"Pandesal was hot fresh and tasted good even when I got it in the afternoon"
"the cashier/tindera is very rude"
"A good place to visit for fresh breads and a variety of Filipino products or Asian should I say"
"Few but nice selection of pinoy delicacies"
"I’ve been gifted their breads a few times and they are absolutely amazing! Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I haven’t been there in person myself to purchase yet and I have no personal experience of the actual bakery/staff"
Pandesal was hot fresh and tasted good even when I got it in the afternoon. Was really looking forward to enjoy the Spanish bread and pan de coco that I also bought but unfortunately both the items didn’t live up to the expectation and taste was disappointing. Would explore some other place for Spanish bread and pan de coco
the cashier/tindera is very rude. you should mind your attitude. you dont give a tone to a customer, what? you think your better than everyone else? i dont recomend this place at all. you dont even deserve a star, no star suites u. get a new cashier/tindera that knows how to treat customers better.
A good place to visit for fresh breads and a variety of Filipino products or Asian should I say. The place definitely needs to improve with customer service. I cannot confirm the reason behind the customer service but it could be the lack of the customers as well. I recommend this place. More
Few but nice selection of pinoy delicacies. Delicious sweets and pastries. Store too tight and a bit pricey. Parking is impossible on weekends. Customer service needs improvement. Yung lalaking cashier parang gusto nyang umalis ka na imbes bibili.... I'd rather buy my pandesal in groceries.
I’ve been gifted their breads a few times and they are absolutely amazing! Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I haven’t been there in person myself to purchase yet and I have no personal experience of the actual bakery/staff. But from what I’ve eaten, I definitely give the food a 5.
I hope the owner can read this. This is not to criticize any of you but to help you if you are willing to improve your customer service. Give a smile at least to your customers and treat them nicely as if you want them to come back and buy more of your products. I like your pandesal.
This pandesal is amazing especially when you get them straight out of the oven. I usually come every Saturday and Sunday morning and there is a line up for fresh pandesal. Just the walking up to the store you can smell the fresh buns, it reminds me of home back in the Philippines.
The only bakery in the GTA where you can actually get authentic pandesal. Forget the other reviewers commenting on bad customer service- last time I checked, you just take your food and leave. It’s not an Apple Store it’s a bakery. This bakery makes some bomb buns.
My favorite is their empanadas. Chicken or mince pork, they are so delicious. If you passby when they just came put of the oven, OMG the pastry is light and the filling not dry or salty. Just on point yummy. If they have siopao, I order the chicken.
Pandesal is tasty, but the seller is rude. Short lady in her 40-50 age. Be careful to that lady, she will ruin your day if shes the one in the store. Zero service rate for the service, pleasepay attention the attitude problem of your store seller.
This place serves hot and delicious pandesal which i believe their best seller.. too bad that i wont be able to get it again coz im not coming back to this place.. the lady at the cashier was freakin rude. i hope the owner will do something
I picked up an order of Ube Ensaymada this past Saturday. This was actually the 2nd time I had ordered the this Ensaymada and also had an issue with the first order, but it was not as bad as this time so I chose to not complain which was a
Their pandesal is great BUT they seriously need to work on their customer service. We were trying to get assistance from one of the workers and they just completely ignored us and went to hide in the kitchen. Like let's be honest, here, if
I went here because of the famous hot bread, but as soon as I walked in, the robot behind the counter was yelling, "QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE SETTINGS NOT FOUND" and It looked like it was about to shoot lasers after it "rolled its eyes" on
I have been coming to these place since i moved to Mississauga in 2007, until recently I have had a bad experience with one of their staff, I noticed that whenever I go there, she always give me an attitude which I ignore most of the time
I ordered the party size ensaymada twice for parties but the middle of the bread was raw. I told the cashier about it when I ordered again but she said I’m the only one who complained. She didn’t apologize or offer a refund. I also bought
So the Google review about their cashier is true. Went today and I ask if they have hot pandesal. She said “malamig. Gusto mo?” With the at most rude way. I stay calmed and still bought my cravings. So much potential but they lack respect.
If anyone reading this think that rhe customer service had improved let me be the first to tell you its not, I've never experienced customer service like that in my life the crooked teeth middle ages woman running the cash will ruin your
I hope they can make pandesal tasty not just a hot dough. And if they can serve pandesal early not after 8:30am. They won't survive if they have this kind of service in bathurst and wilson. Competing with Harina bakery. Plus, they always
This place should improve their customer service. The lady at the cashier was rude and rolled her eyes at me. I even went with my friends so they can try filipino goods but they just witnessed her giving me attitude. Not gonna recommend
Came here today to get pandesal and they were really good and warm.. Although the staff really needs to work on their social skills.. A nice smile would go a long way.. We are all Filipinos and we are known for our hospitality so I am
Can I have one pandesal? Yayyyyyyyy .Much warm. Much affordable. Fills stomach. Breakfast right there. I don't know why you guys are complaining about the price haha all the food prices are going up these days but this is still cheap.
This review is a bit late...I hope this store had since, changed their business practice re: sell only fresh pre-ordered UBE cakes! I was happy to pay the price and expected to get what I paid for. It was a huge disappoinment! I was
Drove 40 minutes to get these yummy warm pandesal. Bought six dozens, few dozens went straight in the freezer. Lady in the counter was appreciative, very nice and attentive told us to come back again.. of course we will.
Like their baked goods, especially hot pandesal. Staff mostly friendly except for the one that is miserable. This makes my experience unpleasant in their store. Not good customer for customer relation.
Been here from years ago 20 plus years, until today. More choices of Filipino products, Pandesal, sweet and tasty bread is always great, quality remain very good and can buy fresh baked Pandesal too.
Manila Bakery is a great place to visit especially if you need Filipino grocery items - they almost have everything you can think of. Everyday and whole day they do have hot pandesal available.
Don't buy balut at Manila bakery in Dundas. We bought 10 balut but we got penoy instead and the eggs are brownish inside and dry. Not only too expensive but also disappointing!!!Never again !!
Manila Bakery always provides fresh and delicious baked goods! They also have a wide variety of Southeastern Asian snacks. My family has been going to them since before I was born!
The best bakery in the GTA to get all of your Filipino goodies! The pandesal and ensaymada are always fresh! Service is friendly and efficient, can't recommend this bakery enough!
I visited Manila Bakery today after a friend's recommendation and I am so happy I did! All my favourite Filipino childhood baked goods and snacks. Will definitely be back soon!
I love fresh pandesal! Grocery prices are reasonably competitive. Although they said “all day fresh pandesal” I came there at night and they said didn’t have any.
great little spot in Mississauga. Hot Pandesal available almost all times. lots of various Filipino grocery items available also... been going here since 2011
Just like in the sari sari store they open early. Good selection of Philippines goods. My lil man wanted stick-os and they have them
This is a great bakery! The Manila bakery is a wonderful place to buy bread and other local filipino
A wonderful and delicious Filipino bakery! Best pandesal in the GTA / Mississauga.
