So I tried Marcellina Pizzeria & Restaurant tonight absolutely terrible , when they handed me the box I thought it was a joke as this Parmi was alot more expensive than any other place I go to unfortunately they were closed and I thought I'd try a new place for a Parmi. Besides the huge wait time and the guy rocking up shouting to someone on loud speaker on his phone I could of over looked. But when I opened the Box and saw the kids size meal I was shocked and disappointed as this was alot more expensive than any other place I go to and I'm happy to pay more for quality. But this was far from it. I love supporting locals but when they serve up this I have to give an Honest Review. So the Schnitzel was really dry and overcooked from first glance the chips as well but at least the chips are not burnt as the Chicken I later found out after cutting it and looking underneath even though to be fair the sides are burnt as well. The chips have no salt on them or if they do have very little and taste just like oil. The Chicken Schnitzels really average and after I tried a bit I cut another piece to discover a hair. Which is really disappointing on top of everything else. My Rating for this is 2/10 I doubt I'll ever try anything from here again. And I'm going to let my dog have the rest. Also it's 11 at night so even if I wanted to I wouldn't order another meal. And I don't want to spend more money on food today. Luckily I had a discount from the store for a first time customer and I used a menu log voucher for 6 dollers off. And they charge 7 dollers for delivery and the guy was pleasant I do admit but before he noticed I was out the front he was on the phone speaking to someone , ummm take your calls out side of work or at least not in someone's drive way that's just disrespectful and bad customer service.

I ordered a pizza combo from Parafield store delivered at 3:10pm on 25th June 2017. I was informed it would take 45minutes to an hour to be delivered. I wasn't given any courtesy call to say my order was running late. I had called at 4:30 to see what happened to my delivery and when greeted on the phone I explained The situation, I expressed my discontent and didn't feel the delivery fee was fair to pay as I have been waiting almost 2 hours for the pizzas to arrive. He said an ungenuine sorry and that I still had to pay the delivery fee I told him I refuse to pay the delivery fee as explained again as it wasn't in the specified time of delivery. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was out and that he was in the city. Refused to give me a number to call directly to complain, and told me because I won't pay the delivery fee that they won't deliver to me again, even though they are in the wrong. Not impressed with their customer service at all, and quite frankly will never go there again.

I'm really impressed Michael - Considering your shop was closing in 25 minutes you could've easily advised to late for delivery as you were closing at 12.00am. Large Pizza with garlic bread & delivery $30.20. 5km delivery. MON 12.15am delivery driver Ahmed provided my piping hot order. Thanks Ahmed for delivering my order on the way home from your work day. Greatly appreciated. Garlic bread tasted awesome. My pizza toppings were Tomato paste, Ham, Cheese, Chicken, Pineapple & Salami/Pepporoni. Also tasted awesome. Had a pizza delivered, there eftpos machiene played up so before putting it through again I checked my bank account just incase. It clearly had come directly out of my account (not pending) and the driver refused to give me my pizza. He abused me out the front of my fathers home while refusing to give me what I had paid for. 4 days later as I check to ensure they received there money, they have indeed received it yet deny this. I rang up to complain about the horrendous customer service and the owner spoke to me like I was a piece of sh*^ and wasn’t even interested in rectifying the problem. My pizza ended up cold while trying to reason with the delivery driver TO TAKE THE PIZZA ID PAID FOR.. but hey.. the owner said he doesn’t care

8/10/2021 Wow this is just ridiculous. I paid $24 for Schnitzel and Chips with gravt. Beyond dry and over cooked Schnitzel. I ha e no idea what type of gravy that is but honestly throw it out. See pictures you will understand my comment. Sorry but not good enough. Got two party pizzas from the Marcellina Parafield store and will not be going there again. The pizza was even coming of the pizza base. I have never had topping fall of my pizza. It was coming of as I was taking it out of the box to put in my plate. It was very greasy. See pictures included. The meat lovers with BBQ Sauce base was average at best. The one with the lot was just as average. This was a miss from us. Sorry but I do not recommend the store.

Wanted to try authentic Italian made pizza. So, why not try Marcellino at Parafield Airport? First time client. Not the original heavy loaded Italian made pizza I have experienced in the last at other genuine Italian pizza stores. Another small thing but tells a story - the delivery cars that used to be proudly parked out front, spic and clean advertising the store - are now old, blackened due to lack of cleaning and the tyres and general appearance sends a loud signal of NEGLECT! Sorry / first time and last time for my attempt to have a genuine Italian pizza. I would recommend Bella at Paralowie

When visiting a friend I always stop here for a take home pizza. From the time of my young years Marcellina's has always made the best pizza's bar none! They use REAL ham and all their ingredients are top quality. Their dough is soft and properly seasoned and their toppings are generous but not so much that your pizza becomes soggy. This particular shop is a take-away so don't plan to eat in here. I hope you will enjoy your choice of pizza just I do every time I pick-up mine. Buon appetito!

