Paul from Metro Used Cars in Kedron was great. He is very knowledgeable about cars and has helped through out the process of buying a car from there. His customer service was outstanding and was able to get me the car that suits me and my lifestyle. I was kept informed, my questions were answered promptly and without bias. As I live down south in Lismore NSW a lot of the contact was over the phone or email. On the day of pick up my car had been detailed and was ready for me to drive away. All the paperwork was there ready for me. Logbooks, servicing and what to do next was outlined and copies we’re available for registration in NSW. Paul was polite, informative and helpful through out the looking, purchasing and finalisation. Down the track if I need anything for my car or if I am looking to purchase another car it will be the first place I look. It was a great process. Thank you Paul. Edited: I wanted add what a few other people found that buying a car from there is pressured. I found that they wanted to try and get a car that suited me. No pressure or harsh sale tactics. Very customer friendly and knowledgeable about cars in general. I wanted something that would get me to work, would allow me to travel and go camping, the beach and see friends. I didn’t want a big 4wd or van. Something a bit more compact but able to handle the roads in regional northern NSW (I got sick of getting flat tyres every 2weeks). I got what I needed and wanted. I didn’t have someone try and tell me what to buy or push a car my way.-

My wife and I went to metro Kedron after spending two days looking for new cars and I'm glad we did! All the other car yards literally followed us around and wouldn't leave us alone which forced us to run away, however metro Kedron was the complete opposite. We were greated with a friendly hello and basically helped us when we were ready. Jacob is the best! he helped us find the perfect cars for our lifestyle and because of that excellent service and down to earth attitude we left with our beautiful new cars and have since been back to purchase a third car for a family member. We could not recommend them enough!

Bought a car from Paul COLLINS, very low mileage Commodore in amazing as new condition. He gave me a good discount which helped my budget. Very happy with the transaction. I lived 45mins away at the time with no car, and he collected me on delivery day. Subsequently there was a malfunction with the sunroof, Metro arranged it to be fixed. While my car was off the road, they arranged a very nice loan car. And, they also paid for my petrol to and from the shop. I can highly recommend Paul & Metro. I would certainly buy a car from them again in the future.

Hands down the best car dealership. Easy to deal with, so helpful and friendly. Not like the others, they don't follow you around and hound you. I mainly was seen by Jacob, he made my experience so easy. Communication was on point, he was always happy to answer all my calls and questions. They work really well as a team, everyone was happy to help each other to make sure I got my cars. I was so happy with the service I recommended my family and they had the same experience. I have recently bought a ute from Metro Used Cars. Before verbally agreeing to buy the ute Metro Used Cars were pretty on the ball and helpfull. After agreeing everything verbally the service has been average. Mistakes were made with documents. I had to sign agreements multiple times. The interstate delivery of ute they organised has been slow. Generally the experience has been frustrating. I have to call and follow up on every interaction. I would not have picked the ute had I known this going into the interaction.

A huge shout out and thanks to the guys at Metro Used Cars Kedron. My third time buying a car through them. Second time myself and once with my son & had a superb experience once again. I went in wanting to upgrade my car, unsure whether I could.. They all know my story & once again looked after me with the best of care & guided me where needed. Absolute dream of a place, I traded in my old ute & got a family car, for exactly the price I wanted. The bloke who helped me by the name of Jacob, was a treat, so easy going, knew all the features of the car, some even that I didn't know about, & when my dopey self forgot my carpark key he held it for me for a few days, even offered if I have any problems or questions to text him. All round brilliant experience & will be recommending everyone to metro used cars.
