even have a colored printer. Not very well structured, also, small. Staff is bit rude most of the time.

Great place to go for swimming. New swimming pool is an excellent addition to Malton community center, very clean & nice layout.

Library small, limited selection, loud bring headphones if your studying. They need to upgrade their furniture and tables.

Always a great place to grab books, find a calm spot for studying or just to drown out the noise.

During the day, it's really well kept and offers lots to do. Internet is free and very fast.