Since the owners has changed the quality has too. I'm devastated at the change in taste after so many years of consistency. The sauce is bland the prawns are over cooked and the cheese is no longer of a tasty type....it's become the the rubbery brother of a cheap pizza joint. The crust has lost it's crunchy longevity. Sadly my 20 year love has ended and I won't be buying your pizza again. I was always happy to pay more for a quality product. Now...there is no quality. 15/11/22 - EDIT, shame on me again. Prices have gone up. $36.50 for a family pizza. What a joke, they will be going broke. Not sustainable. 31/10/22 - EDIT, shame on me for going back. Ordered a 'main' pasta. Arrives 75% full. This place is a joke, will definitely not be going back and actively encouraging others to avoid now. Fool me once.... PREVIOUS - Carbonara - made with guanciale, not bacon. should not have ANY cream. Remove it from your menu, or get better. Way over priced. Avoid all Marcellinas.

Paid $43 for a family size pizza, somewhat overpriced however when the pizza arrived there was very minimal cheese, It looked very undercooked. When I rang the store they told me nothing could be done and to contact menulog. I’m unsure how this was menulogs issue considering all the did was deliver the pizza. I have tried contacting menulog multiple times yet no reply. Avoid ordering for Marcellina, they are extremely unhelpful when they have done something wrong and simply put the blame elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing Carbonara pasta very satisfying and arrived very hot Definitely recommend the pasta from here and will order again picture was taken after eating but the container is full If you’re a average eater entree size is perfect but if you like leftovers the day get a regular size and you won’t be disappointed Thanks for a great meal

we have one more reason to not to get pizza hut or dominos. you get far better quality and same quantity in similar price to dominos and Hut. I would love to buy from Marcelina rather then buying from other store with two plate of half cooked dough and couple of pieces of toppings. Marcellina Parafield has best quality, quantity and friendly staff, great location and services

Pizza was basic and not particularly flavoursome. I've finally found a pizza store that my kids don't want to go to when we drive past !! Pasta was fairly plain and only 4 pieces of chicken in a $20 serve. Overall we found it expensive for what we got. Front counter service was not helpful, bordering on rude. I wouldn't recommend this pizza place to others.

We ordered a pizza by UberEats. I was tracking the order and could see it was ready for delivery but it took the driver 25 minutes to collect the food and THEN deliver it to our house (which took 10 minutes). So, by the time the food got to us it was stone cold and inedible. Very disappointed even after paying such a hefty price. Never use UberEats.

Great taste and delivered quick. We ordered 5 party sized pizzas for birthday party. And all of them tasted delicious!! It's our local pizza shop and best thing is they are opened from day time not the usual 4pm opening. So very convenient and pizza sizes are very generous. And pricings are reasonable. Highly recommended. More

I have had pizza at Domino's with more flavour. The most average pizza. We use to get Marcellina pizza years ago as a treat. There was nothing special about this, in fact less taste than their cheaper competition. Very disappointing.

Great pizza bar. I always go past late at night as theyre always open to the wee hours. Great service, pizzas always topped up. Another good reason is its next to the pub so I can have a beer while i wait for my order. Love it every time. Specials are worthwhile. Definately give it a try.

Used to swear by the pizza here and pasta was lovely too... Just can't keep up with the rising cost

Topping slid of pizza. Asked for well done and was not well done. Barely any mozarrella cheese. And had large pieces of ham rind on pizza. I havent had pizza from here since they sold it. Paid 71 dollars for 2 family pizzas. Never again. Definately not worth it.

Overpriced and horrible food best part of my meal was the fizzy drink. Will not be coming back I expect more for the price and to have oysters still in their shell on a fricken pizza what are they thinking? This place used to be amazing I am very disappointed.

Parafield Marcellina we love your food. We ordered pizzas and pastas from Marcellina Parafield for my son's birthday, everybody absolutely enjoyed them. Highly recommended this place. The customer service was outstanding, We will be back for sure.

Takes over a hour to come, over priced and unable to follow any simple delivery instructions. Bad or no English spoken from delivery staff. Had to reverse a transaction via my bank after last order never arrived. Never again will I deal with them.

Friendly staff. Limited seating inside and outside. Pizza with the lot was tasty and was served within 15 minutes of being ordered. Garlic Bread was okay. Wheelchair ♿ parking but limited access. Prodimantly offering pick up and delivery.

A little disappointed as I ordered a party pizza with the lot last night. Arrived home to find there were no anchovies on my pizza, they left out the most important ingredient. I ordered the lot i kind of expect the lot.

Used to be my goto pizza bar but looks like new management and I found the pizza fairly average and $75 for 2 large ,1medium pizzas and 1 garlic bread it was overpriced

First time I can honestly say there wasn't any part of a pizza I would change. When I paid I did feel it was pricey, however, after eating the pizza, i would be happy to pay again. Yummmy!

There is was a miscommunication with our order and marcelinas straight away made the correct pizza at no extra charge and then gave is both pizzas. Amazing service, amazing pizzas!

Absolutely astounding pizza! Was probably the best pizza I've ever had. Would highly recommend to everyone! The pizza's are much better than domino's and pizza hut!

Paid 23 dollars for a main size instead of entrée and this is what $23 gets. Not impressed at all, I'd like to say it had good taste but that wouldn't be true.
