Excellent 5 star service, very clean and the staff at the reception, are amazing. I’m petrified of dentist and being in pain for the past few weeks, left me with no option but to go for a dental visit. I suffer from severe anxiety attacks which is due to the myocarditis and Pericarditis I had after my first vaccine of Pfizer. However Dr Richard reassured me and made my experience so relaxing. He was very caring, understanding and showed great compassion. I had my surgery done last Thursday with Dr Ishak, I took out 2 of my tooth . The Dr came to have a chat with me before the surgery to reassure me. I’ve always been very scared of needles and my anxiety level was at it’s peak, but he was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable & calm even through the procedure. My appointment was firstly scheduled for 5:30, and Dr Ishak was happy to do some overtime as I was in a lot of pain. I had the anaesthetist team who were right by my side to comfort me and look after me before and after the surgery. The nurse was soooo kind, she made sure I was okay, fully awake, and walked me to the car. If I can give this clinic a 1000 start I would ☺️ the whole team were beyond excellent. The receptionist staff are sooooo kind, they told me if I have any concerns or questions, not to hesitate to call them. It was a walk in the park experience at Melton Dental group. They have excellent 5star customer services, very professional and a great sense of compassion and empathy towards the patients. "Best Dentist in the World!", I said to my 12yo daughter going in for an extraction of a stubborn "baby" tooth. I'm not wrong either! That was several weeks ago. Dr Nabil Ishak was/is so calming, gentle and understanding with his patients. My daughter and I returned again today for more work..another surprise extraction for my daughter, which she just took in her stride thanks to his reassuring nature. But, Dr Nabil Ishak truly does an amazing job.....putting up with me!!! He IS the best dentist in the world, and I am equally "The WORST Patient in the World"!! I am a total basket-case when it comes to dentistry! I only have to hear something that might sound remotely like a dentist's drill and I instantly go into "white-knuckle" mode!! Dr Ishak is so patient with me. Helen, and the other nurses, are also consistantly kind and reassuring. My teeth have always been super-sensitive, and because of that I let my dental care fall behind many years ago, which just made things worse. I have finally found a dentist who actually "gets it"... he understands that everyone's tolerance to pain is an individual and personal issue. He deals with my nervousness extremely well, and still somehow manages to get the job done! I've bitten his fingers (accidentally)! I've writhed around under the spotlight like a cow in labour! I've had knees up, legs twisting around, hands grabbing onto the poor nurse as if she's some kind of unfeeling stress-ball!...and still, the job gets done!! Dr Ishak's patience is unsurpassable! I am a nightmare of a patient, and he IS the best dentist...in the world!

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Melton Dental Group. My history with them started about 2 years ago when I was in the most excruciating pain I'd ever been in. I called about 4 dentists at 4:30PM on a Friday and everyone told me to pound sand and go to emergency. I called Melton Dental Group, explained my pain and that I was not an existing patient, they said no problem and had me come down immediately. They saw me, diagnosed my issue with in 15 minutes and saw me through having all 4 wisdom teeth removed by a surgeon referral. They actually called to check on my progress following surgery despite only ever having seen them once. Then this year I had a tooth removed and opted to have an implant. If you have had this procedure before you know you're in for a long slog, all up it took about 9 months. Dr Nabil is extraordinarily good at what he does. He manages pain very very well and checks on your comfort constantly through every part of each procedure. And again, they called me a few days after major stages to make sure my progress was good and wasn't in any pain. You really get the feeling that they care about their patients. The reception staff are absolutely lovely and will work with you to find a solution. I wasn't prepared financially for large dental bills following my surgery, so they organised very comfortable and flexible finance for me. All in all, 10/10. If you're here because you're looking for a new dentist, absolutely do yourself a favour and give them a call.

I very rarely put a review up for a business but “When a business is as good as this one, the community need to know” The Staff at Melton Dental Group are exceptional. My daughter had major dental surgery under sleep dentistry a few weeks ago. The pre care given left my daughter at complete ease, as she was extremely anxious. Dr Nabil was her dentist, he never rushed us, he spent so much time to explain the procedure and answered every questions we had. Couldn’t have been happier that my daughter was in the very best of hands. The face of this business are the nurses. Without one particular staff member the experience at this dentist would not have been the same. Amany ( nurse) the care she showed her daughter demonstrates that this is not just a job to her, she went above and beyond. She is the most genuine caring lady I have ever come across. She is an absolute essential asset to this business. ( Amany you are amazing). The way this dental surgery work as a team is why they are so good, and a massive thank you to Brittany as well, nothing was too much effort for her, her customer service and attitude was amazing. After the surgery we received a phone call everyday, went back to ensure the recovery was on track and she was seen immediately. I could not recommend this dentist any more highly. In every way they were exceptional from start to finish. Looking for a local dentist, I don’t think you will find better.

