I’ve been wanting to try this place for sometime now. I’ve heard really good things and this afternoon I was desperate for some caffeine and I was not dressed to head in and order. I sent my son in to order me a coffee and a cannoli he came back to the car and said mum the lady that served me was so sweet and loving and was so nice she complimented him on his hair and you know teenagers, their first love is there hair. Teenage boys usually get ignored and don’t really get much acknowledgment or attention, the lady that served my son put a smile on his face and made him feel welcome thank you the coffee was amazing I’m still sipping it now and the complimentary cookies were eaten by you know who ❤️

Great little local cafe with friendly staff. They seem to have *had previous experience with other cafes and have now opened up one in Glenroy* . The food was good and the coffee was even better. There's plenty of outdoor seating and since indoor seating. The place is nice and clean with good foot traffic. #goodcoffee #friendlyservice *Edited response due to owner's reply*

Best coffee in Melbourne! Visited this busy cafe last Saturday. Friendly hosts, Mary & Luch, have created a warm & welcoming atmosphere. We decided on the egg & bacon rolls and we couldn’t resist the freshly baked scones with cream and jam - so delicious! Our coffees were amazing - we had to order a second round! Great service! Highly recommend!

Was so excited to try that vegetarian wrap.. Complete disappointment. These people aren't generous at all w their food. The wrap is soooo tiny, little of filling and no flavor at all. An absolute no from me.

Cute little Cafe. I was waiting on my food across the road so I stopped by here for a couple of lattes. The coffee was great and the owners were very friendly. They had a great selection of edible items but I already had food plans. Will definitely grab a sandwich or dessert on my next visit.

Very cute find near the Glenroy train station works. Small but chill vibes inside. Decent coffee. Great waffles. Simple eggs on toast would be a good addition to the menu. Staff willing to cooperate though. And very friendly. Will be back again I’m sure. This will be a busy spot once the track removal project is done.

The service is always friendly but I’ve been here a few times and every time I’ve had to wait 10+ minutes for a takeaway coffee. I rarely visit during peak hour. Friendly staff but need to pick up the pace.

I'm a local but have only been to MaryLou's a few times in passing. Great coffee and warm service each time. Today, I opened my keep cup to hand it over and it was dirty from last time. *horror*... Mary insisted to clean it in the back

Great people and friendly staff. Their coffee is amazing. It’s so positive coming into the cafe every time. They make you feel welcomed. It’s like they know you for a long long time. Their sandwiches and warm food is good as well.

Great location, family-like staff, and great food. Even the price is lovely. Highly recommend you stop here when the train station gets finished!

I work in Glenroy and was looking for a healthy lunch option, this place was recommended by colleagues and I was pleasantly surprised. Had a tasty salad sandwich on divine fresh bread, will definitely return.

Pathetic service. Made to wait so much for our order. Never gave our coffee on time. Folks who came after us got their coffees and food earlier. So clearly favourites and don't care about folks like us.

That cappuccino was unforgettable. Literally the best coffee I've had in Melbourne. The bacon and egg roll was also fantastic. Super yummy and well priced. I'll DEFINITELY be back.
