Incredibly popular park from the looks of it. I got married here and luckily with booking the grounds through the council and the day in particular we chose it had no one there that wasn't meant to be. This is a really lovely area to relax by the river. Take the kids to play, or have a picnic. Love this place.

Awesome park and very well maintained. We were there on 3/1/22 and there was a large swarm of European Wasp's in the large Gum Tree and a week earlier there was a brown snake seen on the rocks by the water but it is there home and we were the intruders. Still will go back time and time again

Great park with lots of open space for the kids to run around or fly a kite. Good bbq facilities, tables, benches, shelter all available. Toilets available and just 1 minute walk down to the Onkaparinga river for your kayaking or stand-up-paddleboard. Beautiful.

Great place to hang out and have a children's birthday party, with a nice playground area and shade for setting up a table. Also great for when you get bored of the children's party and you can cast a line in the river and catch some fish :)

Great park and great facilities. Free BBQs available for public use. Only a couple of shade/shelters plus a table unsheltered. Be mindful even on a nice sunny day the wind can whip up the hill off the river and be quite chilly. Play

Big open space for running and ball games, multiple bbqs, playground with a variety of equipment, toilets, great duck feeding area... just need a few more undercover seating options - especially closer to the play area would be good

My happy place. Tucked away & you only go through there if you need to. Old Noarlunga is a hidden gem which feels like a country town you have driven hours to get to, even though it's only a few hundred metres away from South Road.

OMG !!!! Market Square Reserve is a hidden gem, a few minutes from Port Noarunga. With many bbq areas, a decent parking, public toilet, a beautiful river, children's park and lots of space, this reserve is ideal for families.

Lovely park, there is a few picnic tables and BBQs. A great playground for the kids and a big grassy area to play on. It's right next to the Onkaparinga river, so great for a walk and nice scenery. There is also toilets.

A park with good facilities and excellent positioning. In my visit in April, I saw children's birthdays, family barbecues, and dogs. Quiet streets, views of a steeple on a hill and beside a river with kayaks and ducks.

Love this park so much! Beautiful scenery, awesome playground for toddlers and kids and the grass/picnic areas are always well maintained and tidy. There is also alot of birds/ducks that you can feed too.

One of our favourite places to go as a family. Awesome playground for the kids, and they always enjoy feeding the ducks. One negative though, the toilets could use a good clean and maybe an upgrade.

Massive open green park land alongside the Onkaparinga river in Old Noarlunga. It has plenty of parking spaces around three sides of the reserve, but has been known to get very busy on a nice day.

Great place for a picnic or BBQ. On the river with a good selection of play grounds for the kids. Nice open area for playing games like soccer or cricket. Can get busy on a nice weathered weekend.

Been here for many family gatherings. Great facilities outside and an excellent indoor venue for hire there too. Little ones love the play equipment and going down to see the ducks on the river.

Fantastic park, with plenty of space for parties. The playground is so much fun for all ages. There is toilets and the park is also close to the river, great to explore. My kids love it there.

Lovely bbq and picnic area, plenty of shelter and open space (toilets too). Coffee place nearby for the adults, children loved the playground and there are some lovely walks near the river.

Nice big park, big lawn area for kids to run around or kick a ball, playground and swings for a variety of ages, public toilets, various carparks on each side of the park.

Nice playground for younger families. Large open areas and access to the river to use or feed the ducks. Plenty of bird life and shady areas from the large trees.

Surprisingly nice and quiet ! Used the bbqs without a problem and the loose where in order aswell, so we had a fabulous time.e :-) More

Had absolute great time there. Went for a young child's birthday party. Great barbecuing facilities. You will not be disappointed.

It was very busy with multiple parties. This is usually our first stop at Old Noarlunga with places to eat and walks nearby.

Beautiful place for family barbecue. But the river could have the fence of more, and just have a gate entrance to the river.