I never leave reviews but I need to leave one here. If I could give this clinic 100 stars I would. I am terrified of needles like I refuse to go dentist due to my phobia of needles. I had the worst dental experience the other day so it made me even more petrified. I got referred to this clinic by my sister in law and I am so glad i did. From the beginning of my appointment i was greeted by the most amazing and kind reception staff. They were so kind when I explained my situation to them and they assured me I would be in the best of care. On the day of my appointment they squeezed me in earlier as I was in pain and gave me some Valiums to relax before my appointment. When i got there they were so helpful and understanding. I was seen by Dr Richard and to say I am blessed would be an understatement . He was exceptional i did not even feel the needle my partner later told me i have a double dose and i felt nothing. Even during the filling procedure i felt nothing only the tiniest pinch at the start then nothing after. I would recommend Dr Richard to all my friends and family and will be giving him a box of chocolate next time as a gesture of goodwill. Will never change dentist again and already have my partner booked in with him again. My fear of dentists is now gone I feel happy with my treatment and am actually excited to go back now !!! Over the last three decades I have had three senior principal dentists attend to my teeth. Two in my opinion talked the talk and didn't walk the walk. I then came across Dr Ishak and Melton Dental Group and at long last I have found a place I can trust. The staff are genuinely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Amany and the front facing customer service personnel have continually demonstrated their professionalism, friendliness and follow up after appts. Dr Ishak is a person that I have a lot of respect for. Very well learned in his profession, advices you according to your need and financial situation, is never pushy and does not create a storm in a tea cup so you spend more than you are willing too. He is a friendly individual, one that explains what needs to be done and provides options. He is very well respected by his staff from what I have observed and that is a sign of leadership. Came in for the first time yesterday due to some pain related to my wisdom tooth. First of all, receptionist ladies are so welcoming and sweet really made a good impression! I came and seen Dr Richard yesterday, he was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. I actually booked my wisdom tooth removal for next week, however the pain got worse overnight and last minute they were able to rebook my appointment for today. Dr Richard and his assistant were fantastic! He talked me through the whole procedure which me feel less nervous and anxious. Dr Richard was very skilled as the procedure went by so quickly (maybe 10-20 minutes?) no pain at all and minimal discomfort. Along with this, I got to listen to Taylor Swift during the whole thing! Overall, all staff are amazing and they have high standards of quality and procedure! Highly recommend! Thank you so much Dr Richard and to the rest of the staff for making me feel so welcome and comfortable If you need to go to a dentist 10/10 recommend, do not hesitate and call!

Going to the dentist is Instant anxiety BUT after my visit I left feeling calm relaxed and very happy. My first visit was stressful but as soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a Happy cheerful welcome. If I had any questions the ladies answered them and if they were unsure, they went to get the right answers. The ladies behind the counter made me feel that I matter. All my dental work was done with dedication, procedures were explained to me before any work was started. Even after my procedures was done they welcomed me back happily and fixed everything. I'm so happy with every staff member. Having relocated to another state, I travel to Melton Dental Group all the time. I rather come here than to find another dentist close to home. I had avoided visiting a dentist for way too many years due to anxiety. When I first called, the receptionist was so kind and cheerful. At my first appointment, I had to bring my newborn with me and everyone was so accommodating. I was so scared knowing that I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, that I almost cancelled my appointment. But I'm so glad that I didn't! Dr Richard has such a calm and friendly personality. Dr Richard I went in not expecting too much but left the same way I came in which was great I was recommended to see a specialist for my tooth extraction and rightfully so for how strong my bones are..But god was saving me a trip and some big dollars and forced me to see a local clinic Dr Richard took great care of me and always made sure I felt not even the slightest of pain and every now and then he made sure to ask if I was feeling ok and performed a incredibly professional extraction. I mean i seriously I felt no pain at all and barely any pull Not to mention they left a great aftercare procedure to follow which I highly value and wish more places cared to do If you ask me Melton Dental Group really are specialists. I will be recommending this place to as many people as possible.

So grateful to Dr Nabil and the wonderful team at Melton dental group for helping me achieve the smile I have always dreamt of. I had 6 upper crowns fitted to the front a couple of months ago. From the start of the journey everything about my options and the procedure of fitting the crowns was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. It was a lengthy procedure in the chair prepping and then fitting the crowns but I was provided with reassurance and updates throughout from dr nabil and his lovely assistant. The vision of what I wanted (a natural smile that gave me confidence) was achieved and I honestly could not be happier with the result. I chose MDG for my tooth extraction based on their reviews which were very good. I had my tooth extracted today and they definitely live up to their great reviews. I was seen at the time I booked and the front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The dentist explained the whole procedure and its associated costs based on 2 different possible scenarios. Multiple times during the procedure the dentist asked me if I was ok and if I needed a break which I did at one stage. At the end the dentist gave me some after procedure instructions and gave me a printed copy. In summary Melton Dental Group are a 10/10 and they are now the only dental practice I will use. Keep up the great work guys, awesome experience.

