I have been to this store on and off for years. One thing they have consistent is the inattentive behaviour towards people of colour. they would either ignore you until you leave or you don't go their at all. on my latest visit, I went there with my husband. there were 2 staffs with other customers who didn't even look at us. the one staff who was available didn't greet or help us. 5 minutes after we're were waiting a Caucasian couple came and that lady approached them. So we left. Though Marion store is far from my home, I wanna give my business to them as I never faced this there. I wish I could formally complained to the brand. Very disappointing

I attended this store with my husband in January and a woman by the name of Iris was disgraceful, shocking and incredibly inappropriate and incompetent. As we were looking for wedding bands she put the ring on my husbands ring finger and was so confused about the products and had such minimal store knowledge about metals and diamonds. Completely shocking - I hope she’s not working there still as the business will go downhill with such salespeople.

I bought a watch from Michael Hill some years ago. Recently it stopped working and I tried a new battery. This did not work, so I called Michael Hill. They asked me to send watch in to them and they would see what the problem was. I was notified by Esther that they could not guarantee that a repair would work, so they offered to replace the watch for me. I am so grateful to Esther for her wonderful customer service. Thankyou

Great efficiency and great customer service of managers solving our issue with Zip pay promotion deals. We like to thanks Esther, Declan and Amber for taking quick and prompt action to resolve the issues. My sisters and I visited this store today and were helped by Tricia. Her knowledge of diamonds was amazing. She could not have been more helpful and informative, time wasn’t an issue and we didn’t feel under pressure at any time. What an asset to the store she is!! Highly recommend this lovely lady.

Jan helped us out with a watch. $470 down to $189. Nice, simple and friendly service. Please give Jan this feedback. The store was super busy and she served us quickly but in a way where we did not feel rushed which is actually difficult to do when your store is that packed.

Tricia is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. I am sorry not to purchase anything this time but will soon. The Michael Hill bridal collection is fantastic and exclusive. An antique piece won the day.

Unfortunately had a horrible experience with rude and inattentive staff. Staff member was unhelpful with my queries and quite abrasive in the manner they spoke to me.
