Liars. I have called this company to inquire for an urgent move. I wanted to move before lunch and I was told the next available was 5pm. I declined as it is too late and we need it earlier during the day. I got an sms that they could make it between 2 - 3pm so I agreed. I waited until 3:15 and I was told the truck is running late as they are stuck in traffic in the city. I was then advised that they should be in around 4pm. Tried to call again at 4:05 and they wouldn't pick up my call and sms me instead. I was then told that the truck should arrive at 4:30. I got a phone call from the driver at 4:35 that they just finished the other job and just left Brunswick and should be at my place in half and hour. I asked the driver how come the other person said they were stuck in traffic since 2pm. He then started stuttering saying ah yes he was stuck in traffic. They then arrived at our place at 5:35. Mind you our place is only 45 mins drive to city including traffic. We waited 3.5 hours! When the mover guys came in they were soo slow we had to help them out to speed up the process. I then told them to speed it up a bit as we are paying them per hour. They are also so inexperienced that we had to tell them what to do to safely move the furnitures. Nice guys but lack of training and poor management! Never again.

Worst moving experience I've ever had. The movers arrived 5 hours late, then broke the legs off a cupboard which was the first thing they tried to move. Our things had to go in storage for a week and when they were moved out, we found that they hadn't used the blankets they were meant to provide to protect our mattress which was FILTHY, and they had broken the leg off our bed and just kept it (so it was missing). Because it had been a week since they moved us into storage, we weren't covered under their insurance, which has a 24hr notification policy. Bianca in the office was quite helpful, but the movers themselves were rude and inexperienced, and the mysterious manager that Bianca kept having to check with was MIA and obviously has no care for the customer experience. I highly recommend you keep looking for another moving company. Maybe even spend a little more as this move ended up costing us another $900 for the price of a new bed. We went with Man with a Van to move us in the week later and there was no comparison.

Absolutely dreadful. We have moved 12 times in the past 20 years and never experienced such incompetence. 3 different and very slow teams across 3 days (yes, 3 days) failed to arrive on time or communicate with each other. Day 1 packers didn't finish & day 2 movers had no packing materials. Then day 2 team did not finish the transfer & insisted on payment as if job was done, & refused to leave without cash. Day 3 movers also late, also without packing materials took another half day into evening to finish job then also insisted on cash to leave bullying tactic. After phoned in complaint they were instructed to leave by their management. Quite a lot of breakage & damage confirms incompetence.

One of the three words of their name does not belong. They are movers and they are in Melbourne but speedy they are not. Never ever use these guys on an hourly rate. Always get a fixed quote. They are pathetically slow. They bumbled around like two clueless buffoons and chose to hand move boxes one by one instead of loading 4 or 5 on a trolley. They milked me for all they could. Would never use or recommend them. The 5 star reviews are questionable here as this is an indian run mover and all the 5 star reviews seem to be from their indian friends.

Kamal and Balwinder ....great team work. We will be moving again in a year again and we will surely not look for anyone else. Rain and hail literally....didn't stop them from helping with our move. They took utmost care and helped us even with unplugging our washing machine pipes and TV from wall unit. Besides they charged us only from reaching the house to the time they finished at our home no extras at all.

Highly recommend this company based on our experience today. Varuna and Bharat moved us. Normally quite a stressful time to move but these guys made it a breeze! Friendly and extremely efficient. Worked solidly for 5 hours. Quite challenging with multiple stairs but nothing was too much trouble. Hopefully not moving again for quite a while but wouldn't look past this company if I do. Fast, efficient and cost effective. There was a slight delay but that had been conveyed to me well in advance and allowed me to plan the move accordingly. The movers were very quick and waited patiently even though the building manager caused a bit of a confusion. There were no intentional delays and I paid exactly what I had estimated prior to the move.

Terrible - late then playing on phones then quit the job when wife asked them to get on with it. Then broke a dresser tossing our stuff out of truck. Costumer service is useless and hang up on people, and don't have direct line to make a complaint. Now we have damaged goods, and pay out the ass for same day movers

One of the best service i have experienced. Very professional and helpful. Im a mother of 2their staff helped me to put everything away they were too kind. I highly appreciate there help and also recommend them. Next time if i need to move i know who to contact. Best wishes to them

Awesome movers very dedicated, easy to talk to. Great service and super helpful. Highly recommended for anyone moving for the first time. Few things we forgot to do before moving and they helped with not a second thought. Will be using these guys for EVERY move going forward.

Extremely disappointed!! The appointment is at 3pm. I gave them a call at 3:10, they told me they will be here at 4:00pm. At 4:00pm, i was told the truck will be here at 5. The attitude is "Too bad so sad, it dont normally happen, but it happen, your bad luck"

Most horrible and worst service I have ever seen... After all the way they cheated us and when we reacted to it they were calling from unknown no/private no and abusing us. And didn't do it to the right time... It will be first best service in worst section.

We moved just over 3 weeks ago using this company. Bianca who I talked to was great at arranging everything for us. Not complicated to deal with, which is great. The guys were lovely and so fast! Professional company and great value for money.