5 stars are not enough for Melton Dental Group. I was suffering from very bad toothache for the past 2 days and woke up this morning to unbearable pain. I called them and they were able to accomodate me today. I went in, filled in a new patient form & the dentist saw me right away. He advised I should have my wisdom tooth pulled out. The whole process, including an X-Ray was less than 20 minutes. I am still in disbelief how quick and easy the whole process was. I am very grateful to Doctor Matthew for his amazing work. I will not think twice before going in again. Also, the prices are very reasonable for people concerned about the costs! Thank you so much! You guys are amazing!

DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL I went here 1st time and done a tooth filling as the old one fall out. I was in lot of pain for 1 week after the filling was done but thought may be give it a little more time to settle (was on pain killers and anitibiotics) and now, not even a month yet , and my tooth still hurts and is sore. I cant eat anything from one side. i message them and ask them to fix it and i am not paying anything for fixing due to filling was not done right in first place but they didn't bother to reply or call.. they only care about the money and thats it.. I will going to Vic Ombudsman to get my refund. dont waste your hard earned money and go somewhere else.

My new home for my teeth. I recently went to the dentist after a good 6 years, so to say I was nervous and terrified is an understatement. I was introduced to Dr Nabil, who sat down and listened to why I came and what my needs are. Already after a month I have begun and completed the first few steps of my smile journey. Melton Dental Group has been amazing - I had wisdom teeth pain and had never been to this clinic but I called in desperation and receptionist Kate had me booked in the same day for a consult. A few days later I was booked in for wisdom teeth removal ‘in the chair’ with Dr Richard. I was very nervous but he was so reassuring, and wow he did such a skilful job - 15 minutes, minimal discomfort, and both teeth were out! I was shocked how quick it was and so very thankful for Dr Richard’s great work. I also appreciated the follow-up ‘check-in’ calls post-surgery. I’ll never go to another clinic now. Thanks Richard!

Absolutely Fabulous Staff on reception who got me in as an emergency on the same day - and the dentist was exceptionally professional - Dr Richard Bui opened and drained my tooth so fast and painlessly for root canal ❤️ An absolutely transformative experience to have dental work done by someone so experienced and highly skilled - I’ve attended many Dental clinics over the years and this one is a STAND OUT -the dental process at MDG de-traumatises me one visit at a time - I’ll also add there offer very flexible payment arrangements also making less stressful on the budget.

This is the best dental clinic I've been to. The service is quick and the staff are lovely. I had a tooth extraction and I'm not much of a talker. More like a speak when spoken to typa guy so I wasn't saying anything when I was uncomfortable while getting my tooth taken out because the uncomfor I was feeling would only last bit. But the dentist there his name was Richard would just know when I was uncomfortable and stop and ask if I'm good. I would of had a bad time there if it wasn't for the staff being so lovely and conscious of how others could be feeling in the moment.

Melton Dental Group is the only dentist I will ever use. Nabil is the man to see, he is phenomenal at what he does, we have great banter back and forth, he makes you feel comfortable and talks you through everything he is doing, he even cares more about my teeth than I do sometimes, lol. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and good at their jobs. I've never had a problem with any if his work, nor has my family and we've been going there for decades. I had my 1st. implants yesterday. I'm so happy.... After years of thinking about it and all the fears and money involved...it's done ! Melton Dental Group is fantastic, best dentist ever. Nabil Ishak has been our family dentist for years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. My children are grown up now but they still come back to Melton for the dentist. When my daughter had a bike accident years ago, Nabil Ishak saw her immediately, calmed her down and fixed up her teeth with such care. Everything is always explained and the service is so caring. I am also happy knowing that our teeth are so well looked after. All the staff there are really lovely, a pleasant experience all round.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ishak for many years now, and I have never been disappointed. His service is second to none, he is extremely professional and the quality of his dental work is of excellent standard. The practice is clean and has a very modern fit out. The nursing staff are all wonderful - particularly his friendly receptionist! They always make you feel so comfortable. We take our children to see Dr Nabil and they love him! I recently saw Dr. Hiti Trigg for the treatment of a toothache. Throughout the procedure she checked if I was going alright and she was very expert at managing my anxiety. She also explained what she was about to do, and was always gentle. During the appointment she also took x-rays and showed me I would need to come back again to sure up some of my other teeth. That is not a problem; I am happy to see such a talented and caring dentist and her team again.

