I have never witnessed such a disgusting McDonald’s location in my life. I thought the one in Oshawa was bad. For a newer location you would think it would be one of the tidiest. The garbage was overflowing. The bathrooms smell like a downtown bank floor on a warm sunny Sunday morning. If you know, you know. The french fries were cold. All five of our hamburgers looked like they were thrown across the room by Rusty Lisch, to butterfingers-Josh Cribbs as he fumbles and rolls on it the. still decided to wrap it and run it to the counter. I spent $48 and I left with my family feeling dissatisfied. I know, it’s McDonald’s. I know, it’s bad for you. I know, it’s bad for children. But once in a while,as a single father in this ridiculously cruel world, I decide what’s best for my children. I have my reasons. I’m not cooking in this September heat wave.

Abysmal experience. Don't even bother. First of all, Google hours don't match website hours, but what was much much worse is that I placed an order on my phone and it was accepted.. I drove to the store to pick up my order and the drive thru lanes were just blocked and it was the only available pick up option! Also the drive thru lanes are supposed to be 24 hours according to google and the website! This is completely unacceptable. A few nights ago I also arrived and parked briefly to order on my phone only to see an employee block off the drive thru lanes yet again. Not sure what's wrong with the people working here but they seem to either be clueless or just don't care. I think it's the latter.

friday (jan 12) at 5:30pm, i ordered 4 bigmac meals and 2 6pc meals. - I ordered 4 big macs = all messy and dry - 6 large fries filled half way? Literally an equivalent to a small and medium fry (terrible fry portions, not happy with the amount i've spent and what i received) Photo is 1 of the fries filled half way, the others were worse - Drink area was disgusting, which it was cleaned more often (along with the bathrooms) - i noticed the managers/workers on duty had no hair nets - lady upfront was nice and gave a delivery bag to put all the food in

I went through the drive through for a breakfast and coffee. Ordering person was very nice as was person at cash. Person serving the food handed Mr the food bag before I could even put the bag down jammed a coffee in Mr left hand so fast that the lid popped of. It spilled all over me burnt me and soaked me and all over the steering wheel of my vehicle. Girl at the window did not say sorry didn't offer anything (half the coffee was poured over me and burn me) manager finally yelled at her to give knapins but did not offer anything or sorry or are you ok. My breakfast was soaked too. Worst experience ever at a McDonald's

The only reason I go here is because it’s so close. Terrible service by high school kids, giggling and talking with coworkers while taking my order, adding random sauces (tartar sauce and salsa) that I didn’t ask for, got 2 specialty wraps and got nothing but one piece of chicken a pinch of lettuce and a pound of sauce. They ran out of the one sauce I asked for and instead of telling me the were out they gave me a different sauce. Ruined my husband and I’d night.

When your agent gets something wrong and your manager tries to argue with the customer that it's not the agent's fault. You should probably try to find new managers... I don't care if you have system issues or not. Tell your staff about it. This is not the customer's issue. This is the stores issue you guys need to fix it

Just was at mcdons. Ordered a big mac combo & i wanted to try a single chicken big mac as that was new, otherwise - just a mcdouble for me. So when i got home i opened the box for the chicken big mac and it was BEEF. which is not what i ordered and was more expensive than a mcdouble. Once again, workers need to communicate if you dont have any chicken left. This just wasnt the point. Pretty blatant to just pretend to have it…….

These people put more shredded lettuce on the outside of my burger than in my burger. Also, in the drive thru we clarified it was red frutopia THRICE!!! AND STILL GOT ORANGE. this is outrageous and unacceptable, it ruined my day .

Made an order through skip the dishes and after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes, still never received my order. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and a frappe. Delivery time never went under 20 minutes before it would increase to 40+ minutes again.

Could have been 0 star just for the many times we found it closed before 11pm while they advertised 12am. Probably a lack of personal issue, which is very recurrent in this location. (It is probably the one that closes the soonest among all the capitals of the globe!!)

When you make a mobile order they always forget something or make some other error. This seems to be a mcdonald's issue though as it happens in lots of different locations. This location does have nice seating and staff are friendly.

Just purchased 4 Small McFlurrys for $15.21. All 4 had a super small amount of topping sprinkled on the top and nothing else through to the bottom. UNREAL!!

Ooof.. so many negative reviews. I've actually tried this place a few times, but I can't really give a review on their food. Five random visits over three months, just trying to get a simple milkshake. Their milkshake machine was broken every single time.

I bought food from here on Friday that just passed. I was so sick for two days with food poisoning. All weekend the washroom and a bowl was my best friends. I would not recommend eating here.

Very slow drive-through service.. Today I came to drive-through to pick up my online order. I was asked to park the car at the curbsite pick up spot and they would deliver the order to me "momentarily". This has happened few times to me,

Update: They often close early without stopping the app (POS setting), or even a sign on the door. More than a few times I've ordered on the app and it instructs me to go to the drive thru, only to find it blocked with garbage cans well

If the garbage cans weren't religiously blocking both drive through lanes preclose I'd be able to get my sometimes ok, sometimes god awfully coffee and give 3 star But those garbage cans are always out

Used to always give it 5 stars, but they have forgot cheese in the past 4 mcdoubles that I have ordered. If you go late in the evening expect to wait at least 20 mins for your food.

Pulled in at 10:50pm to go thru drive-thru.... online says it closes at 11:30pm.. Baracades were placed so the we couldn't go thru. Doors to inside were locked.

Signs all over say 24 hour drive thru. Online says 1130. Stopped by at 1030 and was closed with no explanation. What kind of monkey is running this place?
