This the laundry matt that i use just about every week. I would've given 3 stars, even though the dryers dnt really get hot; but i recently had some very confusing "issues" with one of the employees, found out later her name is TINA. I don't really want to get into the minutiae of the details of the couple of incidents that happened but it seems she has a personal problem with me that has her following me around the laundromat or watching me wherever I go in the laundromat. When I confronted her about why she was acting that way towards me like she hated me it went left the whole conversation went left and instead of calling security the manager or even the police she got on the phone and called her friend down there like she needed reinforcements to deal with me or something in a negative way, I even asked her should I call the police and she told me no I begged and begged for a manager and all she kept saying is no manager and the manager won't be in for a few days (i have video). Long story short she makes my visits to my favorite neighborhood laundromat very very very uncomfortable now in my wife and I or considering finding another laundromat to use

My Boyfriend and I aren't from KCMO, and decided to try this place. First impression was that it is super clean, and very lit up. It is very spacious, and all of the machines look very clean, and run very well! There was a very fresh and clean smell as soon as we walked in the doors! We were helped out by the most amazingly sweet lady I have encountered since moving here! Her name is Yolanda, and as soon as she saw that we didnt really know how to work the newer machines, she instantly came to us and offered to help us! She walked us through the entire process and thoroughly explained how to operate the machines, and recommended which ones would suit us best! We had an amazing conversation with her, we talked for a good 20 minutes! I would 100% definitely, and would highly recommend going there!

They don’t care if the machine works or not just want ur money I went and my clothes was washing in water then when it turn to rinse it added the soap and rinsed it right out never did my clothes wash my soap was still up in the thing I placed it the lady went and poured dirty water and still didn’t get all my soap to my clothes soap still up in the thing and told me nothing she can do about it said I had to call next day at 8am I’m a single mom no money to wait I’m highly upset and will be demanding my full amount I have spent in this place I’m so mad right now due to she couldn’t just credit a washer that works I can move to just told me nothing she can do and keeps moving when I talk to her she will leave to the back

The elderly woman who works there acts irritated every time u ask her something and I had alot of clothes and she had the funeral on and as much as I agree and have been protesting I felt it was inappropriate subject matter for a laundry Matt not to mention this place no longer takes quarters u now have to purchasea card which cost me a dollar so rather than 20 bucks I only had 19 and they dont explain that to u before u put ur money in the machine and the place was dirty I had to wipe out all the machines before I could use them and I never once in over 4 hours saw the attendant sanitize her hands and she was not wearing a mask all and all I wont be returning to this facility

The lady that was there tonight was very rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. I walked to one laundry mat it was closed then I walk to this one with a backpack and a mesh laundry bag on my back. I was tired and wanted to sit down for a few seconds to caught my breathe. She was on my case about doing laundry or just sitting there. I thought my money was in my wallet but it wasn't. So I proceeded to look for my money in all my pockets and text everyone I know if they took it out of my wallet. Then she proceeded me give me an attitude and was mouthing off.

To the lady who works there Sunday evenings/nights was EXTREMELY rude. Sign says it closes 11pm, so I get there at 9:45, as seen as she saw me drive up she immediately went off saying no! no! We’re closing, i then asked “but don’t you guys close at 11?” She then responded “well yeah but make it fast” but this lady was screaming & was just nasty, so I’m like forget it, I’m out of here. She didn’t even ask what we were going to use, all i had to do was quickly dry my clothes since my dryer stopped working that day. Don’t come here if you want nasty service

Staff is great and place is clean. I have been doing my clothes here for 17 years. Unfortunately management seems to have forgotten they are in the service industry. Went in to do laundry today and was told the owner had decided the restroom was for staff only. I had to return home to use the restroom and return to remove my clothes from dryers and fold. Am looking for a new laundromat in the area AND going to alert the Health Department as well as the Better Business folks.