Dr Richard. What can I say. This dentist made my experience so relaxing and memorable. I’ve always avoided dentists since I was a teen, but Dr Richard was caring, understanding, made each visit comfortable and showed compassion and empathy. I now have a brand new smile I’ve been waiting 30 years for. He did an amazing job and has given me the chance to smile with confidence again with my brand new crowns. I normally am really nervous about going to the dentist but my visits to Melton Dental Group had been such a positive experience. Everyone from the staff at reception, to the nurses and dentists go out of their way to make your feel comfortable. Dr Peter is such an incredible dentist and genuinely lovely person! He really took the time to explain all my options available to me and made sure I had all the information needed to make an informed decision.

I’ve just come home after a trip to the Melton Dental Group and Ive just got to mention how impressed I was from the receptionist at the front desk to Richard Bui my dentist who spoke to me all thru the procedure with a very reassuring ,professional and caring manner , as was the dental nurse . They made my visit a really positive one . I will be returning back there in a fortnight and have no doubts it will be just as good .

I'm pregnant and was really nervous about what is happening with my tooth as we haven't had a clean since lockdown! Had an appointment with Dr Mathew Elti and he is wonderful! He clearly knows the worry I had and assure me that the X-ray and anesthesia are pregnancy safe and not to worry. He did a fantastic job with filling my tooth! Very happy with service, they got me in within hours of calling, and explained everything to me before and again as it was happening. I had my bank molar taken out and was pretty scared but I was made to relax and it was pain free. Dr Richard was who did my tooth and he was amazing. The team in melton is very good. They put their customers's satisfactions first. They deliver to their best. One think touched me they are even non discriminative all peope are the same according to them. Dr Richard takes his time to deliver the best he is so welcoming and with very profesional deliveries. I dont regreat my experience with them. Its the best i had.

Beaware when you bring your kids to this place. This website come up when you search for kids dental in Google. My kid had a very small cavity and this Richard guy (some others) put a temporary filling without clearing teeth, and did temporary filling two times, cavity got worsen. These guys could be good at cosmetic surgery but no idea about kids dental.

Twice attended for my daughter. Both times quoted a price on the phone which doubled after the procedure. She needed 2 teeth extracted for braces which was done only to be told the two teeth next to the two extracted needed fillings. So in fact extracting 2 perfectly good teeth to further charge for fillings. I feel this is dishonest and unacceptable.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr Richard. After 3 years of trying to solve a dental issue that no one else could, he made a suggestion that has totally solved my problem. Dr Richard was not only prompt, but remembered the last playlist I had listened to. I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted, and he was well aware of the experience with a prior wisdom tooth extraction. He has a way of listening and using your concerns to ease your anxiety. Dr Richard and Sally made sure to create a really lovely atmosphere. Explained everything that was going to happen and constantly checked up to make sure my experience was wonderful. They made me laugh throughout, highly recommend them! The receptionists were also amazing! The experience was exceptional from start to finish.

We have always received a high quality of customer service here from everyone. As someone who had a fear of dentists Dr Ishak has always made me feel comfortable and calm. He is fantastic with my children and they love him which is important. I can’t recommend him enough for the service he has given to my family and I.

I’ve recently completed my Invisalign here and am so happy with my results. Dr Richard has been incredibly helpful and informative through the entire treatment and Kate is always such a welcoming and friendly presence whenever I come for the visit. He was extremely comforting, making jokes at the appropriate times, assuring me and detailing everything that was going on, and plenty of aftercare instructions too. I really rate this practise, I was absolutely terrified about having to go and have a dental procedure, but everyone working here that I spoke to was really reassuring and kind. Dr Tiffany is brilliant, carrying out the procedure I felt no pain, reassuring and explaining the procedure.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Ishak for 4 years now and every time we come we feel at ease. He is a down to earth , excellent dentist that we have been recommending to our family and friends. Staff are very experienced , friendly and makes for a lovely experience! 10/10!!

I’m not scared if the dentist just the cost. They did not force anything in me before treating. They were up front about cost and allowed me to choose what I could do. But more importantly the staff and dentist were super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic.

my son had his first ever dental check up today with peter and i cannot fault the experience at all. he took the time to explain each piece of equipment and let him have a turn, really took the time to get down on his level and talk to him. 10/10. cannot fault.

Had my front tooth fixed after chipping it during footy training and it looks better than it did before! Also had a mouth guard made to fit and it is so comfortable, I could wear it all day. The staff are lovely and the service is well worth the money.

Very professional and friendly service. Dr Nabil Ishak extracted an extremely stubborn molar. Very communicative throughout the hour long process and he and his assistant's showed great teamwork. I was very impressed. Great sense of humour to boot.

Was pretty nervous went in for about an hour and a half procedure both dentist and nurse were fantastic made me feel calm the whole time. Wasn't that bad at all. The staff on reception were great they were really busy but sorted me out no fuss

A great dental clinic and reasonably priced. Within 3 hours of needing a tooth pulled, they got me in the same day I rang them. A $100 dollars was great for me because of the pain I was in and they didn't take advantage. 5*****
