INCREDIBLY UNRELIABLE. I booked a piano move on a Friday between 11am - 1pm a week in advance. On Thursday night at 8pm they messaged me telling me they were coming at 8am as their truck had apparently broken down. I had organised work in the morning to fit around them, so they offered 5pm which I agreed with. At 5:30pm there was no sign of the movers and they called to say it would be 6pm. Then 7pm. Then 8pm. The driver told me then I had to pay for an extra guy as "he would be moving the piano in the dark" despite that being their fault. I asked to cancel the move and they offered to move the piano at 10am sharp on Sunday morning which I agreed to. On Saturday night they messaged me saying "they were stuck interstate and their friend could do it, but it had to be at 8am". I promptly cancelled the job and took my business elsewhere. Poor service, giant waste of my time (and the lady were the piano was being picked up from) and I do not recommend them at all.

Really appreciate the helpful and friendly behaviour of the boys of Melbourne Cheap Piano Movers. My aunt used their service sometime back to move her Furniture and Piano. She was alone as her daughter was away because of some work and there was lot of stuff to move, she was really worried thinking of doing everything alone. But these guys from Melbourne Cheap Piano Movers has made the whole shifting tension free and all her belongings were placed in her new house systematically without a single scratch on it. She personally requested me to write a review about Melbourne Cheap Piano Movers for their wonderful service.

The two guys who removed the piano were fine but the person I talked to on the phone was unbelievably rude. They changed the time with an hours notice and when I was held up they called me constantly and basically abused me for being later even though I let them know and the other person from the company said it was fine. They also made me pay in cash before they had completed the job, really dodgy. Cheap yes, good customer service… nope

GHOSTED. Agreed a price, date and time for piano room to room move. I messaged the evening prior to confirm again. No response. No show during the time window. I called, left voice message. Sent another text..no response.

We used melbourne cheap piano movers from st kilda to camberwell , they moved our grand piano very professionally , having 10 steps but they have all the tools and move very easily. thanks again. Pam
