Attended out of hours emergency service. Was very well informed of the cats condition and what has been found, with checks to ensure we were happy for the vet to carry out each procedure / step. The only complaint was the seats are hard, for an emergency out of hours service, we wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed

Very appreciative of the support our elderly cat received from the staff at Maven after she fell and landed very awkwardly on her side. She was very distressed and confused. The staff reacted swiftly to checking her out and settling her despite us not having a prior appointment. Thank you.

All staff I’ve dealt with have been fantastic. Gave great advice over the phone for our puppy without making us come in unnecessarily and also helped out our senior dog with his paws when another vets wouldn’t. He will have a new lease of life thanks to you!
