Wow!! Everything about my move went horribly wrong!! First we had to call and move the moving date the night before because a big snowstorm was forecast for the town we were moving to 450Km away.. the Guy thanked me for thinking of his drivers!! I expected that to be a hassle moving the date but he actually thanked us!! On Moving day a few days later they were on time to the minute!! The gentleman were professional and they started immediately.. I was shocked when they wrapped almost every single thing I had to protect it.. They moved quickly I couldn’t keep up with them!! After everything was loaded they left for the 4 hour drive and we left shortly after that… We had an awful experience during our drive up and blew a tire while driving.. we were stranded and waiting for CAA .. there’s barely no cell service here where we moved so I couldn’t call the movers to let them know what happened.. luckily we knew our new neighbors so we called and she was able to run over and let the guys know to unload our stuff in our barn for the time being!! They did and CAA arrived and towed us to the new house as well and they were just finishing up! Even with the extra time added to the day due to our accident it still was less than any other quote I received for moving this far!! It didn’t cost me anything more than what I was quoted at the beginning.. Every single interaction from beginning to end was an absolutely incredible experience.. I have never seen a moving company that is reasonably priced and provided such an awesome experience!! I highly recommend everyone to book these movers!! Look no further!!

I had Max Movers on Saturday the 22 of September. I dont know who gave them a 5 Star but I guess they had better luck than me. I dont know how long it takes the moving company to move certain rooms, but I told him I dont have a kitchen table, no dine room, 1 bedroom. they said 10-10:30 is ok for them to start. I told them that my elevator time is from 1-3. we got at my building at 3:15. they went to the wrong address which cost me 1 hour, then we had to wait until the next elevator time slot was available which was 2 hours later, there is another 2 hour I had to pay for. They address they followed was not the address I had highlighted they went to the address on the bottom which was the property management office letterhead address. they finished unloading at 10:30 pm! for these few rooms. they carried this furniture instead of using a dolly which would have been alot quicker. then to top it off, I received a call from the superintendent, asked me if I moved on Saturday, I said yes, we found some prints and paintings in the loading dock. I freaked! I called them and it was well, the contract states , bla , bla. I didnt sign a contract. I was going crazy looking for some expensive crystal glasses and figurine last night. when I go home this evening I will see if they also were left in the loading dock. Terrible terrible company!! So unprofessional!

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! I had the worst experience with them! Unreliable, unprofessional and several extra charges!!!!! I hired them because they said there was no extra HIDDEN fees, and guest what! They have charged a credit card fee, a stairs fee, and wanted to charged a different price for the truck. Other than that: - The movers took SEVERAL long periods smoke breaks, stopped to talk to the neighbor for some time, and I was charged for that! - I was charged for SIX HOURS. I had the same moving a year ago from Burlington to Toronto, and it took them 5h including the trip in the middle of a weekday!!! - I am 5 months pregnant and the movers didn't wear masks or gloves, as the office told me they would in the email! - Movers were reckless with the furniture and boxes, hitting walls all the time. I reached out to the office to express my frustration and try to get some of the money back from the extra charges, and they said I should have called during the moving. And yeah, the movers were rude enough without someone complaining, I can't image what they would do if I told them all of this in person at the time. Again, I am 5 months pregnant and I had an extremely stressful, upsetting, and unsanitary experience with this company. Ended up paying almost $1300 (not including tip), for a 1b moving from downtown to High Park.

MOST UNRELIABLE MOVERS! I booked them for my condo move in downtown 20 days before the actual move, kept calling them frequently. Even 2 days before the actual move, they reconfirmed that they are good to go. Then the day before the move I just called them to make sure everything was ok, and a man very arrogantly told that he doesn't have me in the system, and refused to connect me with the lady (sousa) who was reconfirming all along. I pleaded with him to come as scheduled and he was EXTREMELY rude, refused to pick up and sent me the attached text. This is for you to see for yourself in case they come back saying they don't know who I am. You can imagine the stress I underwent in the next few hours until I found a very professional movers. Max Moving probably found a bigger move and conveniently took me out of the system. Most unprofessional and rude behavior. If you want peace of mind, please avoid them! The last thing you want during a move is to deal with such people!

I have had the experience of using Max Moving for a while now, and I have to say they have been the most reliable, professional, friendly, and efficient group I've had the pleasure of working with. What prompted me to write this review, however, was the most recent moving job I had to take on. I was in a bind and asked for their help at the last minute. Vlad accommodated my request with only two days' notice. The guys showed up on time and with a smile on their faces, which was so reassuring as I was very stressed about the move of a large piece of furniture I built. They handled the piece with care and packed it all up for me quickly. They arrived at the delivery site right on time and treated my client with kindness and courtesy. What I thought was going to be a horribly stressful day turned out to be an absolutely satisfying and successful delivery. I can not thank them enough for their work. I highly recommend Max Moving.

Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with the service Max Moving provided. When I booked them, I clarified that they would provide blankets and protection for our furniture. It seems that they did not. As we settled into our new home, we found numerous items that were damaged. Our shoe shelf was bent out of shape and has lost a foot. The computer desk has a scrap on the top that has removed the veneer finish. Our headboard for our bed was scrapped all along the top. Our bookshelf has a scrap along the side. A lamp has the shade cracked. The foot to a desk disappeared. And, the worst of it all, a cedar, hand made chest that was given to me 20 years ago, has a deep gouge on it. It seems that something must have fallen on it or something. I imagine if you were simply moving boxes, these guys would be ok (although they were an hour later than the agreed upon time) but if you have anything you care about, try someone else.

These guys were AWESOME! Vlad was very friendly and informative when scheduling the move. They are also one of the cheaper professional moving companies. This did make me a bit nervous. But don't let that fool you!!!! They have great prices AND excellent movers! The guys were super friendly and they knew what they were doing. They organized very quickly and efficiently. Even though I was just in a one bedroom I had quite a bit of stuff. Luckily I had organized everything as much as I could in advance so there was minimal work but they took full advantage of that. Move was not stressful. They came a bit early but was charged for the time we had agreed to. I am recommending Max Movers to all my friends. We recently moved houses from North York to Stouffville. We found Max Movers through doing alot of research online. We were moving from a rented condo to our 1st new home in the suburbs. Kostantine & Djaba were the most friendliest guys I have ever met. They helped move all of our boxes and furniture. What was truly amazing was how much care they took of our furniture while moving it. They even moved two large closets, which we bought & assembled from IKEA up the staircase in our new home. We thought that it wouldn't be possible and might damage the walls & doors. But they managed it so smoothly and efficiently! I moved on one of the hottest days of the year. They worked hard! It was our first experience with movers and we were very impressed. We had ordered 2 trucks and 4 movers from Max moving and they were amazing. They arrived a litter early and had the truck in position to start moving promptly at 9am. We had packed everything onto the main floor and garage for easy exiting, and we were out of the house and moving to the new house by 12:30. They were so quick and efficient. They had everything in the new house by 3:30pm and that was with a break for lunch. They were funny and personable. We really enjoyed our experience. We couldn't of done it without them. I would highly recommend

Konstanin and Isa did an amazing job. They arrived early and even helped with another delivery I had. I lived on the top floor a house and they brought everything down safely (even my tomato plants, arrived with the little ones intact) to the condo. I was always very skeptic about having others move my things, so I’ve always done it my self. But this was a big change and I’m so happy I went with them. Absolutely FIVE STARS - this is our second time using Max moving. Serge and Mereke were fantastic and did an amazing job moving us. Our first move was from Barrie-area to Toronto and even with the distance it was affordable and done in a day. Our second move was just yesterday and honestly they made things so easy for us, they were flexible when parking at our apartment and then our house wasn’t perfect. They handled all our stuff with care and clarified and asked questions when they needed. Would hire them again in a heartbeat! THANK YOU SO MUCHHHH for making a stressful day seem seamless - we are so grateful.

I end up with broken Tv , worths 1200$ , they just rapped it in plastic rap and broke it and they did not accept the loss. The price end up twice as discussed and the house was just 10 minutes drive away . I would not choose this company if I knew they are very unprofessional and the workers do not know what they are doing . The owner of company chose not to involve their insurance company . And starts blaming us that we broke it . Their price end up with more than twice as we discussed and he got it cash. It end up so expensive with this company .

We moved from big house into the 3-storey townhouse with low ceilings on the staircase landing. Furniture is of solid wood and heavy raining on day of moving. All furniture was disassembled, wrapped, then assembled in the house. It sounds simple, but it is clear how hard it had been, especially when they were assembling all the furniture after moving. Everything was perfectly done! High profesionalism, great team work, thoughtful approach! They are the best! Highly recommend this company. Moving is not scary at all when this team with you!

Never used a mover before and I have heard about some night mares, no-shows. The 2 gents knew what they were doing. They shrink wrapped EVERYTHING. I didn't have to take the drawers out of the dressers and desk. They loaded up and loaded off...FAST. All I had to do was point. One of my movers even fixed a shaky window in my cabinet with gorilla glue and a fine nail. It was faulty for abt 7 yrs!! They sent reminder texts leading up to Move Day. Then Vlad call me the night before. If you want a stress-free move, call Vlad. He'll set you up!

I contacted Max Moving to move a large item into a basement, and they were absolutely incredible! The crew that arrived were early and ready to go. They were coordinated, and had such attention to detail. They helped unpack my crate once it was where it needed to be, and I only needed to ask once if they'd help clear up the garbage - it was gone! Thanks a lot to Max Moving, and specifically the movers Constantine and Isa! I was moving from one condo to another and both loading areas were far from the elevator. I also had a short period of time for one elevator booking so there was a time crunch! But the two movers got the job done in time and without any issues. We had some issues accessing one elevator too, but Constantine and Isa problem solved and made it work. Great service, I’d recommend them to anyone!

From start to finish Anton and his team did a wonderful job. At the start, we contacted Anton for a Quote and he responded within an hour. From there we were able to schedule a time. The crew was on-site and on time. They moved all items with care including some heavier items like a treadmill, a full-size fridge, and an upright piano. This was my second time using Max Moving for my move and I had another great experience. We were moving from a 2BR to 2 separate 1BR, making the move more hectic than normal, but Konstantin and Marco made sure the job done was quickly and efficiently.
