OVERCHARGED! go somewhere else!! I came in for groupon whitening treatment, and was told I had to get cleaning and scan done first, and that my carefirst insurance will cover it, which is the only reason I agreed to this! (then after the scan they said I was not a eligible candidate for the treatment and groupon will be told of this)- i was charged $300 for this basic service that lasted 30 mins. I never heard back from insurance so I contacted the office, and they said they put down my member id wrong by 2 digits, so it got rejected. They put it though again, and this time, I am being charged $420 through my insurance - they overcharged me for every service!(cleaning, and scan!) I am frustrated and upset! This is not ok. This is from my claim from insurance Provider Charged: $130.00 Allowed Charge: $70.00 Provider Charged: $120.00 Allowed Charge: $55.00 extra fees. what the hell! I called the office and was told they will check on it. I doubt it. This is not ok, forcing customers to get services then overcharging them!

I had went to four different dentist before being referred by a trusted loved one to Dr. Bezik. I am so grateful to have finally found a dentist who LISTENS to the patients and is so knowledgeable, caring, and yet good at what she does. She helped me to identify the cause and address some problems that I had for many years and did not know. One issue that I was aware of was that I had a nearly unbearable level of oral sensitivity. After only one treatment by Dr. Bezik, that sensitivity decreased to ZERO. The other dentists I had seen -prior to Dr. Bezik- came up with great and expensive treatment plans, but not one of them was able to listen to my chief complaint and respond effectively. Thank you Dr. Bezik for restoring my hope and confidence in not only myself but in dentists like you :)!

I found this dental practice through Yelp. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team. I recently relocated to the DC area and was so nervous about finding a dentist. This place is a godsend. Dr. Bezik is so patient, kind and nurturing. The entire operation is highly professional and feels like family. I love it here. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a dentist to give them a try. You will NOT regret it.

Deceiving--BE WARE! They are not in network of any insurance. When you call to inquire before becoming a patient they will say "We work with XXX (your insurance company)", when you call back after the 500 bill for cleaning/check-up, Dr. Bezik will only be reachable after 10+ calls and sarcastically say "Oh my dear this is your problem, I need to have your bill paid and I am sending this to collection". Shame!

Relatives had me anxious abou gum surgery, but Dr. Bezik changes my mind completely. We double-checked the need for surgery, and, yes, did go forward.... The operation was so well done that I took an aspirin (substitute) before I left the office, and one later. That was it......the office was very friendly, and U had no problem jiggling the follow-up appointment when a work situation arose. Great experience

I came here after a prior front tooth implant failed. Replacement required removal of the old implant, bone grafts and a gum graft. Needless to say, I’ve spent a lot of time with Dr. Bezik and her staff. The staff is fantastic and quality of work is amazing. Dr. Bezik made sure I was aware of my options and cost was discussed prior to proceeding as a majority of the work was not covered by insurance.

Went in for a chip tooth filling, it was done horribly and did not stuck for more than a few hours. Went back day after and was told there is nothing to do and was charged 600 dollars for nothing. Went to another dentist and they let me know that the composite was cheap and not well done. I have filed a dispute with the bank and will file official malpractice charges if I do not receive a refund.

I am a generally a nervous patient, having issues around sensitivity and having had many negative experiences at other dentist offices. So I really appreciate the patient and friendly atmosphere provided by Dr. Bezik and her staff. I also appreciate that Dr. Bezik makes sensible recommendations for general dental care without pushing for costly extras like whitening or other treatments.

The doctors however, we’re very gentle and tackled the task at hand. Also the doctors gave me very great advice for at home care. I came with gum pain and left feeling like a brand new woman…. Had an emergency extraction of a broken tooth by Dr. Bezik and Laura. The called the next day to see how I was doing. They really care about their patients during and after a procedure. She evaluated the broken tooth for options to extraction and explained thevarious outcomes. The team removes the stress with their professional and calming mannerisms.
