CAUTION!! Do not use FAST MOVERS MELB removalists!!! They have a facebook page ( website not actually active) ROBERT and his friend Extremely dodgy, dishonest, rude, will damage your property, not admit it, argue with you and then bully you so they get out of it!! Extra careful single females dealing with these guys. Worst nightmare ever. Moving stressful as it is but this became so bad that I was in tears and my neighbours disturbed and came to see what was going on as robert yelling ar me so loud I felt scared and intimidated by him . They were such a nuisance ayimg games stopping a coiple time saying he won't continue unless i pay up but wouldnt pay up for damage he did and even admitted he didn't put blankets on all my furniture and that i was supposed to tell him haha!! Can you believe that. I ended up paying them to send them off which I could see they have done this little game of theirs before!!!. Make sure you put a review if have any problems (i can see they don't have that page available on their Facebook page and must be for a reason) They may be a bit cheaper but totally not worth it!! Pay a bit more and your things will be taken care of with a proper inventory list, blankets on your furniture, proper equipment such as trolley to maneouver white goods (they literally dragged my fridge and washing machine down 2 floors banging on each stair on the way down) and honest service who admit when they damage something and actually try to work out something fair. They are also very slow and not physically strong enough carrying one box at a time ans never used the trolley!! They took 5 hours for a job I've had with a big removalist company in the past who took approx 3 hours max door to door. Please don't waste your time and money!! I am still discovering items and furniture that were damaged by them. What makes it worse too they had a go at my belongings making insults to my things and complaining the whole time.. why don't they do another job then???!!!. very very dodgy! As a tip if you have them yelling at you and not willing to compensate for your damage make sure you call the police straight away. I was too stressed and tired that I just wanted them to go away but on hindsight I should have done that ! I have photos of my coffee table they completely scratched causing an actual dent. Have other photos of fridge and a shelf damaged and scratched on side. Shelf has a hole now.! LIARS AND TOTAL SCUMBAGS . here is a very honest review so other people don't end up totally ripped off and a terrible stressful experience. I see someone else put a similar review...the positive ones I wouldn't be surprised he got his friends to do that! Never ever ever again!

They came an hour late to begin. They said they had called 5 min before they arrived (to get the time started earlier). They didn't have the proper equipment for the job as described (moving a fridge). They said that the job was not what they were expecting, even though the texts show clearly that I had explained the job. They didn't have the proper equipment to prevent wall scratching. They tried to charge an extra $60 because it was a fridge, even though I had said the job was to move a fridge. They were rude on top of all of that. Never ever use these movers.

Movers were 40minutes late after they had moved me 1 hour earlier than originally booked the day before. So basically I woke up at 630am to ensure I was ready (as the person I was conversing emphaiszed 8am "sharp"), only to be waiting for 40minutes unsure where the truck was. When I tried to call, no one answered (despite calling and messaging twice each). Finally when I got onto the owner, he was rude and unapologetic. The movers that eventually arrived were friendly and efficient. Unsure if worth the stress though.

The owner of this business is rude and dishonest. Discussed one rate over the phone then tried to charge more. Shouted at me on the phone. Harassed me with multiple calls and text messages. I paid the extra just to get him to leave me alone. Don't use this business.

I was very pleased with the quality of the service and the quality of the people I moved with. The cost is really affordable compared to competitors. The owner Robert and his colleague were flexible, understanding and honest. Highly recommended !

Really disappointed. They did a great job moving the furniture but accidentally paid them twice and they wouldn’t refund the double up!! Wanted to give a great review but so disappointed by this. Won’t be using them again.