My go to place. Nothing fancy or spectacular. Just convenient. You can grab snacks at the gas station in the parking lot or walk to family Dollars right behind at the laundromat for household items while you wait for clothes to get done washing. They don't take cash and you can load money on a card. They have really big washers and regular size washers and dryers that get really hot for about 1.50 for 10 minutes depending on what dryer you get

This is where I go to wash my laundry. That should tell you something in itself. Now, it is not a brand new sparkling clean facility, it is a neighborhood laundry, a few years old, but it's clean and polished and the machines all seem to be in working order, and I would think that it would be fine for you to do your laundry there since it's fine for me to do mine. That's just my opinion, and I'm hoping that's kind of what you're looking for.

Set up is decent. Can use credit or debit to start the machines. I had a problem with a mobile payment option and was quadruple charged. They never got back to me after multiple attempts to resolve and they clearly didn't care, although the evening worker was nice about it. I had to initiate a charge back with the card company after trying to resolve the issue amicable for 2 months. Such a waste of time for my stolen $12.

You know for the convenience I would much rather go to the cheap location down the street on Truman road east of here. I will say that there is rude service here and on top of that mopping floors and leaving them wet without a caution sign TO ALERT INDIVIDUALS is a big No-No and liability. I will not waste my time or money here again...Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Would not recommend! I came here just because my favorite laundromat was full so I had no choice. I will say, prices are cheaper but, the washing machine made my clothes smell so bad almost like a wood smell. I thought by drying them it would go away but nope it’s almost as if it made the smell worse. Also don’t like how uncomfortable I felt. Never again.

Told I wasn't doing laundry and to get out twice. Had to prove I was doing laundry. Like once I get kicked out do I lose my clothes? Don't wash your laundry here, I don't understand. I am sitting down not even speaking. Fast machines, slow employees. I don't know why? Is it because I'm Latino or something? I'm not even using thier internet.

I will not be returning to this laundromat while its clean and the pay kiosk is convenient. There is barley any places to sit, people let thier kids run around like it's a playground, and extremely over priced 4.25 for a tiny washer and 1.25 for 10 minutes on a dryer. I paid 3.25 for 30 minutes and my clothes weren't even completely dry.

There's always an attendant to help you and keep the place clean and friendly. And all the washers and dryers work. Not like all the other ones I've been to, you put your clothes in the dryer for 20min and 20min later your clothes are still wet. So I would recommend wartime everytime.

Machine did not wash my clothes. There was no water running in the machine. Attendant refused to start another machine saying that it washed. I thought that was very rude. Never had any trouble be until today. I am a regular customer. I don't usually come down early Monday morning.

The lady that is usually working the night shift is very nice and helpful. Explained which washers would be best for my needs and saved me some money!! The place is always clean and the machines are kept up and working Everytime I've been in there.

Has a computerized laundry payment system that you can use credit,debit or even EBT card for payment. As well as cash. Has lots of large washers. And it's a clean facility. The dryers dried clothes thoroughly in 24 minutes even my bedspread. …

Ive washed my clothes here a couple times and liked the convenience of paying with card vs cash. The prices to wash and dry and the fact that the place had a 'dead atmosphere' are the reasons I have not gone back

Haven't been there in a while. The woman with the long gray hair was nice. Another attendant yelled at me on two separate occasions for no good reason. I now use Eastside Laundry.

It is what it is it's laundromat is not too high and it's a little crowded sometimes during peak hours The parking lot is little small,there's also a free coffee and free Wi-Fi

Very clean, machines are in good condition, super friendly staff, fair prices. Easy pay so you don't have to worry about quarters. Overall good place to wash clothes. Free WiFi

It's a nice place but I think they should have alternative ways of making without having to buy their card. I also don't think they should charge that much for dryers...

It's a laundrymat in the hood so don't expect the Beverly Hills Experience, I just gave it 3 stars because it doesn't have enough seats and it gets busy on the weekend.

The saff, Yolanda was very helpful and the business was very clean. For someone who uses public laundry facilities regularly only for an emergency, I was empressed.

The price of the dryers are outrageously priced. Luckily I have a dryer at home and can finish drying my clothes. A dollar for 10 minutes of dry is ridiculous

Always clean & friendly atmosphere for my daughter and i to stop in to get a couple of loads of laundry done real fast... Never had any issues here.

Actually got our clothes clean! Most other places my clothes come out still dirty but this place was very clean clothes but dryers suck big time
