This has to be the worst McDonald's in the history of McDonald's. Ordered food on the mobile app. I choose to go inside and get the food at the counter. 20 minutes goes by since I initially placed my order. Granted I didn't place my order till I was in the parking lot. So the order should have started being prepared as soon as I said I was at the location which was immediately. I start asking a young man at the counter about my order. He didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on but asked the grill about my sandwich. I waited 5 more minutes still no food. I finally decide to ask for a manager. A manager comes up and just started giving me excuses. She didn't once apologize for my wait or offer to make it right. All she did was offer a refund. For anyone that has worked in the food industry knows that's not making it right. That's just a get out of my face/store I don't want to deal with you offer. I waited a few more minutes after speaking with her and decided that I wasn't getting my food anytime soon. I then asked for a refund. 30 minutes waiting for a QPC, fries, and a drink. Never did I get it or an apology for having to wait. This place is a joke. I would avoid at all costs.

After I ordered through the drive through with the automated voice, a manager jumped in and interrupted by telling me they only serve drinks and fries because he’s short staff. It is around 1:30am and I don’t believe him because they were about 6 cars front of me and it will be impossible to believe all of them getting fries and or drinks only. He’s trying to brush you off and as I was leaving I looked inside the lobby and saw a young girl mapping the floor and that part could wait and she could help with preparing food or taking order, don’t you think? If you can’t keep staff and always shot handed, need to close early MR manager and or owner.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. I had 3 medium and they gave me 2 cold fries and when I went to get my missing fries the Hispanic lady with the blue shirt was rude. She was asking me for the receipt and when I showed her the receipt she told to check the bag again. Literally had to wait 5 mins to get another fries. She was extremely rude

The food and service here has really gone downhill. Fries were the worst we've ever received from a McDonald's. They were mushy and undercooked and not even crispy or hot. The drive thru AI voice is so creepy. It can't even understand when you try to make a simple order.

I'm getting sick and tired of this particular McDonald's. They never get our order correct. By now they probably owe me about $10. I get the same sandwich every time. Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe no pickles. They constantly give us a single quarter pounder with the everything on it.

Only able to serve drinks becausethey didn't have a cook? I guess if you work there you only have one job. They don't train their employees to work all positions! Food order is wrong most of the time during the night shift. Employees don't greet customers with manners. They just look at you when you say thank you.

A complete joke of a Mcdonalds. Noone there can speak english like come on. 80% of the time my order is wrong and to get it fixed it takes 10-20 minutes cause no one can understand what your saying. I had a mobile order that took 20-25 minutes to make, the lobby was filthy literally every table was dirty, and the two apple pies I ordered sat in the warmer all day.

Prices are outrageous. Smaller portions for more money. Service is slow even when they're not busy. If you show up when it's busy in the drive thru you better be ready to wait. Slow is the crew motto at this McDonald's.
