Bummer- been going here for years because it used to be awesome, but lately my clothes don’t get clean at all. I tried to point out the “6 load washers” aren’t doing well but was ignored. I’m not sure if the place needs a deep clean? The nicer bathroom and repaint job were appreciated. But the machines just don’t sanitize anymore. Also I love most of the employees but maybe smoke further from the front door. Went to the new location and saw that all the machines there work and it’s cleaner but it’s sooooo far out there, I can’t drive there every time. Also they use a different app than laundry boss and one of the best parts of mega wash was that the laundry boss app gives you $5 every time you load $20. Bring back old mega wash :/

This place is amazing. They have a variety of different sized washers and dryers. They're easy to use and have clear instructions on them. As far as payment goes they have a kiosk which takes cards (wow!!) and then the traditional coin changer. There are metal baskets with wheels in two different styles. The place was super clean and had a few sitting areas with tables. I camped out while my laundry was going and for four big loads I only paid $20. Also there were duck videos playing on the TV, which was cool. Overall it's a quiet, calm atmosphere. This is my new favorite laundromat for sure!!

Love it and it's clean. The Attendant was so helpful. She helped me download "The Laundry Boss" app and I got a free $10 to wash my clothes I added money also and now that I have the app I never need to worry about having quarters again. You use the app to start the machines and the app even tells you when the machines are done. Keep track of your clothes and you do not have to stand there and wait. I'm a very satisfied customer. And Wednesdays you can wash for $2. That saves so much time and money.

I love the laundry mat because it's clean and usually not crowded. But I go today and they have a new attendant that was rude and pushy, usually I come in check it out 1st and then do my business and be on my way. But she had the nerve to suggest i come early to get the washers I already had just to rush my laundry for people who had no patience. I come there often and have no problems until today....If she continues to be aggressive and rude I will have to find a new spot.

Great place! Super clean and competent staff. Great price with quick wash and even quicker dry. In and out in an hour, tops. They also have these new wash machines that seem a bit pricey at first, but when you realize it comes with detergent AND ends sanitized, it's probably one of the best things there. Super easy to use multiple machines at once with their app. Actually met the owner the other day and was extra nice and knowledgeable! You're the man Ray!!

Clean, well-maintained, super friendly and helpful attendants! Easy to use app so you don't have to worry about getting cash and change. When you first sign up for the app you get a $5 credit, and if you load $20 at the kiosk you get a $5 credit! $2 wash on Wednesdays! (Cold water only, warm adds .75) I was worried about it being crowded but it is very spacious and has a good sized parking lot. Will definitely be back!

It's like the place location is convenient but the efficiency washing machines barely put any water in your cycle. And this isn't applied to those loads that may be stuffed to the brim. The floors and areas could be wiped down a bit more frequently. The push for electronic pairing with the washers and dryers they an app is Ok but shouldn't prevent you from using some machines because of this added feature.

Edit: while the facility is generally good, the attendants seldom are. Different one every week, no communication; for example, today the card readers aren't working. No signs, nothing until I figured out who was on duty and asked. She said "the internet is down, cash only". Uh huh. But she didn't tell anyone until after that. Clean and tidy. Variety of machines, seldom any out of order.

Mega Wash, I have found it to be always clean, manager is friendly and will help you out if you ask her. I don't mind taking my clothes to this place. It's pretty much where I go each time. Even though there is a Laundromat down the street from me. The only thing I I don't like is the parking, now that's horrible. If they can figure t&at out, it would be a great place to wash.

The big 2 washers have soap, fabric softener and oxy. Depending upon the temperature of the water and extras chosen, ie. Extra sanitize. It is $17.00 to 22.50. The app is very user friendly. No more coin changer for quarters or worrying about bringing soap, etc. This is the only laundromat in the Kansas city metro that has this type of washer. There are 2 different sizes.

We drop off our laundry at MegaWash every other week, and have never had any issues with this service. The staff is always VERY welcoming, friendly and helpful, and our clothes come back smelling wonderful and lovingly folded and/or hung. We love going to MegaWash - it really makes us feel like we're being "treated." Also, the facilities are very clean and easy to access.

I havent been to a laundromat in over 30 years. I must admit going back to one was definitely not the experience that I thought it would be. This place was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. The selection of washers and dryers was good and all reasonably priced I was greeted when I walked in, and said goodbye to when I left.

Bae and I love coming here. Loyal customers. Always feel welcomed and greeted. Outstanding customer service, will be back Friday, as always. Staff is always nice, prices seem about average. But be prepared to do you laundry with your coat, hat, and gloves on because it is ridiculously cold in there. The thermostat is 53 degrees. I don't know how the baby that's there stands it. It's almost unbearable. It's worth driving a few blocks to midtown laundry.

Found this place earlier this year and i really love it , The staff is all super nice & helpful. The Laundry mat is always clean. Never had any issues with other customers until tonight, My sons blanket was stole... I'm going to ask god to forgive you because you obviously needed it more than we did .. God bless

Cleanest machines and great service. The only woman I see here is always moving, cleaning, and helpful with advice on what machines to use. She had me download the laundry boss app and I get a free $5 for every $20 I put in the kiosk! I won't go nowhere else.

Gladstone, by far the cleanest and most efficient laundromat I have used in the past seveal years. If my clothes could smile, they would be very happy, so fresh fresh and clean clean. The clothes have a fresh clean smell right out of the dyer.

I came to this location to do my laundry for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The equipment was clean and the prices were affordable. Alexis the manager was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She is awesome! I will be back.

The coin machine took my money and the attendant was not able to help me. She had to call the owner which had to take my name and number to "review" the tapes. The employee said it was going to take 48 hours. Use coins at your own risk.

I can't tell you how using this service has de-stressed my life! Not to mention that after a two week trip I got home in the very wee hours and unpacking was never so easy! Just plop my laundry in the bag and leave it outside my door!

The attendant was very helpful, they take card, and as far as laundromats go it was pretty pleasant. I was pretty shocked at the prices, but I do that all the time now so I think I'm just getting old.

Clean, attendants are helpful, coin changing machines and soap vending machines. Lots of different capacity washers. A few places to sit down and wait. 1 bathroom that the attendants have the key for.

Nothing spectacular, but no issues. Clean enough, has some stainless steel tables to fold/sort/etc. Can use an app to pay for most of the machines, so that’s convenient (no lugging quarters)

The big machines work awesome, especially when detergent and more is included, plus very friendly staff, no issues. I just wish there was another one in Grandview that was closer. Thank you.

The attendants are always nice, the store is clean and they run promotions from time to time. Lastest one was free dry until the end of August.

MegaWash KC has a device that cleans and disinfects the machines and I love this! Plus they have enough room for me to sort and fold.
