It's rather simple. If you would like to get a blast of rudeness spat at your face; your dog jabbed unnecessarily for a vaccine that was still valid because they can't bother to check your pet's records on their own system; and want to splash huge amounts of cash just for the fun of it, then you should go to Medivet Notting Hill.
Rebecca was incredibly kind regarding the serious situation with my puppy. She gave clear information, to the point and complete, with empathy and understanding. She helped us understand our options, next steps and potential outcomes. Whilst a challenging situation - her professionalism has helped us understand our options.

My puppy ate a large bone and I was able to schedule an appointment straight away. In less than one hour they were able to diagnose him and call me to explain the next steps. Surgery went well, great communication and care. The team was so helpful and Samba was throughly looked after.
I've been taking my dog to them since he was a tiny puppy and can't say one bad thing about them. My dog always leave on good spirits, even after taking his injections. Very friendly staff. Very helpful even during lockdown and responsive to all our questions.
I really like this practice. I've got to know the different members of staff whilst they've been looking after my cats and they are seem friendly (to both me and my cats), reassuring, dedicated, efficient, knowledgeable and devoted to the pets in their care.
In general, I haven't had any big issue with their service (yet) (insert worried emoji). However, I have noticed some problems with their organisation/communication/attitude. I would hugely recommend them to improve on these areas. So, here
This vet is a scam. I used to take my dog and rabbit here when I first moved in to the neighbourhood and after realising they are over medicating and over charging, I learned from the neighbours that there are much better options. Luckily I
Emma, Audrey here again. Responding with false information costs you an additional negative review. Firstly, I did not at any point tell your colleague the rabies vaccine was out of date. You're putting wrong words in my mouth. I called to
We've been taking our cats to the vets since they were kittens and always had excellent care. It's a well run practice, very clean and caring. They always do their best to communicate with you and are quick to respond to concerns. Our cat
Terrible experience. I went here to register my puppy but sadly I was treated horrible. I was waiting outside for a while to be assisted and a men just walk in, he didn’t even say hi, we enter and ask about their services and we felt like
I WOULD 100% swerve these guys - they just care about money and all their vets are trained to upsell and try and get as much £££ out of you as possible. I am shocked by their charges. They even charged me for blanket fee for my dying dog.
Fantastic vets! Amazing support from the receptionists. Medivet Notting Hill is a unique setting with a lovely warm and pleasant very appealing reception area, clean examination rooms. The vets are experienced and caring. From the moment
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Medivet, they pushed expensive treatments on us, the vet was not informative about the procedures at all and there is a very rude woman who works there who seems to care more about making money
We have being coming to Medivet for over ten years now and have had ten years of excellent service. As our two cats have got older (now 16 years old), their needs have changed considerably. Most recently, one has been very ill and we’ve
I've been taking my cats to Notting Hill vets for a number of years and have nothing but admiration and respect for lead vet, Dr Emma Nicholas. You couldn't find a more compassionate, caring, and skilled professional; she has guided us
I worked at this surgery personally and although I had to leave due to moving country - I have such a long standing appreciation for the professionalism and high standard of care provided here. Your pets are in the safest of hands with
Very professional office with high quality of care. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. They get us in quickly, do a thorough job, and bill insurance promptly. The vets are very knowledgeable and genuinely care. Our dog
Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Fast appointment in a mini emergency, friendly, caring, honest, helpful staff who were brilliant with their communications and updates. The entire team were incredibley professional and
While across London from our usual Medivet location our cat's terminal illness took a turn for the worse and we brought her to the Notting Hill location. We had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye. However the care and
The best vet (Azahara) at Notting Hill Medivet has moved to the Fulham branch - so I have followed her. It’s clear she loves per patients and goes above and beyond to look after them. It’s a rare quality and much appreciated
THEY ALMOST KILLED MY DOG! DO NOT STEP A FOOT HERE! You can also see from the other reviews, they could be the worst vet in London. This is my first, and probably only review on Google. I'm not much of a
Excellent service and loved by our dogs. Both our dogs have been looked after, treated, cared for and checked upon with love and professionalism for the past 16 years. Emma and her team go above and
DON’T CHOOSE THIS VET! I called to book an appoiment for my kitten as part of the free check up offered for the first six months. However upon my visit the first thing they remembered
Almost a month I contacted them and they still didn't manage to get my dog's file transferred from his previous vet... Very slow and inefficient service.
AVOID THIS VET IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!!!!! SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! I contacted them last week to find out whether my dog's vaccine is due.
Emily, the vet, was fantastic, as were the front of house staff. And Socks wasn’t too traumatised by the experience. Top marks!
Amazing vets: knowledgeable, compassionate and super friendly. Wouldn’t take any of my animals anywhere else
A highly recommended veterinarian and very polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Excellent experience looked after my cat and I would use again
