My dogs grooming appointment was for 10am. I dropped him at 10 and was told by the groomer that it could take awhile, I told her I understand call me when he’s ready. At 12:30, I received a call from another worker stating my dog was just getting on the table and that he needed to be treated for flees. I confirmed the price with the worker and she said they’ll call within an hour to say he’s ready. At 1:24 I receive a call that my dog is ready. When I arrive at 1:45 there’s no one at the shop and a note was posted stating they’ll return in 30 mins. I called repeatedly no answer so after 30 mins I left because I had an emergency appointment. At 2:15, just minutes after I left, the worker called saying did anybody call you and say your dog was ready, I told her yes and when I arrived no one was there or answering the phone. She argued with me saying someone was there but how could that be when I banged on the door and called multiple times and the mail lady told me that she saw you at another business around the corner. So at 3:45, the same worker called me saying the store would be closing in 10 mins. I was upset because the door said 7pm, she told me that they had new hours posted (when I returned to the store the new hours were posted with a handwritten note in small print stating 8-4:30 Mon-Sat) the worker stated if i wasn’t there in 10 mins that I wouldn’t get my dog today. I was very upset because if I should have received a call before she decided to the close the store before the posted closing time. I called back, no answer, even called from a different number, still no answer. When I arrived at 4:15 there was no one there and the sign clearly stated they closed at 4:30. After time and calling around for help the worker came back to the store and demanded I pay the full $60 total, I told her I would pay the owner or groomer directly but I was not paying her. After some more time and talking with the groomer, we agreed to pay the groomer her 60% equaling $40. Overall horrible customer service and that’s not how a business should be ran. I’m sure the owner would not be okay with the way she represented their business.

Awful experience…, I was very displeased with the service! I try my best to support small business and don’t complain much but this experience needed to shared. My dog is partially paralyzed (special needs). I contacted this establishment plus it was more convenient because It’s in my area. When setting this appointment, I asked the groomer if she deals with handicapped animals. She assured me that she did! I dropped my dog off the following morning he was there from 830 until 230 I called at 12 they weren’t ready I should’ve picked them up. Upon picking him up I was told by owner that he had a few accidents while grooming! Ok! Because I was rushing to pick him up and the place was dark I didn’t realize how botched up his haircut was my total was $80 plus I tipped. But that’s not the major issue my dog wasn’t the same bringing him home he was very standoffish I couldn’t understand why I called the next morning.. spoke to the owner because I was just wondering what was wrong and what happened in that time of him being there, the owner gives the phone to the disrespectful Groomer that intern asked me why I’m asking ,what happened on the day before with my dog!!!!! due to my concern!. Totally out of line and it’s obvious this owner don’t run her own business she gives it to her disrespectful Groomer… I thought I would have to bring him to the vet but thank God I didn’t.. if you love your animal don’t bring your animal there!!!! That’s all I’m saying.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Can you imagine dropping your pet off to be groomed and NEVER seeing them again? Well, imagine that because that's exactly what happened to my family yesterday. The owner simply stated, "it was an accident." In my opinion, that is completely unacceptable! It was their lack of attention and carelessness that resulted in my family losing their pet. Not to mention, the owner showcased no sense of urgency. BAD BUSINESS! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ~Heartbroken Family

The groomer was very disrespectful and had a very bad disposition. I explained how I wanted my dog hair cut. She took it upon herself to shave my pet hair down close to the skin. After complaining to her she started creating a seen by using nasty language. If u love your pet please think twice before going there. The rest of the employees was very nice. However, the female groomer need more training & work on her people skills & attitude.

I believe this is truly a Great place. The owner appears to be extremely laid back. However I've purchased fish here on different occassions, and to be honest I wasn't aware of Ichthyophthirius (ick disease of fish). I started a beautiful 100 gal. tank 5 months prior and added new fish from these guys. Little did I know the 2 cute fish I purchased with freckles was sick. It contaminated my tank 8 sick fish from one bad purchase. So disappointed.

Awesome pet store that ALWAYS provide excellent customer service time after time for ALL of our visits. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable about their pet products and supplies. The staff here are always friendly to us. It seems like a small family business, but I could be wrong. We usually just come for feeder crickets. McFaith is a small pet supply store with mainly live fish and pet supplies for a variety of different animals. There is an on-site groomer, as well.

I bought my dog here because my friend said they were awesome! I picked my dog up and could hardly recognize her. I would have never thought she could look so brand new! They work wonders and I wouldn't bring 'lacey' to any other place! Thanks Guys

This place is the worst ,i bought my dog there and they would not take her because she barked at them. Im sure they have had other dogs like that . if you cant handle a dog that barks at you you should not be a groomer.

Took great care my Spud! Spud can sometimes be very unfriendly but the groomers were very patient with him and it turned out to be a great experience. Their customer service was GREAT!!
