Never answer the phone. One month since they took my ring for a replacement stone and I cannot get an answer on where the ring is, when it will be back. And in fact it is my wedder, engagement and eternity all bonded together that they've got. No one answers the phone; it rings out over and over. I just rang this morning and the phone rang out 4 times straight befote it was answered. Friday it wasn't answered all day and I had to go instore Saturday to getno assistance then, just a we'll text you when it is back. No one prioritises finding out about getting it done. Quite over it with these staff, this store and brand.

We just purchased our wedding rings from the MH Elizabeth store.Karen helped us the whole way through and was SO patient and helpful through it all. She was not pushy and made us feel relaxed. We had been to a different jeweller prior who made me feel upset about finding a ring and I was dreading searching for another. Karen made us laugh, made us smile and most of all, she made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Karen, you are an amazing asset to the MH team and we couldn't be happier. Excellent service from the Elizabeth store. All the staff are friendly, helpful and very patient! Special shout out to the manager who went above and beyond to help me get the most beautiful necklace for my 70th birthday, I'm sure I tested her customer service skills 10/10

Michael Hill Jewelers at Elizabeth are very helpful. They are also the Jeweler that sells Pandora locally. Great Staff.
